Hören Sie die Wellen in diesem Aptos Ferienhaus auf der anderen Straßenseite vom Strandeingang der Strände Seacliff und Pot Belly. Gehen Sie einen sehr malerischen Beachgate-Pfad entlang oder fahren Sie, wenn Sie zu viele Strandgegenstände haben, 0,2 km und nutzen Sie den bereitgestellten California State Park-Pass für den freien Zugang und das Parken.

2 Schlafzimmer, 1. 5 Bäder - 6 Personen, mit California Kingsize-Bett, Queensize-Bett und einem ausziehbaren Queensize-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Neue Küche mit Granitarbeitsflächen, umgebauten Badezimmern und warmer Außendusche.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und das Haus verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, eine Warmwasserdusche im Freien, Kabel-TV, WLAN, einen DVD-Player, eine Stereoanlage mit CD-Player und viele Spiele.

Bring einfach deinen Badeanzug mit. Alles andere ist vorhanden: Bettwäsche, Strandtücher, Stühle, Sonnenschirm und Spielzeug.

CasaMareAptos ist eine Maisonette. Die Wohnung im Obergeschoss wird nie vermietet; Es ist unser zweites Zuhause und wir, ein Ehepaar im Ruhestand, nutzen es am Wochenende.

Die Hausarchitektur bietet absolute Privatsphäre; Gäste können das Erdgeschoss exklusiv nutzen und die umzäunten (8 '- 10') hinteren / seitlichen Höfe, die Außendusche, den Grill und die Einfahrt für 2 Autos nutzen. Nur der Vorgarten wird mit den Eigentümern geteilt. Es gibt praktisch keine Parkplätze an der Straße. Die Miete beinhaltet 2 Parkplätze in der Einfahrt.

Family with toddler beach vacation

Beautiful outside garden, with wonderful smelling many flowered Jasmine. Very peaceful to grill and eat outside. The house is clean and well equipped. Lots of beach toys for our little one to take to the beach. A stepped garden path is a fairly quick walk to the beach below. The owners are very nice and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Would stay again!

Getaway long weekend

Location was fantastic. Truly just a 4-min walk from the beach, with nearby Santa Cruz and all the hoopla that goes with it, including great restaurants. Our favorite was going to Seacliff beach and sitting near the water's edge, snuggled up in blankets to fend off the chill in the air, while enjoying the warmth of the beating sun and sound of perpetual crashing waves.

Great for a small group!

We loved our stay! A quick walk to the beach, close to Santa Cruz and Monterey, with passes to the aquarium included, as well as a parking pass for all the state parks! We added things to our trip we hadn’t planned on because of these perks, and we had a great time! Plus, it’s a short walk to really yummy Mexican at Manuel’s and ice cream at Marianne’s! The house is clean and comfortable, and although the backyard is small, it is a great place to sit out in the sun in the morning and relax before starting the day. The sliding doors in the bedrooms were nice to enjoy the cool nights. If you are looking for the top sheets to the beds, which for some reason the beds just have a comforter, they are in the bottom drawer of the dresser. Wish we would have found those before our last night., but that’s the only complaint.

Perfectly located, clean, upgraded downstairs unit right above Seacliff Beach. Hosts very accommodating with several surprises inside the home. Extras, extras, extras!

Beautiful, cozy beach home with all the extras. Celebrated my daughters 6th birthday here. We were able to go to the monterey aquarium (5* too!), short drive to Santa Cruz boardwalk, and loved the very short walk to the beach that this house promised. Our check in was seamless, got to physically meet Marina and Sasha; they were absolutely lovely and even gave my daughter a birthday gift! We were all floored and so touched! The parking pass came in handy for some local beaches nearby that would have charged, the aquarium passes worked effortlessly, and the beach toys/chairs, etc were a hit for our kids. Thank you Marina and Sasha, this place was heavenly. We will definitely be back!

Great rental!

This is a great rental. Perfect location: 3 min walk to the beach, 10-15 min from Santa Cruz boardwalk. The hosts really make it nice for families (park pass, aquarium passes, beach toys and board games) and nice for adults (clean, welcome bottle of wine and locally made lemonade). We drove both north to Capitola and Half moon bay and south to Monterey and the Big Sur.

Both being scientist, we used a scientific approach, the Radar app, in selecting the warmest, least foggy beach community. We were surprised to discover that often there is a 15 to 20 degrees difference with in less than 10 miles.
We chose our home because of proximity to the beach and it’s unique architecture.
