Dieses schöne, geräumige Handwerkerhaus verfügt über Parkettböden, Einbauleuchten, einen Flachbildfernseher, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen fantastischen Garten. Dieses Anwesen bietet bequem Platz für 4 Gäste.

Makelloses Interieur mit viel Stauraum, Tageslicht, entspannender Hängematte und einem unglaublich gestalteten Außenbereich mit zwei Esstischen und vielen zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein neu gebautes Deck wird hinzugefügt, um noch mehr Platz zum Entspannen und Genießen der kalifornischen Sonne zu schaffen.

Sehr zentrale Lage im Herzen von West Hollywood, dennoch in einer ruhigen und friedlichen Nachbarschaft. Bitte beachten Sie, dass sich im gemeinsamen Hinterhof eine Pension befindet, die an Wochentagen mit einigem Treiben besetzt ist. Der gemeinsame Garten wird Ihnen für Nächte und Wochenenden allein gehören.

West Hollywood ist der perfekte Ort für alle Besucher von Los Angeles. Es gibt einen Park zwei Blocks entfernt, Runyon Canyon ist zu Fuß erreichbar für eine tolle Wanderung, es gibt viele Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Gelegen zwischen Sunset Boulevard und Santa Monica Boulevard, Fairfax und La Brea, gibt es überall coole Orte. Auch zu Fuß zum Melrose Blvd.

Ich erwarte, dass Sie das Haus respektieren. Bitte lassen Sie die Bücher in den Regalen, aber es gibt viele DVDs und Blu-Rays, die Sie sich ansehen können.

We had an amazing stay, and our two dogs absolutely loved the backyard—it was spacious and perfect for them to run and play! Adam, the owner, was fantastic throughout our visit. He was incredibly accommodating and always available if we needed anything. As a fellow dog lover, he was a joy to interact with, and we really appreciated his warm and welcoming nature. Highly recommend this rental, especially if you’re traveling with pets!

West Hollywood Haven

This was a really cute house in a lovely location in the heart of W. Hollywood, within walking distance to the Walk of Fame and fun shopping. This little craftsman had all the amenities you need to address the creature comforts of home. Adam, the home owner was a gracious host who was more like an old friend welcoming you to his home for a visit. Definitely will rent again the next time I'm in LA!

Calming, charming, and convenient craftsmam home

We stayed in this property for 16 days during a family member's recovery from a major surgery. It was absolutely perfect for us - a beautiful home, perfectly clean, replete with everything needed for day-to-day life, stunning and comfortable outdoor area, impeccable Wi-Fi, enormous TV with streaming, and in an incredibly walkable area. I particularly appreciated the fact that a Whole Foods Market and numerous restaurants for takeout were located within a few blocks. I also greatly appreciated the owner's accessibilty, attention, and graciousness. After many years of VRBRO rentals, this was our best expereince of many good ones.

Nice house in great WeHo neighborhood.

This is a very nice house with a wonderful yard in a location that’s convenient to so much. We had one glitch - the freezer didn’t work - but our host quickly provided a reasonable solution. Highly recommended!

Lovely Getaway Spot

Adam's place is exactly as listed and we loved it. Will plan to stay there again when visiting family in the area. Lots of thoughtful touches that make it feel like home. Relaxing backyard perfect for our dog, comfy beds (including the pullout) and the living and dining areas were perfect for relaxing. The giant TV is really nice too. Adam was great at communication and really cared about making us feel at home!
