Unsere Wohnung befindet sich am Spencer Creek und Pamlico Sound, es hat die atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Sound vom Balkon und Schlafzimmer. Diese gemütliche Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder im dritten Stock mit Blick auf Pamlico Sound. Meerblick und wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang vom Vorderdeck. Die Sonnenuntergänge bei Nacht sind vom hinteren Balkon aus herrlich. Beobachten Sie das Windsurfen und Kitesurfen auf dem Balkon.
In beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es einen Fernseher. Das Wohnzimmer hat TV, DVD und Stereo. Kabel-und WLAN-Internet "WIFI" ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Bücher, Spiele und Filmsammlung für Familienspaß. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Gläsern, Kleingeräten. Es gibt ein neues Sortiment und einen neuen Geschirrspüler für die Saison 2018. Entspannen Sie sich oder schwimmen Sie im privaten Pool. Mieten oder bringen Sie Ihr eigenes Kajak. Ocean Air Wassersport ist gleich nebenan und vermietet Jetski, Kajak, Paddle-Boards und andere Wassersportartikel. Am frühen Morgen am Strand spazieren gehen oder am frühen Meer schwimmen! Gehen Sie einfach über die Straße zum schönen Strand von Avon. Unser Pier am Spencer Creek ist ideal zum Angeln, Bootfahren, Kanufahren und Kajakfahren. Der Strandzugang mit Allradantrieb befindet sich gleich die Straße hinauf. Seitenspaziergänge sind eine Neuheit in diesem Bereich. Ideal für tägliche Spaziergänge oder einen Einkaufstag in Souvenirläden und Strandgeschäften. Genießen Sie eine morgendliche Radtour. Bringen Sie Ihr Fahrrad mit oder mieten Sie ein Fahrrad und verstauen Sie es im Schrank im Erdgeschoss. Mehrere Strandmietläden sind in der Nähe für Fahrräder, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme und Surfbretter. Einzelteile können zur Eigentumswohnung geliefert werden. Fischputztisch und Waschküche vor Ort. Enjoyable vacation

Check in/check out was easy. Communication was good. Condo location was quiet but convenient. Pool area was nice and we had it to ourselves occasionally. We brought kayaks and enjoyed using them in the sound. We used the 4x4 beaches and there were multiple ramps close by. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes from condo to sand. The condo is on the 3rd floor and there’s no type of lift, which was manageable for us. Thank you for sharing your condo and all the available conveniences (dishes, beach toys etc). It was our first time staying in this area and we will definitely be coming back. :)

Perfect week at the beach.

My family and I had a perfect week staying in this condo. It had everything we needed (except towels of any kind, make sure you pack them) and had easy access to the beach. We loved enjoying the pool and even had it to ourselves frequently. The stairs did get to be a bit tiresome after long days and walks on the beach, so if you have issues with stairs I would keep that in mind. The view from the balcony was perfect and I enjoyed it most mornings and nights. Overall I saved the property and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good place with all the amenities one could need for a week away from home.

Our New Favorite Beach Place

First time to OBX and we are so glad that we chose Dave and Jeanne Dugan's condo to stay at. Truly beautiful views morning and night! Contacted Jeanne and she was really responsive! We realy appreciated that! Condo was really nice! Quiet and so relaxing! Just what we needed! We did not want to leave! Avon was a great town to stay in! Quiet, food was great and really just a small drive away from many attractions. We walked right up street for breakfast many mornings. Kitty Hawk Kites and ocean rental place right next door. Already checked to see if they had any other weeks available this summer!

Gorgeous view and very well kept condo

This was the first time to the outer banks and I must say we will never go to Myrtle again for our yearly vacation. The drive was a little longer to the outer banks but absolutely worth it! The condo was clean and stocked with almost everything you could think of. The owners of the property couldn’t have made it an easier stay at their property!

Comfortable stay

Condo is very homey and looks to have had some updates done. Back porch area is nice with partial view of the Sound thru next row of houses. Unit is on third floor which gives you 40 steps to climb but does give you better views.

