Wunderschönes, Designer-dekoriertes, privates, 3-stöckiges Haus an der Bucht auf der Insel Casey Key in Nokomis, Florida. Wir sind südlich von Sarasota an der Golfküste.

Dieses geräumige, dreistöckige Haus verfügt über einen eigenen beheizten Pool, einen Whirlpool und einen Aufzug. In der obersten Etage befinden sich eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche, ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer und eine Master-Suite. Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, eine ebenerdige Dusche, einen Whirlpool und einen Waschtisch für Sie und Ihn. Zwei Sonnenaufgangsbalkone mit Blick auf die Bucht und ein Sonnenuntergangsbalkon mit Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko gehören ebenfalls zum Haus.

Die mittlere Etage umfasst eine zweite Master-Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad. Es gibt zwei zusätzliche neu eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, eines mit einer Königin und eines mit einer Königin und zwei Einzelbetten, die sich ein Badezimmer teilen. Diese Etage umfasst auch ein Familienzimmer mit Bartresen, Mikrowelle, Flachbildfernseher mit Unterhaltungscenter und eine große Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht. Dies bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf die Wasserstraße, Boote, Delfine, Seekühe und eine Zugbrücke. Das Deck umfasst einen Feuertisch mit übergroßen Schaukelstühlen, 2 Liegestühlen und zusätzlichen Stühlen zum Entspannen.

In der unteren Etage befinden sich die Garagen mit Strand- und Poolspielzeug sowie ein Pier, der zum Angeln einlädt.

Genießen Sie Spaziergänge an den wunderschönen weißen Sandstränden von Casey Key, während Sie Muscheln und Haifischzähne suchen. Am nahe gelegenen Yachthafen können Sie Boot fahren, Jet-Ski fahren, Kajak fahren und angeln. Golf, Tennis, lokale Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt und nur eine kurze Autofahrt nördlich von Sarasota, Florida, finden Sie Musik, Theater, Galerien und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Zu den einfachen Tagesausflügen gehören Tampa, Neapel, Orlando und Sanibel Island.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this well designed vacation home. In addition to amenities like bay access, swimming pool, putting green, we also used the private beach access path nearly every day.

Beautiful home just newly remodeled. Just 60 seconds from the ocean. Had all the amenities you could think of; bikes, kayaks, beach and pool items. My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing time. My son especially enjoyed the putting green.

Beautiful Family Christmas

Beautiful, peaceful views of the intracoastal waterway and Gulf of Mexico from this stunning home. Great room/kitchen was perfect for meals and family gatherings. Walk across the street to access a fantastic stretch of beach or a heated pool and spa are just outside the front door. Decks on front and back of house were great places to relax. Grandparents to teens loved celebrating Christmas at this spot in paradise.

Beautiful Stay During Winter Break

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay during the first week of January. The house accommodated 10 of us very nicely. 3 couples each had their own bedroom suites and our 4 teens were split between the 4th suite and the second-floor family room. The couch pulls out and there was also a comfortable air mattress. The 3rd-floor renovations are beautiful and the kitchen was fully stocked. The location of the house was perfect being on the intercostal waterway and across the street from the beach. We fished, paddle boarded, and kayaked right off the dock behind the house. We also rented a pontoon boat from Cool Breeze Boat Rental, just a few minutes away. It was so fun to explore the intercostal waterways, including docking at a secluded beach. Our whole group enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and putting green. The landscaping makes you feel like you are at a resort! The Nokomis public beach is a short walk and our teens liked walking to the food stand there for an afternoon snack. We also had fun at the drum circle that meets every Wednesday and Saturday at sunset on the public beach. Our favorite restaurant in the area was Pop's Sunset Grill, just down the road. We liked it so much that we ate there twice! We also enjoyed an evening in Siesta Key, which was a 20-minute drive north. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Loved our Stay on Casey Key

We stayed the week of June 11th. The house is great! There isn't a bad view, especially from the numerous decks at night. Location is perfect. The walk to the beach is short and easy and the garage is packed with all the beach supplies you could need. One of the best parts was the pool, it was so convenient after a day at the beach. The kids loved fishing off dock which was also perfect when we needed to pick the family up after renting a boat. We have stayed in properties all up and down the gulf coast and this property is far and away the best we have stayed in. It checks every box for us. The only negative is we had to leave!

Our entire family had a fabulous week and enjoyed this house so much. Other than a minor issue with the pool spa, everything was great. The balconies are wonderful and every age guest (from 1-68) loved this house. The host promptly responded to any issue we had. We would love to go back!

We had such a great time! The property is well cared for and the recent upgrades are top of the line. Well furnished-including beach and pool supplies. A wonderful Christmas getaway

My adult children and spouses from all over the US joined me and my husband for an unforgettable winter holiday. The location of the house is perfect with water views everywhere. 2 decks in the back for fishing and relaxing with a front deck facing the pool, putting green and gulf. Each of us had our own bedroom with private bath which was so convenient. Highly recommend staying at this spectacular rental. Christine is wonderful to work with.

Friends and Family Fun!!

