Private Villa mit Pool und Meerblick, 5/10 Minuten zu Fuß von einem der schönsten Strände auf Koh Lanta entfernt. Es ist ein idealer Zufluchtsort für Urlauber, die eine komfortable Villa in einer privaten und ruhigen Umgebung suchen.

Das Anwesen wurde 2009 erbaut und in einem modernen Stil mit natürlicher Umgebung eingerichtet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad und einen Balkon mit einem spektakulären Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang / das Meer auf die Andamanensee. Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet eine ähnliche Einstellung mit einem Queen-Size-Bett. Das dritte Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und bietet direkten Zugang zum Pool und zur Terrasse.

In der Nähe der Villa finden Sie einige der besten Restaurants der Insel. Wenn Sie jedoch lieber in der Villa kochen möchten, können Sie auch einen Lebensmittelladen in Gehweite finden.

Enjoyable stay but description and photos need updating.

The villa is in a good location within easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants, especially if you get a tuk tuk back uphill.The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The pool is small but very clean and ideal to cool off in.Unfortunately the photos are either an artist impression or out of date. Trees obscure most of the sea views and there is a four story block of apartments to one side of the villa and buildings immediately behind. That said, it is still a quiet area.

Great home

The house was great and equipped with allYou need . Comfy beds. AC and fans. The property manager Nick responded quickly the few times I reached out. We had a water issue and he immediately dealtWith it . Answered any questions we had promptly and arranged a van for us to Go back to airport. You can walk to the main street for restaurants but no shopping Or markets within walking . Tuk tuks everywhere for rent and we rented scooters for our 4 days. Also lovely shaded outdoor space at house and there’s a pool. get back to airport,

The property was beautiful! The pictures are exactly what you are getting.

We got into the rental a little later than we thought but Nick was great to give us directions and arrange a later meeting time. He was very responsive to our need of a coffee pot! Received it the next day. Highly recommend Relax Bay for a Thai massage. Patty’s Garden is a good spot to eat but the most memorable meal was a short drive away at Chang Garden. We did the 4 island tour which was fun. We had three days of rain which cards made for some friendly competition. Roads along 7-11 are quite rough but lanes are just suggestions of where to drive. You can work around them

Molto bene

La casa è molto grande con tre camere da letto e materassi comodi. Tre bagni completi a disposizione. La vista mare ormai è quasi totalmente coperta dalla vegetazione. La villa è vicina ad un resort e molte camere dello stesso sono affacciate alla piccola piscina e all’ingresso della villa.Grazie Nick! Mai usata la piscina. Meglio le spiagge. Tutto sommato giudizio positivo.

Wir erhielten die falsche Adresse von der Plattform Expedia und konnten von dort aus erst mit grosser Verzögerung jemanden erreichen. Dadurch kam es soweit, dass wir noch 2 Hotelzimmer für eine Nacht gebucht haben. Neben dem Haus gibt es leider immer wieder Lärmende Geräusche von einer Baustelle.

Fint hus i lugnt område

Rent och fint hus som ligger lite avskiljt ca 500m upp från huvudgatan. Huset har det mesta man behöver på resan. Nick, svarar snabbt och hjälper en med det man behöver. Moped underlättar mycket då avståndet till restauranger och strand ändå är en bit att gå. Det är knappt så TukTuk chafförerna hittar dit, lättare att säga ChomView som är resorten bredvid.

Perfect House

Very nice house. The best we have ever been to. Pool is small, but our kids of 10 and 13 had a lot of fun with it. Cleaning of the pool several times during our stay. Water dispenser in house is spendid. The host, Nick, is kind and reply fast on our request. The property is close to Lanta Loft, somewhat south of the marking. The way to the sandy beach is a 10-15 walk and a bit to long for us with all our family beach stuff. Therefore, we arrange with a taxi/ tuktuk every time we went - worked very well.

Perfekt gelegen

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Für uns war es überraschend, dass sich ringsum größere Häuser befanden-sah es doch auf den Fotos eher abseits gelegen aus. Das Einzige, was uns sehr störte war der Geruch im Haus. Es roch nach Fäkalien, was sehr unangenehm war. Im Nachhinein erfuhren wir, dass wohl ein totes Tier unter dem Haus schuld dran gewesen sein soll. Der Manager konnte immer erreicht werden, der sehr kleine Pool (kommt auf den Fotos viel größer rüber) wurde regelmäßig gereinigt.

Very spacious and great for families

We stayed at Sea Life Villa for 2 weeks and found it to be a great property. We travelled as a family with our son and his family. There was plenty of room for the children to run around. They had great fun in the pool and, although not big enough to swim in, the adults enjoyed a cooling dip in the water after the walk up the hill in the sun. The property is set back from the main road but is close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants. You can also get a tuk tuk easily if you don't fancy the ten minute walk. Take a torch for walking after sunset. The house is equipped with everything you need and it is cool inside. It was a shame the sun umbrella was broken as there is no shade in the afternoon. We hadn't realised that Sea Life Villa is adjacent to an apartment building but this didn't spoil our enjoyment. It's quiet and peaceful. Thanks for a great stay.

Nice villa with perfect Seaview

We stayed some days in the villa and enjoyed it very much. We didn't miss anything. The small pool was cleaned three times a week and was in perfect condition. The three rooms are spacious and fully equipped. Each has an own bathroom. The rooms in the first floor have seaview and balconies. Kitchen and living room are well furnished. The villa is absolutely suitable for families with kids.

Villa tout confort

Nous avons passé une semaine avec notre fille de 4 ans dans cette villa. Idéal en famille car il y a tout le confort comme si nous étions chez nous. Les pièces sont grandes et très lumineuses. Et à ne pas manquer la vue depuis les chambres qui est juste superbe. Notre fille a particulièrement apprécié la piscine (et nous aussi...) Nous conseillons cette maison aussi bien en famille qu'entre ami, vous y passerez un très agréable séjour. Merci Laurent, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Little place of paradise

My family stayed at this beautiful villa for 2 weeks in January and cannot say enough good things about it. The location of the villa is great - close to everything including the beach but far enough away from the main area that it is still quiet. The villa itself is clean, spacious and comfortable and had all the necessary amenities and more. The villa had a great view from the master bedroom looking over the ocean and all the rooms had AC so on those hot hot days we could still cool off. The staff was very friendly and very helpful throughout our trip and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. My family loved Koh Lanta and we hope to come back again in a few years, and if we do we would come back to the sea view villa - it was our paradise home!

We have spent the majority of our life traveling the world and being fascinated by the diversity of what life has to offer. In 2008, we found the perfect place to settled and build our dream house. We always knew that we wanted to live somewhere that overlooked the ocean in a quiet area that was safe to raise a family and that was within walking distance to the beach. Finally, after what seemed like a long time in the making, my Villa was completed in 2009 and it was truly the perfect family home.

Despite my love for Koh Lanta and my Villa, life brought my family to Canada where we currently reside. We continue to travel back and forth to Koh Lanta for holidays and to look after my Villa, however during the high season I rent it out to other like minded travelers.

This is a unique way to experience a perfect family vacation or between friends as it's close to the best beach on the island and yet away from the resorts and crowds. It offers lots of privacy and a comfortable setting. You can enjoy the sunset every night and hear the sound of the birds.
