South Palm Springs Review

We have been lucky enough to have stayed here on two occasions. It is the best! From the wonderful, safe, quiet location, the beautiful surroundings, to the lovely upgrades in the kitchen and bathroom, it is amazing. We loved every minute of our stay and found it hard to leave.

Great View Property

Great property, super view (rainbows included), new kitchen, great tile in bath/shower, very light condo, small deck overlooking pool/spa. Library, pickleball, beautiful flowery grounds, close to hiking, good biking and super neighborhood. Parking a bit of a walk. Had a glitch first week, Gustavo handled it in an expedient and efficient manner. Highly recommend!

Overlooking the Pool

We rented this apartment for the month of December. We appreciated the newly renovated kitchen with quality appliances. It was well stocked with everything we needed, and more. The king bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was spacious. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool and with a beautiful Mountain View. Pool was heated to 82 F and the temperature of the hot tub was perfect. We enjoyed being a short drive from downtown Palm Springs and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. The host was great at communicating and even sent holiday greetings! We would definitely consider staying here again.

UNBEATABLE place, location and owner!

TRULY the best place we have stayed in when we are in Palm Springs! This gem of a condo is everything and more if you are looking for a place that is ideally located, COMPLETELY updated and darling and in a very quiet complex! This is our third time here and it just gets better and better! We arrived to find a totally updated kitchen, from cabinets and countertops to appliances as well as a brand new bathroom with beautiful vanity, tiled shower and delightfully cheerful colors. Every surface of the unit, including the deck had been painted and or tiled! We can hardly wait to return to this little slice of heaven again and again. In addition, Gustavo is the best! He is so warm and welcoming in his timely correspondence I truly can’t say enough good things about him. Finally, if I had to pick one update needed it would be a new toaster! Truthfully…that’s it! If you pass this place up…you’ll be missing out!

Another wonderful stay at Gustavo’s South Palm Springs condo. The weather wasn’t the best, but the condo was definitely the best. Gustavo has made this home away from home, very comfortable and homey to be in. Wonderful, relaxing place with stunning mountain views!

Beautiful Palm Springs Sunshine

We had a wonderful stay in the condo in Palm Springs. We had to cut our stay a few days short due to health issues but otherwise everything was great. The condo is fully equipped with all the pots, pans etc and lots of nice added things like spices and paper products. The condo is in a really nice area where is was fun to walk and safe. It is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and stores of all kinds. It is close to "old town" Palm Springs with a wide variety of shopping and dining( about a 5 minute drive). It is easy to get to the tram and Joshua Trees National park as well as several casinos.The Palm Springs area is a mecca for shoppers looking for antiques, consignment goodies etc. with a Hollywood flair. The condo is located right at the end of a huge swimming pool and hot tub and easy to get to. It has a magnificent view of the mountains. It was always very quiet at the pools as other guests were very considerate.The ground are beautifully maintained and easy to walk and pick some oranges or grapefruit. Every thing was as advertised- comfort, location, excellent management support for the few things which needed attention..Thank you Gustavo and Erek. Overall a great stay!

Well Equipped Condo with a View

Fantastic stay in lovely location, complex, and home

I had an extended stay, several months, at this condo located in an excellent, quiet south palm springs location. The condo itself has catehdral ceilings for an open feel with an amazing view of the huge pool and beautiful mountains. The bedroom and bed were comfy. The condo came appointed with everything you need, very clean, and modern. Laundry facilities are nearby and parking is covered. The complex is one of the best in Palm Springs. The area is very safe and no issues with homeless. The neighborhood is high end. Filming was done during my stay for a few weeks on this block for Don't Worry Darling. Considering the location and close vicinity to downtown, it was extremely reasonably priced. There are 3 heated pools, 4 jacuzzis, tennis and pickleball courts, club house with fitness center, billiards and ping pong tables, and sauna. The grounds are beautifully manicured with many fruit trees from where guests and residents may pick fruit. Everyone in the community was friendly. Gustavo, the landlord of the unit, went above and beyond my expectations. He was very communicative, and very colloborative when it came to an issue that was not in his control. He always was very polite and accomodating. I would highly recommend a stay here. I loved the condo and complex so much, I ended up buying myself a condo in the building next door. Very pleased!

I felt in love with Palm Springs about 20 years ago when I was living in Texas and went there for vacations. During the years I visited the area many times. I bought this condo several years ago and I really enjoy spending there a couple of months every year, South Palm Springs is a paradise and this complex has everything to enjoy for a relaxing vacation, and what I definitively like the most are the views from the balcony. I reside in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
