Emigrant Creek Cabin wurde innen und außen umgebaut und neu dekoriert. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in zentraler Lage im Paradise Valley. Die von Forest Service umgebene Hütte ist ein idealer Ort zum Wandern, Reiten, Langlaufen und für die allgemeine Wertschätzung der Natur. Die heißen Quellen von Chico sind nur 1,6 km entfernt. Dort erwarten Sie ein Pool mit heißen Quellen, Whirlpools, gehobene Küche und Unterhaltung. Die Stadt Livingston mit ihren vielen Kunstgalerien, Gourmetrestaurants, einzigartigen Geschäften und Gemeinschaftstheatern sowie der Yellowstone-Nationalpark im Süden sind bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Unsere Unterkünfte umfassen: Kabine mit einem Schlafzimmer; ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche; voll ausgestattete Küche mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Geschirr und allem, was Sie sonst noch brauchen; Sofa im Wohnzimmer verwandelt sich in ein Doppelbett; Grill; Telefon und Sat-TV. Ein frisches Abendessen mit Bachforellen ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Eine Meile Emigrant Creek fließt durch die Unterkunft.

Cozy cabin in a great location

We had a 5 day trip and found the cabin to be in a great location for some local meandering on scenic drives, walking along the creek, dinner at Sage Lodge and an evening at Chico Hot Springs (great soak and then a casual dinner at the Chico Saloon). We also spent 2 days at Yellowstone and found the drive to be pretty easy to the north entrance. Looking forward to going back for a longer stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The area is very quiet and peaceful and the interior is very comfortable. The walk to the waterfall was the best part of our trip!

The property inside was absolutely charming, the views and the running creek just added to the tranquility of the stay!!! I loved the location, you were off enough not to deal with the crazies, but close enough to do anything!!! We fished, rode horses, did Yellowstone, the bear tooth hwy, gardiner and livingston!! Would recommend over and over and plan on returning

Anniversary Trip

This was a amazing rental. The cabin was tucked away in the wilderness and very secluded. The location was great for going north into Livingston or heading south into Yellowstone. My wife and myself loved the stay here and are talking about coming back next year with the kids.

The cabin was very rustic, but had all the amenities needed to make it a great place to stay. Bryan was super friendly, he stopped by to make sure everything was going good during the stay. And was always available to answer our questions.

Restful and quiet

We’ve stayed here many times to the point where I’ve lost track. It rained for most of the time but we soaked at Chico and also had a wonderful meal at their dining room. We watched movies and read a lot. We also prepared our own meals using the fully stocked kitchen. A new addition was the the wifi, which I was grateful for as I was able to monitor my home and greenhouse remotely. Had it been nicer weather, we would have hiked up to Emigrant Creek Falls. We’ve also taken our bikes several times when the weather was nicer and biked over to the hot springs and up to the falls. Absolutely stunning property and amazing Paradise Valley!

Don’t Judge A Book By It’s Cover

The Chico house was comfortable w/a spacious living area & a nice view of the mountains. The decor seemed newer, definitely clean & well supplied. I say all of this bc we were concerned when we finally found the house (very remote & a long gravel road). The outside is unkempt & run down & our first impression was “Surely this is not our place.” We were relieved when we got inside.

Misleading information and lack of contact with owner

I chose this cabin because it said it was a waterfront property on Emigrant Creek. I looked forward to walking along the bank of the creek and enjoying the sound of the running water. Upon arrival, we found that the creek is actually across the road from the cabin and not visible from the cabin. That is not waterfront. In the cabin there is a memo board which stated "You can walk up the road to the waterfall, but the property on both sides of the road is private so please stay on the roadway". That completely contradicts what it says in his cabin description. I tried to contact Bryan on the VRBO site on 10/9, no answer. On 10/11 I sent a text asking if this was Bryan, he quickly texted -yes. I texted him saying I had left a message for him on the VRBO site about my concerns. No reply to this. No reply on the VRBO site. I finally got an answer from him on the VRBO site on 10/18 when we were already back in Texas. I told him it was too late now, we never got to enjoy the creek, because we did not want to be trespassing, and he had never responded while we were there for 5 days. He then informed me it is private property a mile up the road and that is where you shouldn't get off the road. The best he could do is say, "I'm sorry." I spent a lot of money for this location and totally did not get what I paid for.

Disgusting

We stay in many different places and out of respect never left a negative review but this place by far ruined our experience at Yellowstone, I'm completly shocked that this place is even advertised and why are there so many positive reviews on this cabin that we went by, if it's even a cabin? We booked 3 nights but could barely sleep there for just 2 nights and than we had to go and get a hotel. We stayed out at Yellowstone for as late as possible just so we wouldn't have to go back to the place, which is also over an hour drive just to the entrance. The smell is something that you just can't get over and you wake up to it, it's so gross.. The kitchen is very disgusting with 50 year old green carpet and cabinetry that we couldn't dare to use. The place was clean but that did not help it at all. It stated that it was remodeled in and out we did not find that to be the case. I wish the other reviews told us how it really is and did not make us lose money and a drive from Florida. If you saved up your money to go to Yellowstone, do yourself a favor and get a better place.

Another Good Christmas

This is my second time staying in this cabin. I had family staying in Chico, and it is the perfect spot to be a part of that togetherness, but have my own little spot in the mountains at the same time. The weather was crazy cold during my stay, but Bryan went out of his way to make sure all was well and I stayed warm. It is hard to ask for a more cozy get away or a prettier spot. Thanks for another great stay!

The cabin is very hidden away for privacy. Unfortunately it was too far from the open entrances to Yellowstone so we opted not to stay. There were also ants in the kitchen so you wouldn't want to leave food on the counter.

Wonderful secluded getaway

This was a sweet little secluded getaway. It was so nice to hear the creek that runs along the side of the cabin. Really felt nestled in the woods. It was unseasonably warm during our stay so the cabin did get a bit uncomfortable by 3:00 to 6:00. Cooled off nicely in the evening once the sun was down. The North entrance to Yellowstone was closed to vehicle traffic so we went to the west entrance. About 2.5 hour drive but was a beautiful drive! Loved the time in West Yellowstone. Would stay again.

Discovering Montana and Yellowstone

We enjoyed our stay here! We loved the location and enjoyed the surrounding areas, unfortunately the north entrance to Yellowstone was closed so we had to check out a day early to go to the West Entrance and we decided to spend our last night there.

Well furnished cabin close to Chico

The cabin is well furnished and comfortable. Check in and check out were simple. It's a short drive on a dirt road from Chico. The cabin is easy to find. Just be sure to follow the directions that Bryan provides, and you will have no problem. Enjoyed the quiet nights with the sound of the nearby creek.

When I am not exploring our property on Emigrant Creek with my faithful standard poodle and lovely wife, I am working in the Valley or Yellowstone National Park. I love this area and can give advice on where the best spots are.

This is one of the most beautiful places on earth. I have been here nearly all my life and I still pinch myself to see if this is real. Thankful for this place..
