Willkommen in unserem Ferienhaus am Lake Granby. Wenn Sie nach einem komfortablen, ruhigen Ort zum Entspannen und genießen Sie die Pracht der Rocky Mountains suchen - haben Sie es gefunden!

Dies ist eine wunderschöne, 3 Schlafzimmer, 3. 5 Badezimmer Stadthaus vom See Granby befindet sich etwa 300 Meter. Es gibt keine Aussicht auf den See von der townhome. Riesige Fenster, Holzböden, geflieste Bäder, Gas-Kamine und gemütliche Möbel sind für Komfort und Entspannung Sie. Alle Schlafzimmer haben eigene Badezimmer! Die Master-Suite verfügt über einen Kamin aus Naturstein.

Wireless Internet und HD Satelliten-TV sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Zusätzlich dazu, dass auf der zweitgrößte Gewässer in Colorado liegt, sind Sie nur sechs Meilen entfernt von der historischen Stadt von Grand Lake und dem Eingang zum Rocky Mountain National Park. Granby Ranch Ski Resort ist 15 Minuten entfernt und Winter Park / Mary Jane Skigebiete sind eine schnelle 30-minütige Fahrt. Hot Sulphur Springs, einer der Colorado am besten gehüteten Geheimnisse, ist nur eine kurze 20-minütige Fahrt.

In der Nähe Sommer-Aktivitäten gehören fast alle Formen der Erholung am Wasser: Bootfahren, Wasserski, Segeln, Jet-Ski, Angeln, Schwimmen, sowie Kajak und Rafting auf der angrenzenden drei Seen und ihren Nebenflüssen. See Granby ist eine der beliebtesten Eisfischen Zielen in Colorado. Hop skip and a jump from the water

The property itself is awesome. Very well taken care of and plenty of sleeping quarters. Everyone in the group absolutely loved how each bedroom has its own bathroom and a powder room on the kitchen level. Would definitely stay there again. Parking is the only setback, especially if you have a trailer with toys, but it was still very doable. Property manager was very responsive when we did make contact.

Great Time on the Lake

My family stayed at this condo for a trip to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. It is a very nice condo and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the space and the guest book memories. It doesn’t have a view of the lake and is a 5 minute drive to town each time, but it didn’t bother us. We used the SUP boards and rented a boat at a nearby marina one day. The condo is easy to access and the owner did a fantastic job with instructions. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect lakeside retreat

We really enjoyed our weekend on Granby Reservoir - the condo was perfect for our 2 families. We had space to spread out, plenty of room for the kids, and easy access to the lake. Communication with the owner was awesome. Thanks for a great stay!

Minor things to make it great

This house is cute, and clean. However, for the price, I was a bit disappointed. There are several things throughout the house that are either not working, old, or squeaky. Additionally, there is no air-conditioning. I was told air-conditioning wasn’t necessary due to the nice summer weather in the mountains - but this house made it particularly challenging because the master bedroom wouldn’t get below 85° (during our summer visit). There is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, but it squeaks so loudly that it interrupts your sleep. There is no cross-breeze, even when you open all the windows. It’s so easy to install a balance kit on a fan, it desperately needs it!!!! Additionally, the house has three bedrooms, one of which is on the main floor right as you enter the front door and the other two are up several flights of stairs (I’d guess at least 35 stairs total). This is clearly not ideal for the elderly or anybody who has physical limitations. The view off the back porch is of an old shed and broken down fence. You cannot see the lake (and you can barely see the mountains). The kitchen is nicely appointed with a fairly new refrigerator and granite countertops. However, the major drawer/shelf within the fridge is broken, and we almost dumped out all of our food just by opening the door every time. The unit has plenty of dishes, pots, and silverware. They also have some spices. Access to the local dock is great. Ignore the no trespassing signs.

Wonderful getaway!

We were looking for a place to "get away" from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We were not disappointed! We really appreciated being so close to Lake Granby! It was just a short walk down the street. It was so nice to have 2 paddleboards and life jackets available to use. The location is very convenient: close to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park! The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

A nice stay in a nice town home

This property has very superior facilities; 3 bedrooms each with a private bath and an additional guest 1/2 bath. Convenience items are well provided and the kitchen has all necessary appliances. The bed was comfortable. This unit is ideal for larger groups of up to eight. We were quite pleased. The town home is three stories and about 8,000' elevation so not handicapped suitabe for some.

Amazing! Great communication!

Our family really enjoyed the property! It was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The owner communicated right away with us when there was an issue with wifi, and even contacted his service provider to find out there was an outage. He texted me several times with updates about this-really above and beyond. The very short walk to the docks with fishing access and beautiful views of the lake were wonderful! Beds were very comfortable and everything was as described!

Quiet, Clean and spacious

We stayed at this location to have access to the RMNP for hiking. This townhouse was clean and spacious for our family of 4 adults. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. All rooms were well equipped. Washer/ Dryer were present + ironing board/iron. We didn't have time to enjoy the lake (we were only at this location for 2 days and spent it in RMNP)...but it is within walking distance. We would stay here again if we come to this area of CO again.

Great place to stay in the Lake Granby area.

We had a great 1 week stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and had all of the supplies necessary to clean dishes. The lake is a short walk from the place and I was able to easily catch a few trout from the area around the dock. The fully functional washer and dryer had supplies. There were two standup paddle boards available for use. It has no air conditioning, but closing the blinds during the day kept the place comfortable. If we return, we will check to see whether it is available again. It fit our needs well. It is located relatively close to the National Park and we were able to gain entry without reservations by arriving before 9 am.

Well first of all when we walked in Kelly smelled smoke inside We had to read the placard on how to operate the shower for it was new to us The shower door will not close all the way In the downstairs bathroom Otherwise it was a nice time to relax an just enjoy our time together Kelly was not happy that it did not have air conditioning I myself enjoyed my time there

Unfortunate Mistake

We made a miscalculation on the days we stayed there. The owner sent the property manager in to rectify. He was not nice to the guys, very rude. The owner is not very responsive to questions we asked. We are getting charged for our miscalculation, which we understand. The communication and mistreatment was surprisingly poor. Every makes mistakes but the after treatment was not welcomed.

Great Location for Lake Granby

It is a short 2-3 minute walk to Lake Granby. We were able to fish from the shoreline and dock area. Also the kids enjoyed playing on the shoreline. The townhome was nice and had all the things we needed to enjoy our stay. We were also very close to Rocky Mountain National Park. In the winter it would be a great spot to be close to the ski areas.

Great owner

It was wonderful working with Eric, and his responses were extremely quick and accurate. As others mentioned, you drive through a trailer park to get to the unit. Nothing to worry about. We turned right from the development and drove about 2 miles on highway 40, and then turned left between a storage facility and a statue of a headless horse. If you drive about 3 miles you get into a National Forest, in which we had a blast hiking around.
