Willkommen im Coco Plum Paradise in Marathon, FL - dem Herzen der Florida Keys.

Dieses private Haus im Key West-Stil befindet sich direkt an der Bonefish Bay und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Wasser, eine Tiefwasser-Anlegestelle und direkten Zugang zum Meer. Eine tropisch gestaltete Oase mit reifen Kokospalmen, einem privaten Pool im Boden, einem Whirlpool, einer Außendusche und einem Sandstrand am Hafen. Dies ist ein privates Einfamilienhaus. Während Ihres Aufenthalts werden diese Annehmlichkeiten exklusiv für Sie und Ihre Gäste bereitgestellt.

Wachen Sie mit spektakulären Sonnenaufgängen auf und beobachten Sie die Delfine und Seekühe vom großen überdachten Balkon aus. Genießen Sie das Angeln direkt vom Dock aus. Genießen Sie die Mittagssonne, während Sie am Pool entspannen, oder unternehmen Sie einen ruhigen Kajakausflug in die Bucht. Fordern Sie Ihre Gäste zu einer Runde Ping-Pong im beiliegenden Aufenthaltsraum im Erdgeschoss heraus, der über einen Sitzbereich und einen großen Kühlschrank zur Unterhaltung verfügt. Es gibt sogar einen großen Gasgrill direkt neben dem Pool und dem Hobbyraum, damit der Koch die Unterhaltung nicht verlassen muss.

Just what we wanted!

What a lovely home and property! The outdoor space is so thoughtfully designed with places to lounge in sun and shade. We, as well as our two children, always had something to do between kayaking, fishing, ping pong, and swimming. The grill, hot tub, and local restaurants filled our evenings.The beds and couches were comfy, the kitchen well-equipped, and the TVs and appliances user friendly with clear directions provided. The hosts were friendly and attentive, and it is clear that considerable effort has been made to ensure guests’ comfort and convenience…accessible charging outlets, blankets for TV time, ample hangers and drawer space, beach chairs, cooler, and sand toys, fishing rods…we had EVERYTHING we needed for a great week. Location is about a 25 minute drive to Islamorada, 20 to Bahia Honda and Big Pine, and about 90 from Key West. A great spot to call home while you explore the area!

Family, Fun & Fishing

We have been to the Keys several times and this is by far the best place we have stayed. The owners were a pleasure to work with and were quick to let us know when the Internet was down. However, we were having so much fun, we never noticed! The house was clean and well organized. There was nothing missing! The pool was great for sunny mornings, the hammock was made for a lazy afternoon after a paddle in the kayaks, and the hot tub was relaxing after a long day on the water. We rented a boat from CoCos down the street and fished off the dock. We also saw dolphins, stingray and a manatee. Having restaurants within walking distance was a bonus!It was truly a perfect vacation! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We didn't want to leave, but are excited for our return trip next year!

Slice of Paradise

We loved our stay at Coco Plum Paradise! The house is in a great location walking distance to two local favorite restaurants as well as our snorkeling/sand bar excursion. The house is perfectly set up with all amenities any family could need. pool, hot tub, hammock were all big hits with our kids. Views were great, we enjoyed kayaking as well. The house is very tastefully decorated and has the perfect amount of beach vibes. Thank you for making your house such an enjoyable place to vacation!

Another great experience

This was our fifth year staying at Coco Plum and we’re already booked for next year. We absolutely love it there and can’t wait to return. This place has it all!

If you ever wanted to treat yourself to a private home, this is it. Pool, hot tub, entertainment room, kayaks, grill and private dock. Enjoyed every amenity and cooked every dinner with locally bought seafood. Owners were a gem to work with! Ate fish we caught from dock two nights. Even a charter boat pulled into area by the dock and caught tarpon. Had a hard time leaving this place. Thanks for letting us rent this piece of paradise for a week!

Breathe of Fresh Air

My husband and I loved this house. In our many stays in Marathon, it was by far our favorite! The host/owner is extremely timely and responsive and the house was set up perfectly. It’s comfy but beachy all at the same time. There are so many personalized touches throughout the property that I swear they didn’t miss a thing! You can tell they put a lot of thought and effort into this property and that they care a lot about it. Dolphins and Manatees can be seen In the bay and fishing from the dock is fun too. It definitely doesn’t hurt that you can walk a couple doors down and pick out lobsters to cook for dinner! If we are ever traveling in a small group again, this house will be top of the list!

Beautiful House

The house was perfect! It was clean, nice location, and we enjoyed all the amenities (pool, hot tub, kayaks, boat dock, game room, BBQ grill, etc.). Our only complaint was that the neighbors played loud music a few nights. Regardless of that we had a great stay! We would definitely come back :)

Home away from home…in Marathon!

We loved our stay. The house had everything you could possibly need to enjoy an incredible and relaxing time in Marathon. We used the boat dock which comfortably fit our 26ft boat, and enjoyed the scenic route to the Atlantic. It’s only a 10-15 minute ride at low speeds. The kids spent the time we weren’t on the boat either fishing at the dock or swimming. We’re definitely coming back! The hosts were great as well!

Amazing!

This was an absolutely beautiful place. The pool and hot tub were so fun and clean. The entertainment downstairs was great for kids. Plenty of beach toys and close to sombrero beach which was beautiful. We saw two manatees!! My 9 year old caught so many cool fish off the dock with the poles at the home. Close enough for a drive to spend the day in key west. Home was clean and the beds were sooo comfortable. Will definitely come again. Such an amazing week.

Great family vacation!

The house is amazing! Spending time at the house was one of the best parts of our vacation - we did a ton of fishing off the dock, kayaked, swam in the pool (too hot for the hot tub while we were there), enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck, and reading on the hammock. We explored the Keys and went to Key West for the day. We hope to return!

Best vacation rental ever!

Absolutely loved our time at coco plum paradise! Went to the keys to elope and honeymoon and this was the perfect spot. The backyard is amazing, the master bed was so comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked (tea kettle, rice cooker, griddle etc). The location is great if you want to get out and about and there’s plenty to do on the property if you don’t! Only got to use the kayaks once due to the wind but the area was great for kayaking. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing slice of paradise.

Exciting Spring Break

What a fantastic house and location for our 2024 Spring Break Adventure! We chose this house not only for its location and access to all of The Keys, but also for the amenities that were provided! Everything was perfect for days of lounging by the pool, kayaking with Manatees in the bay, or simply hanging out playing ping pong or watching movies downstairs. Kitchen was fully appointed with everything you would need to cook your own dinner (even good sharp knives)! The beds were comfy, as well as, the living room! Great location to explore The Keys as we did several day trips to explore the area! Owners were very responsive to any requests and checked in to make sure everything was on point. I can’t say enough good things about our rental experience and our trip! It was one for the memory bank and I know our family will remember this trip forever!

We have recently retired from the United States Air Force and are currently living in Florida's Space Coast. We love to SCUBA dive, fish and spend time on, in, or beside the ocean. After years of traveling the world, we decided that the Florida Keys is where we’d like to put down roots. We plan to retire to Coco Plum Paradise as soon as we can but hope you enjoy it in the meantime.

Marathon is laid back yet offers everything we need. With its central location, it's a great home base for enjoying all the Keys has to offer. The house is close to shopping, restaurants and bars which was important to us. We intend to spend tons of time on the water so it was also important to have quick access to the ocean. Logistics aside, and though we had a lot of work ahead of us, when we walked through the gate for the first time, we were hooked.
