Die Wohnung hat einen neuen Teppichboden, das gesamte Interieur wurde gestrichen. Neue LR-Möbel im Oktober 2018.
Diese wunderschön eingerichtete Eigentumswohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern befindet sich im Barefoot Resort and Golf. Die Wohnanlage befindet sich in der Wohnsiedlung EDGEWATER und verfügt über einen schönen Pool an der Wasserstraße, einen Resident's Club, ein Fitnesscenter und einen Whirlpool. Alle sind innerhalb von 200 Fuß von Ihrer Wohnanlage.

Die Wohnanlage verfügt über eine Lobby im Hotelkaliber mit Aufzügen aus Mahagoni und ein Wohnzimmer neben dem Flur auf jeder Etage. Der Balkon, der sich neben dem Wohnzimmer in der Wohnung befindet, ist ein herrlicher Ort, um Ihren Kaffee oder einen Cocktail zu genießen und die vorbeifahrenden Boote zu beobachten. Es gibt einen formellen Essbereich für 6 Personen. Sie können auch außerhalb des Tages angeln. Bringen Sie Ihre Angelruten mit!

Das Resort verfügt über eine Cabana direkt am Meer. Sie dürfen die 2 Außenduschen und das eine Badezimmer benutzen, die ohne Verwendung Ihrer Durchzugskarte zugänglich sind. Der Bereich im Obergeschoss darf von Mietern gemäß den Bestimmungen von North Myrtle Beach nicht benutzt werden. Sie können dorthin fahren und auf der Straße / Seitenstraße oder auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz links von der Cabana parken. Sie können auch mit dem Shuttleservice dorthin und zurück gelangen, der Sie direkt am Eingang zum Edgewater abholt. Bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Liegen mit.

Der Pool am Nordturm steht Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Es ist der größte unterirdische Pool in South Carolina. Wenn Sie über die Drehbrücke nach Barefoot kommen, ist das höchste Gebäude auf der linken Seite der Nordturm. Fahren Sie einfach vorbei, parken Sie auf dem Parkplatz und gehen Sie durch die Lobby. Handtücher mitbringen. Der Pool befindet sich ebenfalls an der Wasserstraße.

Bettwäsche wird gestellt sowie alle Bade- und Strandtücher. Sie müssen Ihren eigenen Müll zum Müllcontainer bringen. Bitte laden Sie den Geschirrspüler und lassen Sie ihn laufen, bevor Sie gehen.

Sie finden die Wohnung mit Müllsäcken, Spülmittel, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Servietten, Kaffeefilter, Saran Wrap, Folie, etc. bestückt. Dies erspart es Ihnen, dies von zu Hause mitzunehmen, wenn Sie fahren, oder Geld zu sparen, wenn Sie fliegen.

Es gibt so viel zu tun und zu sehen ... Vier Meisterschaftsgolfplätze vor Ort - Love, Dye, Fazio und Norman - sowie über hundert weitere Golfplätze entlang des Grand Strand. In weniger als einer Meile Entfernung finden Sie zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets usw. Genießen Sie berühmte Restaurants wie Greg Normans Australian Grille und Live-Unterhaltung im House of Blues und im Alabama Theatre.

A place to relax and unwind

This is a gated community. The residents are very nice and welcoming. Beautiful and relaxing place to stay. Gorgeous scenery. The condo has everything you need so you do not have to immediately go out and buy it. Walmart is not that far away. It is very spacious. The bedrooms and bed are comfortable. Large television in the living room. There is a one-car garage for your vehicle. The host is so nice and easy to communicate with. She is willing to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. She responds quickly. I must return in the summer. This is just a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Peaceful Vacation

If you are looking for a relaxing and hassle free vacation this is the place. The pictures alone don’t do this unit justice. Judith was a wonderful host. Everything you could possibly need was stocked at the condo. I was pleasantly surprised by the little things that made our stay comfortable, right down to a cooler, beach chairs, foil and toiletries. The lanai was relaxing to sit and watch the boats go by. The kitchen has all you need ! A definite home away from home. Judith was easy to get in contact with if you had a question. Very Impressed

This property is beautiful! The living room has plenty of seating for larger groups , bedrooms are spacious and have very comfortable beds! Kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need, along with many other amenities. Judy was very responsive and wanted to be sure we enjoyed our vacation. It’s obvious Judy has put a lot of thought and care into providing the best accommodations for guests here. The attention to detail is evident and really helped to make this trip feel just as good as being at home.

Great place and location!

We've stayed in several places in Myrtle Beach, and this was by far the nicest. Condo was clean and spacious. I was surprised by how well the kitchen was stocked. Everything from cooler, beach towels to pool floats available for our use. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were above average size. Pool was perfect temp everyday. The owner stayed in contact with me at all times. We very much enjoyed our stay. Would give this place a "10"!