We love our stay

The place is very nice and welcoming. The location is close to the beach and Ocean Sports which you can rent kayak and SUP. We could see beautiful sunset from our balcony. Outdoor pool is right by the building and it's usually not many people, it felt like our private pool. The host, Jeanne, was quick to respond any of my text and question. My son accidentally broke two bowels in the kitchen, when I informed Jeanne, she told us it's ok, and didn't charge us a fee. I would highly recommend this place who wants to go to Outer Banks.

Very pleasant!

Although our stay was short and we had four out of five days of rain, the location itself is very well-kept. It looks exactly like the pictures showed, everything was neat and organized and most importantly clean. The only suggestion I can make is somehow to install a drainage system in the parking lot. Because there was so much rain there was constant flooding in the parking lot. Other than that I can’t think of anything else. We will visit again but this time during a better week or month

Wonderful place!

This is a great place! You’ll absolutely love it. We have 3 sons, ages 23, 16 and14 and we were extremely comfortable. We brought fishing rods, beach chairs, boogie boards, and coolers. The storage closet was perfect for storing our things under the condo. WiFi works great with all 5 of us connected. One evening, we took a trip to Ocracoke and got back late. Most of the restaurants close by 9pm so that evening we made a foodlion run and everyone got something different to make for dinner. The condo had everything we needed to make it happen! The location is perfect and we loved being on the 3rd floor. The host, Jeanne and Dave, give you great information before your trip of all you need to know. We would definitely stay here again! Wonderful vacation!!!

Better than the pictures!

We cannot speak highly enough about this rental! My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights with our 11 year old and 3 year old and it was absolutely perfect! The place is extremely clean, check in was effortless, the condo itself was beautiful, I kept saying “wow!” as I walked around as the pictures on the listing really do not give this place justice. We absolutely loved staying here— absolutely would stay again in a heartbeat if we’re in Avon again. Ps- I loved that I did not have to do any toddler proofing when we arrived! Added bonus! :)

Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient. We enjoyed staying in Avon. Our young kids LOVED the pool. It was probably the highlight of the trip for them;) It was warm, clean, and often times we were the only ones there. There was also pool toys available that made it extra fun. We appreciated the availability of beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. There was a very casual feel about the place that we enjoyed. The other people staying there were friendly as well. The kids enjoyed walking the dock and looking for crabs and fish. The condo itself was clean and had almost everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. We remembered to bring bath towels but forgot dish and hand towels. We didn't need them but it was nice that were games stocked in the closet just in case. We loved the view from the balcony and spent a lot of time out there especially in the morning and at night. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Wonderful location

We loved staying in Avon, nice quiet area with a lot to do nearby. We never tired of the beautiful sound view from the deck. Master bedroom comfortable and roomy. Condo was very clean. Could use a little aesthetic upgrading but was overall a great choice for a place to stay. 3rd floor stairs were well worth the view.

Sunset beauty

Our family of four enjoyed our stay in this unit! The location was perfect for beautiful sunset views of the sound. We loved the dock on the sound for evening fishing and crabbing! DQ was only a few blocks away, making for fun memories made walking for blizzards and cones. The town of Avon itself was perfect for our laid back vacation! Our only mentionable dislike of the property was the lack of bath towels and limited bed linens. The towels are mentioned in the listing, we just failed to notice as we aren't used to rocodong our own towels for a condo. The bed linens were limited to 2 sets of sheets, despite 4 beds. However, we made do and did not contact the owners. I'm sure they would have made accomodations. Overall, we loved this unit and this area of OBX!!!

It is the most relaxing place for us. We always wanted a place of our own to vacation and rent. Hope you enjoy it as much as our family.

We chose this property for the spectacular view of the Ocean from the front deck. The pretty ocean side sunrise and the Pamlico Sound sunsets at night. The pool is a great addition. Steps to the beautiful Hatteras Island beaches. Access to Pamlico sound for fishing and water sports. The covered balcony is very relaxing morning and night.
