Klettern Sie morgens aus Ihrem Kingsize-Bett, trinken Sie Ihren Kaffee auf dem Balkon, während Sie nach Delfinen Ausschau halten, oder machen Sie einen Spaziergang am Strand auf der Suche nach Muscheln! Verbringen Sie Ihre Tage am puderweißen Sandstrand, schwimmen Sie im Golf oder im beheizten Pool, angeln Sie, gehen Sie shoppen oder erkunden Sie einfach John's Pass, St. Petersburg oder in der Nähe von Tampa.

Sunset Heaven

For over 15 years we’ve been coming to Treasure Island and try to stay at Sunset Chateau. Shelley & Kirk’s condo was wonderful! It is steps to the beach! The pool is beachside! The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. We hope to stay here again….

My husband and I stayed for a week for a friends wedding nearby…this is a really great place. Very clean, cute decor, beautiful beach and sunsets every evening! Wonderful!!!

If you are looking for an amazing place to stay for your vacation look no further. This condo is decorated beautifully, nice and clean and has everything you need to have fun in the sun! Imagine waking up to the sound of waves and being able to look out over the Ocean from your condo. The area is nice and quiet and cute beach bars just down the street! I can’t say enough good things!

Best vacation ever

Beautiful location, lovely beach cottage decor, very clean, comfortable seating, comfortable bed, well supplied kitchen, bath and linens, (we have rented many vacation homes over the years and have learned that these are the basics) and Shelley was wonderful to work with. We discovered this little spot called Sunset Beach on Treasure Island about 5 years ago and just love it. The building is in a perfect spot and we enjoyed swimming, walking, sunsets along with bird and dolphin watching. We are hoping to go back next year.

HIGHLY Recommend

We HIGHLY recommend staying at this lovely condo on Sunset Beach! This is a very clean, tastefully decorated beach themed condo. You will find it extremely relaxing with the most beautiful ocean and beach views and sunsets right outside your door! There is alot to do in the area; many restaurants, parks, beaches, and shops all within a short driving/walking distance. We truly enjoyed the time we spent here for our 25th Anniversary and will plan on staying here again one day soon!

“Beautiful Sunsets”

This property is in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to some restaurants and bars.. We loved the fact that it is so close to the water. We could hear the surf and watch beautiful sunsets. The condo was just the right size for two people. Well equipped. With kitchen utensils and beach supplies. I would definitely stay here again.

Repeat renters!

We love this condo! it's right on the beach and one of the best spots we've ever rented. Our favorite activity was swimming, walking on the beach and watching sunsets. Shelley does a fabulous job taking care of us and the condo is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable and all the beach toys and chairs are great too! Can't say enough about it! and can't wait to go back next year!

Amazing Anniversary Getaway

We had an amazing time. Wish it was longer. The condo was perfect. We had no issues at all. The sunsets were beautiful and the beach was awesome. We went fishing off the old Skyway bridge, walked on the beach, relaxed in the sun and enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and the sunsets. We will be back. LOVED!

I can't say enough about this condo! We loved everything, starting with talking with Shelley. She was super working with, I felt like I was talking with someone I had known for years. Super nice person and the condo was great! We loved going in Oct., the weather was perfect. Dolphins each day and the beach was beautiful. Condo is very clean, had everything we needed for the beach. Sunset Beach Honeymoon

My husband and I stayed here 5 nights for our honeymoon. The apartment had everything we could ever need and more. Location was perfect for what we were looking for, not in a resort/touristy area but close to all kinds of restaurants, bars, and little shops. The beach was literally our front yard! Ocean was crystal clear with tons of shells (I found 7 sand dollars), sand bar a couple feet from shore. I have zero negative things to say about the apartment, beach, or area. We plan on coming back soon!

Back Yard Beach

If you love St Pete area You will love this Cozy condo ! Everything you need is there! If you're not a fan of carrying all your stuff a mile to get to the beach then this is place for you. You can throw a sea shell from the parking lot and hit the ocean. So Nice ! Not crowded ! Super peaceful and the Sunsets , Dolphins, Shells, and beach was Amazing !

Perfect Getaway

This was a great condo with an awesome view of the Gulf. It was clean and fully stocked with anything you could need. Very comfortable with a nice beachy feeling. I enjoyed riding my bike on Sunset Beach and walking on the Boardwalk. Visited the Seabird Sanctuary and the Florida Botanical Gardens. Saw a skimmer nest, manatees and dolphins. Britts pizza was very good. Also ate at VIP, SeaHags and Keegan's. Breakfast at the Frog Pond was delicious. Shelley, the owner, is a pleasure to work with! Looking forward to my next stay!
