This is one of three resort like homes located between the second green and third tee of the Three Rivers golf course. The Kaweah River runs along side of this property. The course is closed for play and has become a natural deer habitat with vistas of hills and mountain peaks. You will see a lot of wildlife here, just gazing out your windows, as families of wild turkeys, wild boars, giant egrets, blue herons, deer, bobcats, coyotes, hawks, eagles, ravens, and so on frequent the riparian habitat.

This home is at the East end of the complex tucked into the hill and has a private two car garage, courtyard, and patio with firepit exclusive to this home. The views surrounding the home are expansive, tree filled, and gorgeous. You are surrounded by nature, and yet a very short walk to the village center, with post office, restaurants, hair salon and all of the conveniences. This property is also located just ten minutes from the Sequoia National Park gate entrance (the main entrance to the park).

The vacation homes here are a favorite 'base camp' for visiting both the Sequoia National Park, and the Kings Canyon National Park, with Yosemite about 3 hours away. The patio w/ water fountain, bbq and firepit is a cozy place to hang out and stargaze with family and friends. Three rivers has a dark sky policy and star gazing is never more spectacular than in the National Parks area.

This private two bedroom and 2 full bath 1150 square foot vacation villa, is furnished artistically in model home style. The vacation home is designed for privacy as a part of this secluded three home complex. The floor plan is an intimate romantic abode, yet ideal for two couples or families. The bedrooms have plush bedding with high thread count cotton sheets and pillows to give you a 'heavenly' nights rest.

The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, blender, built in microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator-freezer, and dishwasher. Cupboards and drawers are stocked with a complete array of dishes and utensils.

With views of Moro rock from the dining room, enjoy meals at the large mahogany table. The dining room wall is gallery to a framed collection of photography by esteemed nature and back country photographer Michael Hansen.

Stretch out in the easy going living room with comfortable sofa, recliners and kick your feet up on the over sized teak coffee table. Relax with a selection of books or watch a movie on your blue ray dvd player and large screen tv. There is full internet access, and the tv has spectrum silver package.

The photographs detail each room. This home has super comfortable quality bedding, and furniture for relaxing with your family or group.
This location is known for it's beautiful surroundings, and convenience to the national parks. This is one of three homes adjacent to each other, on about 1 acre of land, next to the golf course, and Kaweah river, designed and built for privacy, including two car garage for your car.

* The vacation villa next door is also a two bedroom, two bath, with beautiful views, and the two can be rented together for a larger party.

The house was very clean and towels and bed linens were wonderful. Mattresses excellent. Info provided was excellent. The spices and cooking oil in the kitchen were greatly appreciated as was the plastic wrap. We use the outside grill for each meal and it was very nice and clean. We could not manage to get the main networks on the living room TV, but they were available in the master bedroom. It also would’ve been handy to have a scrubber sponge for the kitchen sink as we did not bring any with us. Having the garage available to us was a tremendous help because it was raining when we arrived. all in all it was an excellent stay

We found the property to be very nice and its location relative to Sequoia and Kings Canyon worked well for us. The village Market and a very good Mexican restaurant are a short walk from the property. Highly recommend!

This home is owned by realtors that really understand what renters are looking for in a rental. It is well stocked, extremely well labelled and many conveniences like night lights and lights outside to see the code for the front door. We've rented a lot of VRBO's but were genuinely impressed with the thoughtfulness that went into this rental. BTW, the location is 200 feet behind the Village Market and 300 feet from a pizzeria and a Mexican restaurant. We didn't try the pizza but Mexican restaurant was very good. It is located about 15 minutes drive to Sequoia Nat'l Park but at least 75 minutes to Kings Canyon whether you drive around or through Sequoia NP to get there. If we return to the area, we will rent here again.

Our stay at this rental was great! It was in a good location for what we were visiting and the rental was very clean and well stocked. We had trouble with the air conditioner and the owners were quick to respond and take care of the issue and were exceptionally nice. Perfect stay. The location of the house could not have been better. There is a market right in front (walking distance) with many places to grab something to eat around. But of course there's an amazing kitchen with EVERYTHING you need to cook so we didn't eat out. Loved how clean the house is. My teenage daughter said, "The house has old bones but it's kept up really nicely". I thought that summed it up perfectly. The beds were super comfortable and having 2 bathrooms is a huge plus. We also appreciated the use of the washer and dryer. This is a great place to stay.

We are realtors, specializing in vacation homes in three rivers. This property is in a premium location, and was built and designed by us. We love resort living, and have utilized aspects of resorts we have stayed in Mexico, and Maui here at this property. You'll love the casual open atmosphere of this home, with restful green views, and landscaping. The complex grounds at par 3 villas were selected to be featured in the inaugural hidden gardens tour of three rivers. The main fork of the Kaweah River run alongside of this property, and is a short walk away.
