Einfamilienhaus im Herzen von Ocean City. Komplett renoviert im Jahr 2014. 4 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bäder zweistöckiges Haus mit Garage darunter zum Parken. Unser Haus ist tierfreundlich und hat sogar einen eingezäunten Garten! Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Garage mit viel Stauraum für all Ihre Strandspielzeuge. Die zweite Ebene verfügt über eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Esszimmer. Es gibt auch zwei Schlafzimmer auf dieser Ebene. Das erste hat ein französisches Bett und das zweite hat zwei Etagenbetten mit einem Rollbett. Es gibt auch ein Vollbad auf dieser Ebene. Die dritte Etage verfügt über zwei weitere geräumige Schlafzimmer und ein gemeinsames Vollbad. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und das andere hat zwei Einzelbetten und ein französisches Bett. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Fernseher.

Das Home befindet sich in günstiger Lage in North Ocean City und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von mehreren Restaurants entfernt, darunter das Layton's on 92., das Lombardis, das Kirby's, das Liquid Assets, der Blue Fish, das Bull on the Beach und das Coffee Beanery.

Unser Haus ist auch nur wenige Gehminuten vom Little Salisbury Park entfernt, der sich an der 94th Street Bayside befindet. Dieser Park verfügt über einen Spielplatz, einen Basketballplatz, Tennisplätze und einen Hundepark.

Picturesque stay at the beach

Easter break with family

I absolutely loved this house! It was so warm and cozy. Felt like home. The location was great, it was roomy and the dogs loved the fenced in yard! Everything was spotless and lots of cookware. Best place ever

Everything about this place is awesome. Literally the perfect place for so many reasons. Dog friendly with a fenced in yard for yard games. Huge outside porch with several different sitting areas including a screened in area. Eight adults and one infant and we never felt like we were on top of one another. Inside was roomy and spacious. Private parking for 3 vehicles. The air conditioning units worked perfect. Very close to beach on Oceanside of Highway. Close location to food and shopping. This place is the most awesome and perfect place.

Very nice family vacation at this house!

HOUSE: Very nice, comfortable, spacious and clean! 3 cars garage. Best kept secret: the bathroom with shower in the garage! Our favorites: screen sunroom, large deck, and 3rd floor balcony all have side view of the ocean. LOCATION: Right next to the beach. Super Fresh is across the street. Walking distance to many restaurants and convenient stores. OWNER: Nice and easy to work with. Our family have had a wonderful vacation at this house. We would love to come back!

Grill needs cleaned.

The property was fine, the outside areas need attention. the Grill was so filthy it caught fire when i went to use it and was a real hazard! the deck needs boards replaced due to the pine needles laying on the deck and clogging the gutters. The insides were nice enough but could not use the code provided to lock the doors. The Hotel next this property is a issue when they fill up. We went on the off season and had parking issues. Yes there is 3 garage spots. The HVAC units were challenge to control do to location of the thermostats. If the branches were trimmed the ocean would be on full view. We enjoyed our stay and only make these comments to improve this property. thanks.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Had a great time at this rustic but spacious beach house. We enjoyed sunsets and sunrises right from the balcony. Beds were comfortable, linens were soft and clean. Kitchen was well stocked for the most part but we couldn't find a cutting board and the pots and pans have definitely seen better days. We brought our pups with us and they had plenty of room to play and do their business in the fenced in back yard. This is a true beach house and exactly what we were looking for. It's older and rustic but had updated amenities and has been well taken care of. It's just steps from the beach which is helpful with kids if you have to go back and forth for whatever reason. Perfect location and walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants including Blue Fish, Liquid Assents, Laytons and Bull on the beach. We were very happy here and would absolutely book again!

Great spot for a weekend beach trip

This house was just what we were looking for, for a weekend away with friends. It was very clean, and definitely spacious enough for our group. We enjoyed the screened front deck, and I loved the fenced yard for our dog. The beach is really close, another great quality about this property. We look forward to renting again in the future.

Always a perfect spot!

This is a great location and works great with groups due to the layout of the house and everyone can have their own space. Very pet friendly and Jill is always incredibly responsive when needed. House is comfortable without feeling fussy!

Nice back yard

We stayed here for a week with family. The proximity to the beach was wonderful. Having the fenced in yard for the dogs was very nice and one of the main reasons we chose it. Being able to park under the home was very easy. The house is a great size for larger groups however if your looking to cook the kitchen is very small so one person max. There is barely anything to cook with and absolutely no basic amenities like salt, pepper, sugar. During our stay there was a massive ant infestation in the kitchen which I'm guessing the owner knew because of ant bait. We had to go a step further and buy a spray as it was out of control. I have been a STR owner for a decade and have multiple properties so the comments below reflect that. There was an option to have linens however they were just set on the bed and the coverlets on the bed needed to be washed. The beds were semi comfortable however you can not always appeal to everyone. The pillows need pillow encasements plus beds needed mattress protectors to be hygienic. The wicker furniture was rotted out completely that was on the top balcony however when I reached out about it they replaced it with some plastic Adirondack chairs. most of the outside furniture in the screened in porch needs to be replaced as if you sit in the love seat you will fall through. I also chose it this listing because of the ocean view however due to the overgrowth of the tree in front of the next house it is barely visible. All in all it was a good stay but this rental needs some real TLC and helpful thoughtful amenities.
