5 stars for family friendly!

From start to finish, Charlie was an exceptional host. He was gracious, communicative, and made sure everything was satisfactory. This location was perfect for our family of three. A short walk to the beach, WW2 history museum, and a beautiful pool/jacuzzi spa. This condo has a host of thoughtful amenities including Beach chairs and toys, blow dryers, a high chair, all necessary cooking utensils, pans, and dishes. We loved the Keurig AND coffee pot option. The beds were very comfy! The kitchen, bathrooms, and floors were very clean! My only recommendation to future travelers would be to show up with bottled water, slippers, your preferred coffee, and a lounge blanket for couch sitting. Outside of those things, Charlie has you covered! Would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our visit and loved our stay. Thanks again!

We had a very nice time. Condo is close to the Village and even closer to Beachcomber. Thia is our 2nd year staying here and plan to do it again in the future.

Cockroach

Property is quite a walk to the beach. Unit was left dirty so I cleaned it. I killed a cockroach running across the cooktop. I did like the coziness of the neighborhood and St. Simons Island. I will be back, just not that unit.

Great location

We had a great stay here! Restaurants and ice cream were a 3 minute drive away. The walk to the beach wasn’t far, though I do have to say if you haven’t visited St Simons before, the walk from the building to the water is longer than I expected.. but it’s only because the beach area is so wide in this location. The pool area was nice and they take good care of the property. Charlie had great communication with us and handled any hiccups we had promptly.

Excellent accommodations

This was our annual beach Girls Trip. It rained for 2 days but we had fun anyway. The condo was 5 stars. Everything we needed was available and Charles was very responsive. He was gracious to extend a later check out time so we could get a beach walk in and dip in the pool on the only sunny day. We turned our beach time to a weekend slumber party and accommodations were the best. Highly recommend. Thank you Charles.

Fantastic

Saint Simons never fails! This was my first time staying at this wonderful location, the condo was extremely clean, very well decorated, and had great access to the pool with just a short walk to the beach. I will be back and would highly recommend this host. All the little things you need were available.

St Simon's condo supreme

This is perfect commodious vacation spot for a family of four and just as perfect a spot for a couple lookng for a roomy getaway. Kitchen is very accommodating and sleeping rooms very comfortable. All in all, a great vacation spot with beach close at hand and a swimming pool on the property. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely Condo in great location

Condo was lovely. North Breakers has been updated nicely. Both the apartment and the complex. It's right on the beach so location can't be beat. Check in process was a breeze and Charles was extremely communicative and friendly. Enjoyed our time there very much and we'll be back.

Lovely Condo on SSI

We enjoyed our time at this condo in North Breakers. Excellent communication with the host and easy access to the beach! The condo had everything we needed. Centrally located on the island and close to several delicious restaurants!

Easy stroll to beach. Love this place!

Our extended family planned a beach trip to Saint Simons, but the townhome we own wasn't large enough to accommodate everyone. Luckily, we discovered this rental. It was perfect for our situation. My daughter & son-in-law stayed here with their infant son. Most mornings, the rest of the family spent time at the beach, afterward returning to the condo for lunch. The owner was a great communicator and made sure everything was good. He provided a pak-n-play for our grandson. There was also a highchair.

Nice quiet stay

Clean condo, nice owner, nice pool and good access to the beach. Would like a better view from the balcony but the condo is a good value. Older building but they maintain it. The elevator wasn't working when we arrived but the owner said he would report it. They worked on it the next day (Sunday) and it was working Monday morning. Good visit.

Nice Family Vacation

We loved the Island. The property was nice. The king size bed was a nice plus and it was very comfortable. We had trouble with the dryer drying but that's possibly a setting that could've been changed. I would suggest upgrading the living room furniture. The couch was the only seating other than an uncomfortable swivel chair. The sofa was older and there were not enough comfortable seats in there for my family of 5. I also would suggest getting some heavy duty plastic cups/plates for the kitchen for families with smaller kids. With the tile floor and only glass dishes/cups, it could be a mess. We bought disposable and it was fine. The property boasts ocean front which I believe from the photos to be a bit deceiving. It is on the beach but is a LONG walk to the beach from the property. We ended up renting and driving our golf cart to other easier beach accesses around the island. We all loved the pool area and love that there was a hot tub. Over all, we loved the area and I would go back!

perfect little getaway

We had a wonderful stay for Mother's Day weekend. we loved the location and the condo had everything we needed. We loved that there were Menu's to the local restaurants. This helped make our decisions for dinner much easier, especially since this was our first time to SSI. We enjoyed this condo so much and plan on coming back next year.

90th birthday celebration weekend

This was a great place to celebrate my mom‘s 90th birthday. The weather was incredible, the pool area very nice and the short walk to the beach was an easy one for her to make. The space was just as we wanted - easily laid out, well stocked, and very clean. We will definitely rent again. Thanks!

Beautiful setting

The unit itself was very nice and very clean. The owner was very responsive and he directions sent were easy to dollow. The view from the balcony was of the adjacent property rather than looking out onto the beach. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub area was under renovation so we did not have use of them. The grills had also been removed due to the construction. We were told we could use the hot tub and grills at the neighboring property, however, we could never find anyone in their office to verify or ask questions. We enjoyed the island and the location of the unit was quiet and on a dead end road so traffic was at a minimum. I would recommend to anyone staying here to either plan on bringing household items (trash bags, foil, toilet paper, laundry detergent etc.) or make plans to purchase as these items were not in the unit or limited in supply. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this property for a nice vacation.
