OC Fall Beach Weekend

Property has excellent panoramic views making it a great location for sunrises and sunsets. It is centrally located near great shopping and restaurants. The unit was very clean, inviting, and comfortable for all ages. The owners were quick to respond to questions. The only issue was some miscommunication concerning towels and linens. I would definitely recommend staying here for your visit to Ocean City.

Great stay

Jerry and Vina's condominium is updated and extremely clean. When we had a couple issues, all minor they responded promptly and had had the issue working in no time. Love there place, spent many dinners at Ropewalk, ask for Damir as your waiter, he’s fantastic. Sophia’s had good Italian food also, she was working hard the night we went. Security was consistently walking the ground making sure things were ok all around.

Great stay at the Seawatch!

We loved our stay here as it was our first time at the Seawatch. The condo was great for the kids as well as clean and cozy. We had a blast and plan on coming back. Owners were very helpful and responsive!

Perfect beach vacation

We had a fantastic time staying here for the week. The location is absolutely perfect. Your an elevator ride away from the pools, including a kiddie pool which entertained my 3 and 4 year old boys every day. The beach is right next to the pools so it was easy to go back and forth with the kids when they wanted a break from the sand. The condo was great, my favorite part was the balcony with ocean views and access from the living room and master bedroom. It was so nice to be able to have adult time on the balcony looking at the ocean after the kids went to bed. Restaurants and grocery stores are a 5 minute drive and we were able to get to all of our favorite restaurants super easily from this location. I’m hoping we’ll be able to get back here for another family vacation! The owners are very responsive and easy to reach if needed.

A great experience

Loved the location. Ammenities at Sea Watch were great! In facility movie theater, in facility access to "Our Place" restaurant, gym, property mgrs were helpful, all were very accomodating, beautiful landscaping, courtyards, etc. Would have loved the out door pool ifvit woukd have been heated. Fabulous overall.

Week stay with teens

Stayed the week. No issues/clean. Wish that linens/towels were provided, but it’s not a deal breaker. Just more for us to pack. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were happy to find umbrellas, beach items in the laundry room. The only complaint was checking in. This was because it was super busy on a Saturday, and security could not handle the amount of people trying to get checked in. Aside from that, everything was fine. Just be aware and have patience….the beach is a busy place.

Great rental! Would definitely recommend!

One of the best rentals I’ve had in Ocean City. The condo was even nicer than advertised and great for our kids. The owners were very easy to work with and everything was as expected. It was also very clean and comfortable to be in. Additionally, the building has tons of family friendly amenities which was great for our little kids with short attention spans. We will definitely try to rent this place again.

Amazing family vacation

We just got back from our week at Jerry and Vina's condo. It was absolutely perfect for our family. We spent the majority of our time at the beach, and the beach is steps away from the condo. They have various paths that lead to the beach, showers to wash off, and we never had a problem getting a spot for our family. We always chose near the lifeguard (love that they have these here, and they are fantastic). It is extremely convenient to be able to run in to use the restroom or grab a quick snack or lunch, and only take a few minutes away from the beach. We also enjoyed all three pools. The "baby pool" is fun for the little kids and my six year old loves it for a short time. They also have an indoor heated pool and the outdoor pool and we spent time at all of them. There was no time when we couldn't get a lawnchair to sit on and we never went to the pools super early. I also love that they have a theater (my son watched a movie one day) that is free. They have a four page list of movies that you can call and request at any time. He picked the Lego movie, got a pizza from the restaurant and was happy as can be! They both enjoyed playground that they have, and we had a seat and watched them. The condo is the absolutely perfect location in my opinion. First of all the balcony has a gorgeous view of the ocean and the bay. If you step out the front door at sunset - you can get wonderful pictures of the sunset over the bay. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted, including Starbucks, Dunkin and a grocery store. The condo itself is updated, clean and comfortable. It only has two bedrooms, and the second bedroom has twin beds, but my kids are small enough to share and it worked out great. They also loved the couch area inside the front door and were thrilled to finally have cable to watch! I would absolutely stay here again with my family of four!

Great place for families

This was a great rental unit for my family. It was my husband, daughter, 3 yr old granddaughter, 6 yr old grandson and me. The panoramic view from the 12th floor was amazing. The balcony was roomy and we could comfortably sit around the table for lunch. The elevators were roomy and fast - this is important to me especially on the 12th floor. The place was extremely clean and well kept. Kitchen and bathrooms had been renovated and the bedrooms and living areas were tastefully decorated. There was a tv in every room - kids enjoyed the Disney channel. Vina and Jerry anticipated and provided for your every need - from cooking items to beach chairs and toys. Although we bought paper products, there were more than enough provided. I didn’t need to use the washer and dryer but I appreciated having our own personal laundry room. Seawatch is well maintained. The court yard is beautiful with a pond and lovely flowers. There is a small deli on the premises where you can get breakfast or sandwiches or an ice cream sundae. The kids loved the playground! There was also a castle and pirate ship to explore. We didn’t play but there was a volley ball net and tennis courts (Rackets can be found in the unit laundry room). My daughter took the kids to the arcade and they said they had fun. My granddaughter was obsessed with the cute toddler pool. Both kids enjoyed swimming in the BIG pool. The walk to the beach was short and there were plenty of showers provided to wash off the sand when we came back in. We really didn’t need a car once we parked in the parking garage. Everything was within walking distance. Communication with Jerry and Vina was excellent. I forgot the wonderful directions they sent me with the room number and fortunately they are just a phone call away. I would definitely rent this condo again. The only problem and it isn’t really a problem was it only has two bedrooms. My son in law wasn’t able to join us which was good bc he is very tall and not sure he could sleep in a twin bed. The den was great for a place to sit and read but no one slept in there. But honestly Vina and Jerry have a 5 star condo in a lovely building.
