Sie werden im Hilton Head Resort keine schönere Unterkunft finden. Das Gerät wurde vor kurzem gekauft (Frühjahr 2014) und komplett überarbeitet. Alles ist brandneu. Nachfolgend sind einige der Merkmale aufgeführt, die dieses Gerät zu etwas Besonderem machen. Hartholzböden, Granitoberflächen, Edelstahlgeräte, Möbelwaschbecken in beiden Bädern, geflieste Badezimmer, neue Beleuchtung, Designermöbel, neue Klimaanlage, drei neue Flachbildfernseher und vieles mehr. Alle Bettwäsche inklusive Bettdecken brandneu und wöchentlich gewechselt. Wir bieten auch Liegestühle, Strandkarren, einige Poolspielzeug und Strandspielzeug. Bringen Sie einfach Ihren Badeanzug und Strandtücher mit.

Hilton Head ist berühmt für seine breiten, sich erstreckenden Strände und die Küste ist nur 10 Gehminuten über die private Promenade des Hilton Head Resort entfernt. Auf dem Weg begegnen Sie zahlreichen Meerestieren, von Schildkröten bis hin zu Reihern. Wenn Sie eine schnellere Route bevorzugen, nehmen Sie einfach den Strandshuttle, der den ganzen Tag über regelmäßig fährt. Am Ende der Promenade finden Sie Coco's - eine wunderbare Bar und Grill im Inselstil.

Das Hilton Head Resort bietet drei Pools für Erwachsene (zwei im Freien, einen im Innenbereich), ein Kinderbecken, einen Souvenirladen, ein Restaurant am Pool und ein Feinkostgeschäft, einen Grill am Strand und eine Bar, einen Whirlpool, eine Sauna, einen Fitnessraum, einen Indoor-Wanderweg und kostenloses WLAN. fi in gebäude drei / wifi in gebäude eins - täglich oder wöchentlich kostenpflichtig, fahrradverleih, sechs beleuchtete tennisplätze, beachvolleyballplatz, hufeisen, toiletten am strand und eine bewachte anlage mit rund um die uhr sicherheit. Wenn Sie das Resortgelände verlassen, können Sie in beide Richtungen reichlich Golf spielen.

Everything was accurate as expected. The condo was in great condition, clean and provided us with enough toiletries and kitchen supplies to get us through our stay. Location was excellent close to restaurants and shops. The only part that was a problem was the door lock the the entrance to the Condo was hit or miss. I recommend updating the lock on the front door. Would definitely stay again.

The best amenities

Such a cool stay for my hubby and I. Loved the indoor pool/hot tub. We brought our electric bikes so we loved the easy access to the trails. The beach was BEAUTIFUL and clean. We will be back THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH. Next time we will bring our teens. You guys are the best.❤️

Unique fun property!

Cozy little condo with tons to do at the resort! The walk to the beach down the boardwalk is 10-15 mins but it's a breeze. 3 different pools one with a bar, one in an indoor complex with a hot tub, kiddie pool, sauna, fitness room, and sauna!

The property is very basic and the apartment is not well equipped. The kitchen is minimal and the lighting is very dreary. The property was clean. The beach is nice but it's quite a walk. Coco's is a bonus. Pool at bldg #1 is nice, bldg #3 needs help. Ok overall...go to Sea Pines!

Nice especially for the price.

Overall it was a great deal for the price and the location. Be prepared for the walk to the beach! If you have young kids, being in the building with the indoor pool is very convenient, but more of a walk to the beach or outdoor pool. The beach wagon is nice, but I would bring your own beach chairs. We had several questions and an issue getting the storage locker open. Bob responded quickly and came out to open the storage locker on a weekend.

Annual family trip to HHI

The unit was in good condition. There have been some updates to the bathrooms including handheld showers in both - which was nice. Also the pillows were amazing on the king size bed. Ease of booking and interaction with owner was smooth. Overall a wonderful experience and much needed escape.

Unit was great. Some updates. Served the purpose to get us to the beach. Unit is in the building with the indoor pool. Chlorine smell and loud at night from other guests. The unit door lock needs repair. Looks like someone tried to break in. Used something to block the door for security. Master Bath Toilet is not secure. Beach was awesome and Cocos Restaurant on the beach made the beach experience amazing.

The condo was smaller than we thought from the pics. It was very clean and the kids loved the track around the indoor pool. The woman at the gate was very rude and the kitchen left A LOT to be desired. We were instructed to wash all dishes and put them away before checking out. Usually we load the dishwasher before we leave. That was a little inconvenient. Overall we had a nice stay. Just a few key things that didn’t rub well

This property was nice and everything was to our liking. We contacted the renter a couple of times by phone and he responded very quickly. The beach was nice, and the pool was great. We even used the sauna a couple of times. Overall, this was a great choice for us.

Great location if you have kids. Overlooks indoor pool/hot tub. Boardwalk to beach is nice. Manager wasn’t overly friendly - but it was fine. Condo was clean and had all the basics in the kitchen.

The condo is great great, central location. The beds are very comfortable. Loved having 2 full beds in the 2nd bedroom. Made things easy for us with 3 kids. Walk-in shower in the 2nd bathroom is awesome. The lighting situation is interesting. The dimmers don’t actually dim, and all the lights in the living room are controlled by 1 light switch. So either sit in the dark, or have every light in the room on. Water dispenser in the fridge doesn’t work. Could just be that the filter needs to be changed (the light was on), but as a water drinker, slightly inconvenient. This condo is in the building with the indoor pool. The smell of chlorine was overwhelming. I was pleasantly surprised that the smell was undetectable inside the condo. Overall, our stay was enjoyable.

Before you book this listing there are things you need to be aware of and consider. The owner of this property can’t change these things, but you need to be aware of them. 1. The beach is a very long walk. The good news is there are no steps, so if you are handicapped or have difficulty walking far I’d recommend another resort. My father visited us there and we rented a wheel chair to push over to the beach but it was difficult. The shuttle service doesn’t run after Labor Day and before Memorial Day. My family rode our bikes to the beach everyday, so it wasn’t a huge deal for us. 2. If you book this resort in peak season, you’ll have a near impossible time getting out of the resort. There is no traffic light, no acceleration lane, and the middle lane to cross traffic ends in a grassy median. This would be frustrating if we came in the summer. There are some things the owner should address: there was limited cookware. The biggest pan was like 7”. We had to purchase our own skillet to cook our food in. If you’re planning to stay in and cook, I’d recommend you pack more cookware. The owner could purchase a new ironing board that’s full size and add hangers in the closet for guests to hang up clothes once they arrive. The unit itself was well furnished. The beds were extremely comfortable. The unit has three large tvs so everyone can watch what they want. The owner was kind, friendly, courteous, and diligent in communication. This is a typical HHI beach condo, and we were impressed with the unit itself. It has an elevator with no steps to walk to gain access. This is not common on the island. I’ve stayed in many places that only had stairs and we had to carry luggage up three flights of stairs. My family has been going to HHI for 15 years. This condo doesn’t have a balcony, but the resort has an indoor pool that unfortunately was closed all week when we were there except the final day. The owner takes pride in his unit and we enjoyed it greatly.