The house was perfect for us as we had bedrooms/with bathrooms for all 4 couples. The kitchen has all you need for cooking. (If you're not up to cooking Pelican Alley and Pops are within walking distance.) The driveway is a little tricky for 4 vehicles and watch out for the falling coconuts. There are decks on every level which makes relaxing really nice. The beach is easy to get to and the waterway makes for easy fishing. Enjoy!!

The sweetest spot!

Casey Key We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful home. We wanted a quiet stay away from everyone and we found it! It has so many areas for relaxing, and even though it was just the two of us, the house has room for a family with children or several couples. It has something for everyone: an uncrowded strip of beach that was fabulous for shell collection, an area for fishing off the back ( even though we didn’t have much luck in the fishing department, due to red tide, never-the-less, my husband thoroughly enjoyed it), a perfect pool and sunning area, using the provided pool noodles and floats, this girl was in heaven! The landscaping was over the top beautiful, the kitchen with everything you could want if you are cooking, which we did, on the grill, and on the stove, (but Pop’s is just down the road and was a favorite with us, great food and atmosphere, outside by the water or inside in the tiki hut….by the water), the huge back deck with the fire table was a delight for this fire lover right before and after dark to rest from a looong day of lazing around the pool, with a drink and a book and to watch all the boats coming back after their long day. I hate to say so many great things about this house, because everyone will book it before I can again, but it truly was magical to us, and I am so happy we had the opportunity to experience it. We are both dreaming of our next time there! Thank you Christine for this wonderful week in the sweetest spot in Florida, it was truly the best!

Perfect Getaway

Home was very accommodating for 5 adults allowing ample space for us all to be together or allowing for individual space as needed. Landscaping makes area feel very private.. Enjoyed watching the dolphins in the canal in the morning and evenings. Pool was very nice and relaxing with plenty of floatation devices available. The private beach easily was accessible only steps away across the road. Enjoyed the turtle tracks and markings of newly laid eggs. The driveway and parking is tight. Would definitely highly recommend this home and hope that we will be able to return again.

Very nice, eight of us stayed for my birthday. It's a beautiful area. Unfortunately, we were there with the red tide so we couldn't enjoy the beach. I have respiratory issues. I kayaked behind the property with no problems and fishing off the dock was great. We caught snook and jack. The driveway is difficult with the cars , one way in and one way out but not a deal breaker. Loved our stay 💗

Dream Vacation for our Family of 5

The property was a dream vacation for our family. We had three luxurious floors, three amazing balconies, a private pool and a hot tub, a boating and fishing dock and so much more! This house was beautiful and more than enough for our family of five with three children 14, 12 and 5. Each child had their own bedroom with one bedroom having 2 extra beds for more guests. We had three balconies, one overlooking the pool which gave amazing views of the sunset, and two overlooking the bay which gave wonderful views of the sunrise. The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed. The garage was filled with plenty of pool and beach toys along with fishing gear. And the elevator was helpful in getting groceries and luggage up to the third floor. Christine always responded promptly with any concerns and was a gracious host. We had dinner at the local restaurant Pop’s Sunset with great daily catch specials. We especially loved the very quick walk to the beach with our private beach access immediately across the street. This was truly a wonderful experience. Thank you!

We stayed will two families of close friends(9 people). House had plenty of room to accomodate us. Very near the beautiful beach with quick access across the street. Very neat and clean. House had many toys, chairs, coolers to use at the beach. 5 Bicycles were a plus. Would definitely stay there again! The driveway was tight and tough to navigate due to limited view onto road, pool looks bigger in picture but was very nice. Definitely a positive experience!!!!

To begin our trip, check-in info was not emailed or linked through VRBO. I had to call and have it re-sent which was very prompt. Upon entering, the home did have a very strong clean smell. However, the icemaker was frozen over, several light bulbs weren't functional and a towel rack was off the wall. None of the bathrooms were stocked with towels or wash clothes. Not that big of a deal but slightly below my standard of expectation when renting through VRBO. The kitchen utensils, pots and pans are all adequate. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool area was very nice.

Perfect house location with pool.

“Best house rental ever!” as stated by my grandkids who were excited by the pool and convenient private access to the beach. The pool proved to be a godsend as the unusually large ocean waves the first few days were too much for the youngest kids. The elevator proved to be tricky until we realized that the top of the inside gate also had to be firmly pushed to the top of the wall for it to function. The dining room chairs are a bit worn , but the owner plans on doing some renovations. The home is beautiful inside and out. Our extended family had a lovely vacation there.

Fantastic location and amenities! Will stay again!

The description was SPOT ON! The house is in an excellent location, far enough away from the more populated area of Nokomis beach, yet close enough to the draw bridge to get off the island for shopping etc. Several of us enjoyed fishing right off the dock! Definitely snook in the area at night as well as other species we caught (sea bass, catfish etc) including a sting ray and a sea horse (came up in a cast net), both of which were obviously put back. The fire table was a big hit in the evenings and the pool/hot tub were almost constantly being used. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill (which saw almost daily action) was just off the kitchen on the upper deck. Suggestion: One thing I might add to the place would be a fridge/freezer in the garage, in order to refill coolers without having to shower off to head up to the kitchen. I honestly almost bought a used one and was going to leave it, but we didn’t have a vehicle big enough to haul it.
