Fantastic!

This was our first time to Orange Beach, we were lucky enough to come across this listing and I am so thankful we did. The communication with the owner was second to none. She provided detailed instructions as well as great tips and recommendations. They unit was beautiful, comfortable with top-of-the-line appliances and grill. It was kid friendly, beautiful views, with games, towels and beach toys available to use. We were able to just relax and ENJOY the beach even with 4 kids! We cannot say enough about this renter or their unit!

Amazing!!!

10 star review!!! When I say everything is amazing I mean everything!!! Park in assigned parking spot walk a few feet and get a buggy then unload and you take elevator straight to the room. Decor is beautiful and the rooms are spacious! Sylvia is the best host anyone could ask for. She is very personable and any question you have she answers and is very accommodating. The condo has everything you need. I wish I had found this condo years ago. We can’t wait to go back!

Pelican Paradise is the pace to stay!

We can’t overstate how amazing our stay was! The property was absolutely perfect for us. Sylvia went above and beyond to provide all the amenities we could possibly need and was so accommodating. Our kids loved the streaming TVs, board games, and the hot tub! We loved the deck and being able to eat in paradise every day. The kids activities on the 5th floor were a super nice surprise! A million thank yous for a truly fantastic family vacation!

Perfect Long Weekend Get away

Everything was perfect! The elegant decor, the perfect Gulf of America view, the location to all points of interest, extremely comfortable furniture, especially the beds were all part of the perfection! Sylvia’s hostess skills are the best, she has literally thought of everything. Next time we plan to spend more time around the pool and on the beach. We probably enjoyed the balcony the most-hot tub and lounge chairs. We stayed out of the kitchen as much as possible, but would have had anything we needed if we had wanted to cook. Perfect 10!

Orange Beach Vacay

First time to Orange Beach, what an awesome time our family had the Pelican Paradise! Our accommodations were amazing and the unit was so above and beyond our expectations, Sylvia is a wonderful host and very accommodating. This was our second stay at Turquoise Place, and although the weather wasn't as accommodating the second time, the amenities and of the unit were far better than our first trip. Sylvia was extremely accommodating, and I would absolutely recommend renting this unit for families with kids under 17. Not a "college" spring break type of environment in Orange Beach, but rather it's extremely family-friendly oriented. I'm already looking forward to my 3rd trip back to Turquoise Place.

Fantastic Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo was beautifully decorated. It was clean, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful and we loved having a grill to use. Sylvia (host) was a delight to work with. She provided all the details prior to arriving which made the check-in process a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property

This property is amazing. The owner Sylvia is awesome. She has everything covered in this condo. It is very clean and stocked with anything you might need. The hot tub is amazing. We stayed in Oct so the evenings and mornings were perfect for a hot tub and afternoons at the beach. The other amenities around the property are also very well taken care of....steam room, sauna, and indoor/outdoor pools. Our family will be back.

Amazing place!

This was one of the nicest condo’s our family has stayed in at Orange Beach! It had everything you could imagine that you might need in the unit for you. Best on the beach!

Enjoyed 4 nights at this generously appointed condo in Orange Beach. Every detail is covered. Anything you need to enjoy the sun and sand. Beach toys, umbrellas, coolers, to name a few. Condo is beautifully furnished and cozy. Highly recommend.

Beautiful family beach vacation

We had a wonderful time staying here and our host Sylvia was fantastic and had everything prepared for our stay. The beachfront view is incredible and you’re steps away from the beach. Even on cloudy days, we were able to use the heated indoor pools and hot tubs which was very convenient. Food recommendations were great and we ended up at our favorite restaurant on the last day of the trip called big fish. Would highly recommend staying here for a relaxing fun family getaway.

We have traveled to plenty of beaches all over the world, but really love the Gulf Coast the best. Why travel so far by plane, when the beautiful Gulf Coast is right here, along with great restaurants and so many family friendly activities? We are born and bred southerners, and extend that southern hospitality to our guests. You will have the most wonderful memories to last a lifetime.

We fell in love with Turquoise Place during previous visits. The property is simply the best on the Gulf Coast. It is so clean, luxurious, and convenient to the grocery store, shopping, and fun activities. We rented various units at Turquoise Place before becoming owners and incorporated the best details from each to make our unit exceptional. We always noticed pelicans swooping from our balcony view, so we named our condo 'Pelican Paradise.' We have furnished the unit with high end furniture, comfortable mattresses, luxurious leather sofas, a sleeper sofa with a high density foam mattress (no cheap uncomfortable springs). The sheets are high thread count and bathrooms have fluffy towels. There is a nice sized work desk in the master and beach items for your use as well.

Besides that you will pay less than what the resort charges, my unit is on the 23rd floor with excellent views of the pass. It is furnished with plenty of seating and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking . . . there is even a Keurig and slow cooker. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer and beach items. If you are a mom, you will appreciate the board games, movies, books, even nightlights for the kids. I have added many extra touches that I always wished for when we rented, so it truly feels like a home away from home.