Perfect

We loved Judy’s condo so much that we want to move to Barefoot Resort. Judy’s condo was the perfect home away from home: amenities, shopping, pools, beaches, restaurants, activities, the list goes on. The condo itself had a perfect view of the intracoastal; it was quiet; luxurious linens; comfortable beds; ample seating for dining, relaxing and playing games; fully stocked with everything except food! If we don’t move to the area before our next vacation, then we will certainly be requesting to stay at Judy’s condo again. Thank you again for a perfect vacation home!

Perfect getaway!!!

The owner is wonderfully accommodating and always available. From the moment I booked she was there to answer questions and always prompt. The condo was better than advertised. The attention to detail was truly appreciated. We travel often and it’s rare we find a rental with quality items for our use. With this condo EVERYTHING was quality! Even the cookware! There were starter items and not just one trash bag and one dish pod but thoughtfully stocked items that kept us from having to make the dreaded Walmart run immediately after check in. Every aspect of our stay was perfect! Beds were oh so comfy with more than enough covers, sheets and blankets. Towels galore!!! She even has an over abundance of beach and pool towels! Thank you for letting us stay at your property as promised we will be back!

Quiet and Relaxing

Super clean condo in a nice quiet condo community. Kitchen has lots of dishes and cookware making it easy to dine in. Was very pleasant to sit on the balcony and watch the boats go by. A beautiful stay on the intracoastal waterway!

This beautiful, roomy condo had literally everything the four of us needed for a relaxing and enjoyable week. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, and the entire condo was extremely clean! The balcony gave us a tranquil and relaxing view of the waterway. Edgewater’s grounds and pool area are outstanding. Judy, the owner, provided lots of info and was easily reachable throughout the week to answer questions we had. We loved staying here and hope to return in the future …. highly recommended!

At Home at the Beach

This is a beautiful, well appointed condo in a quiet area on the inter coastal. But still close to great restaurants and shopping. Love the screened porch, it was so nice to just chill out there. Pool area is lovely, too. Judi is a great host- very attentive and made the process very easy. Would definitely recommend. Hope to stay again in the future.

Great Condo! Peaceful view.

This condo was wonderful. 4 of my friends and I got together for a reunion. There was plenty of space for all of us. The 3 bedrooms all had a water view and the living areas were spread out so we were not always on top of one another. My favorite was the screened in porch. Beautiful view. No bugs. Lol. Also the communication between the owner and I was fast and easy. She always replied quickly and there were no issues. We would love to stay again!

A LOVELY GETAWAY!

My friend and I stayed at Edgewater last summer with our teenage girls who attend a national dance competition in MB. We liked that place but wanted to have more room this year (aka 3 bedrooms and possibly a water view). This place DELIVERED! It was very clean, fully stocked and then some, as well as very roomy. The owner was great to work with. She was always quick to respond both by email and phone to my questions. The neighbors were cordial, and nothing beats Edgewater's private access pool (just be sure to have your passes there because they will check to keep outsiders from squatting). Beach access is very easy either via shuttle or only $1/hr to park... Barefoot Landing is also in short proximity and lots of fun. On our last night, we didn't want to cook or go out so we ordered takeout from the Barefoot Market and Grill just up the street and it was great. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. It's very family-friendly, safe, and comfortable as well as a great value!

Worst homeowners ever

this is second year we have stayed, property was clean as expected. the one thing that we had this year was the people that have actually brought the homes to live in now are complete total Jerks, one neighbor from downstairs came up and said they could hear kids running ages 2 and 5, we would be doing vacation things most of the day and kids always in bed before 10 pm we could hear neighbors above us up at 5am but would never go nock on there door and ask them to stop fixing breakfast that early but this neighbor did. The second Karen style neighbor was at pool drinking wine from glasses and the kids had gotten in hot tub with parents present and she makes a point to come over and state no kids in hot tub, all while sitting at a table that said no glass in pool area drinking wine. needless to say this is the last time I will pay for a rental here when you pay for a week for vacation you do not need a bunch of Karen's running around the place barking like dogs when you are trying to get away from this type of stuff, very disappointing stay this year

AMAZING

Where do I begin…The location was close to shopping, the beach and excellent restaurants. The outdoor areas around the resort were well maintained and beautiful. The condo itself and its view were wonderful. Plenty of room, very clean, and extremely well stocked with everything! This place was absolutely amazing. Property is clean and exactly as advertised. Had one minor issue with the dryer and Judith addressed it immediately.

Great vacation condo!!

This is an amazing condo! It’s super clean, beautiful view, awesome property and amazing owner!! I highly recommend it and we will definitely be staying again!! We loved it so much we wished we could could just move in!! 🥰😍
