Stock Einheit bietet Ihnen einen schnellen Zugang zum Strand - kein Einsteigen in das Auto, oder zu Fuß oder warten auf den Aufzug. Sie brauchen den Aufzug nicht (obwohl es zur Verfügung gestellt wird) - streunen Sie nur die wenigen Schritte und Sie sind am Strand! Beginnen Sie noch heute damit, Ihre Urlaubserinnerungen zu erstellen. Whirlpool, Pool, Wäscherei sind direkt auf dem Grundstück. In der Nähe von allen Annehmlichkeiten der Insel. Easy beach access

So easy to get out to beach, with 3 wash areas on your return before stepping back onto property. No key access adds to sense of freedom. Beautiful evening walks on the beach! Host is easily accessible if you have any questions.

Condo needs a dust pan. Broom was helpful in sweeping up sand but we couldn’t remove it. Sue wasVery helpful in getting tub repair Needs a better explanation on how to operate tv. Code to gate did not work. We used code from neighbor. Pillow sham and spread needs to be washed. Green blanket is very old. Everything else was great. Would stay again

Small piece of heaven

This little condo is perfect for a short getaway. It has the absolute best location. It’s right on the beach, away from loudness at night, clean, secure, and very cozy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The accommodations were cute and small. A bit dated but was a comfortable 2 day stay. The building itself is run down and the elevator wreaked of the only thing I can say is body odor x10 with the smell of burnt rubber. It literally smelled so bad I held my breath and ended up taking the stairs since it wasn’t on a high floor. The Florence 1 is in need of some upkeep. I would stay there again purely for the direct beach access.

Condo on the beach!

Property was absolutely perfect for our small group! (2 adults and 1 child). Ice cold air conditioning, located right on the beach with a partial beach view! Sue was the easiest and best property owner I’ve ever worked with. I would definitely recommend this property!

Great location

We loved the fact that the property was right on the beach and in close proximity to food and activities. The property is small (as described) but it was perfect for my husband and I. If you are looking for a beach view you are not going to have much of one because the balcony sits on the side of the building. It wasn't a big deal to us because all we had to do was walk our chairs down and sit by the water to watch the sunrise with our coffee! It was a nice, relaxing weekend.

It was very nice and clean. I liked that we had everything we needed to cook. We had plenty of towels. It was very easy access to the beach. It was nice that we had access to water to be able to wash off the sand from the beach.

Great place!

We loved our stay here! It was just two of us, so the place is perfect. It’s very quaint and simple, but it’s just what you need if you want to spend a lot of time on the beach and elsewhere on the island. You can walk out the door, walk down the steps, walk thru the parking garage, and be on the beach in about 30 seconds. You can’t beat that! It’s in a great neighborhood where there’s a nice bike/walking path. The great thing about this location is it it’s very close to lots of good restaurants. Really, all the restaurants are relatively close. (Our favorite was “Viva”. Really good food and great views of the bay.) The host was really cool to work with and very quick to answer our questions. The check-in process was very simple. Although we didn’t use much in the kitchen, it seemed like everything you would need was provided. Be sure to empty the de-humidifier, as it really does make a difference if you keep it consistent. The host does have a couple chairs you can use, but there are also some umbrellas with chairs that you can rent from local companies for about $30 a day. Again, it was a great time. We’d easily go back.

Wonderful little condo!

Me and my 3 daughters stayed in this condo for a week during our Padre vacation, and it was absolutely perfect for us. Just enough space and amenities to accommodate all of us comfortably, and right on the beach and in the heart of the island. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time again.

Stayed in the same condo as last year. Sue the owner made everything easy again. Room is a small one bedroom but most people dont go to the island to stay in their room besides to sleep and shower anyway so not an issue. Well kept and clean. Nice property. Even had some locals that live in the building that remembered us from last year and were happy to see us return. Property is in a good spot on the island. A lot of places are within walking distance. Will probably be back again next year.

Condo with good location.

Wonderful clean space and great location. Easy private access to beach and quiet area. The description and pictures are accurate. It is a one room studio condo so not a lot of space but perfect if you want a centrally located- clean room. The host Sue was friendly and helpful! We would stay again.
