Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie die Aussicht auf das gesamte Lompoc Tal. Das Haus liegt günstig in der Nähe des Lompoc "Wine Ghetto", einer einzigartigen Weinprobe, bei der Sie Wein aus Dutzenden von Weingütern probieren können, die alle zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Buellton, Solvang, Santa Ynez, Los Olivos und Los Alamos sind malerische kleine Städte, die nur eine kurze Autofahrt durch die Weinberge entfernt liegen. Für die Luftfahrtindustrie ist das Haus weniger als 20 Minuten Fahrt von den meisten Standorten auf der Vandenberg Air Force Base entfernt. Zentral nach Santa Barbara und San Luis Obispo, können Sie leicht zu beiden Tagesausflüge mit etwa 1 Stunde Fahrt auf den Highways 1/101 ... beide mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf die Küste.

Das Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer, alle mit großen Schränken, sowie eine große Wohnküche, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Familienzimmer und separate Waschküche. Hinterhof hat Blick auf natürliche Hügel / Schlucht und ist sehr privat mit Redwood Terrassendielen, zwei Ess-Sets, Liegestühlen, Gasgrill und Pool / Spa. Gaswärme zum gesamten Pool ist auf Anfrage verfügbar und wird gegen Aufpreis berechnet.

Dieses Haus wäre ideal für Großfamilien oder mehrere Paare, die die Schönheit von Western Santa Barbara County mit einfachem Zugang zum gesamten Santa Ynez Valley und Santa Barbara genießen möchten. Es bietet auch die Vorteile eines "Heims weg von zu Hause" für Auftragnehmer, die in der Gegend arbeiten, oder Snowbirds, die kühlen nördlichen Breiten entgehen möchten. Beautiful home

The house has everything you could need for a lovely stay in Lompoc. From beach towels to sunscreen to life jackets Jeanne thought of it all ! Kitchen is well stocked also. There wasn’t a thing we needed while staying in the house. The house itself is beautiful comfortable and feels like home to me. The hosts are so nice and friendly and welcoming and will respond to text right away. This was our second stay at the house Ian’s I look forward to staying here again someday. Jeanne thank you for your kindness during this hard time and thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us !!

Gracious host and great property!

Jeanne was very hospitable, offering room selection and even offered to drop umbrellas by for some untimely rainy weather! The home is very spacious and comfortable with an incredible view of the valley. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect resort-like house

Jeanne’s house is amazing, very specious, with everything you need for a perfect vacation, just bring your suitcase! Pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation. Jeanne is very responsive and attentive, we even found a box of fresh cookies waiting for us. Our group of 8 had a great time, highly recommended.

The house feels like a home, very cozy. Lots of space, a beautiful garden, great pool, and view over the valley. Also lots of equipment in the kitchen for cooking and baking anything you like. Jeanne was very responsive and helpful. Totally recommend!

Great 4th of July vacation

I had a wonderful weekend with my sister and 6 of our close friends. The owner was available and helpful throughout our stay whenever we had a question or concern about the house. The house was lovely, and comfortable. It's a great location with beautif views, we were even able to watch the firework show from the living room. I'd definitely recommend this spot to friends and family :)

Large house with pool

We all (family and friends) really enjoyed our stay. With 4 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen, breakfast room, dining room and ‘man cave’ plus a patio and pool, we had plenty of room. Only negative is the only way into the house is via steps which were difficult with my bad knees (66 years old). Great view of Lompoc from living room.

The owners/hosts are sisters who were fortunate to grow up in the house. Since 2014, they have been sharing their unique home with guests from throughout California, the US and many countries around the globe. The owners love to entertain, have fun and travel so it has been a pleasure sharing their home with hundreds of like-minded individuals.

The house was custom-built by the owners' family, and decades of that family history help to provide warm vibes. There is a "throw-back" feeling to the house with lots of natural wood, open-beamed ceilings and wide picture windows. Although there are retro touches, many updates have been done to the property to provide expected 21st century amenities. It is a wonderful, comfortable entertaining space, and guests often comment that they can feel the love and good vibes present in the house. The pool and yard are the perfect extension to the spacious interior, adding outdoor fun in a lush natural setting.

Ideal for Snowbirds, small family reunions, accommodations while visiting for a wedding, couples' get-away, small wine tasting tour groups and/or foreign travelers looking for a relaxing stop between Los Angeles and San Francisco.

The house also works well for corporate use in conjunction with Vandenberg Space Force Base, Sta. Rita Hills wine industry and much more. The four bedrooms/3 baths offer privacy to contractors with plenty of communal living/cooking spaces.

Lompoc and the Santa Rita Hills are hidden gems in Santa Barbara County, and this home is a surprise to many with its impressive views of the city from the front and hillside chaparral from the back. It is walking distance to Old Town Lompoc but has a country-like feeling. There is ample space inside of the home and also a private yard with a pool with hillside views. Should you choose to venture out, there are dozens of wine tasting rooms, vineyards, beaches and hiking trails within minutes of leaving the home. Lompoc is truly very "Central to the Central Coast!" We love the unspoiled nature of this corner of California.

The homey atmosphere is perfect for unwinding after a busy day! The sky and city view visible from the comfortable swivel chairs in the living room or the feeling of being immersed in nature while relaxing outdoors on a chaise lounge or pool float are highlights most often mentioned by our many guests over the past eleven years. There's plenty of room for two families or several couples. Perfect for a weekend get-away or to make an extended stay so much more comfortable! We welcome Vandenberg AFB contractors and "Snowbirds" looking to escape cold climates for our mild Central Coast fall and winter weather.
