Mit zwei großen Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern bietet Condo del Mar Platz für maximal sechs Personen. Das Oceanfront King-Size-Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit großer begehbarer Dusche. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner in der Suite machen das Leben hier einfach.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Side-Bett sowie zwei Etagenbetten - perfekt für die Kinder! Es gibt ein zweites Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche direkt neben dem zweiten Schlafzimmer. Riesige Einbauschränke mit abschließbaren Schränken in beiden Schlafzimmern bieten ausreichend Stauraum für alle.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen großen Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, einen Elektroherd mit Backofen, einen Geschirrspüler, eine Mikrowelle, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Toaster und einen Mixer. Auf der hinteren Terrasse, nur wenige Schritte von der Küche entfernt, befindet sich ein neuer Weber-Gasgrill. Condo del Mar ist mit einem überlegenen Wasseraufbereitungssystem ausgestattet.

Das luxuriöse Condo del Mar befindet sich nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Stadtplatz entfernt, wo Sie Fischmärkte, Obst- und Gemüseläden, verschiedene Geschäfte, Apotheken, Ärzte und einen Zahnarzt sowie mehr als 25 gute Restaurants finden! Von dieser günstigen Lage am Meer aus können Sie überall in Bucerias spazieren gehen. Der Bus ist nur einen kurzen Block entfernt und bietet regelmäßige Verbindungen zu allen Punkten in der Bucht. Fantastic stay!

The condo was clean and well equipped with kitchen staples for a comfortable stay. We appreciated having two separate bathrooms as we were travelling with our teens. The highlight of the condo was the view from the deck and hearing the waves all day and night. We used the pool every day and it was clean. Our host Sally was friendly and checked in on us frequently.

Perfect location

This was the perfect location with a beautiful view and pool area. Walking distance to everything. Stocked with basic supplies plus loads of towels and other handy things. Host and manager are great people.

Great place in Bucerias

We stayed at John’s condo for a week at the end of March. The town was lively with lots of Mexican visitors during Semana Santa but it didn’t feel overcrowded. We really enjoyed the location on a great spot on the beach and close to everything in Bucerias. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked with an awesome ocean view from the balcony. Sally, the on site manager, was very helpful and responsive. Communication with John was excellent from our initial enquiry through to our stay.

Wonderful location...

From the moment we arrived, our stay at John's condo was just wonderful! It is within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The condo itself is comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Sally was extremely helpful as were the cleaning and maintenance staff. What a great team! Relax in Bucerias

Very nice 2 bd/2 ba condo in a 20 unit building. On the 4th floor gives beautiful views of the bay and sunsets with the pool and beach just below. Good security from the outside and from the beach. Easy access to the beach through a gate by the pool. The condo had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was easy, payment was a breeze and John was very responsive. Many restaurants and shopping was in easy walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

The loviest of Christmas stays in a beautiful beach front condo

We rented John’s lovely condo on the Colibri building for Christmas week December 2023. Our family, Mum Dad adult daughter, husband, 4 month old baby had a simply wonderful time. Check-in with Sally was a breeze, the location at the north end of restaurant row and right on the beach could not have been better and the condo was beautifully appointed and very, very comfortable of our inter-generational family of 5. I would be remiss if I did not mention how fabulous the terrace was and what a pleasure it was to sit out there in the evening watching the sunset and see the lights on the grounds come on. We hope to return in the future and thank you for welcoming us to your home.

Quiet, lovely paradise

The condo was very clean and the location is beautiful and convenient. Unlike other places we’ve stayed in Mexico, it is very quiet. Everything felt very secure and the community is laid back. We are not really into partying, but it was close enough to the downtown area of Bucerias if you’re into that. Close to the bus line and taxi waiting area. We took the bus to Punta Mita one day then hiked monkey mountain. Very lovely! The beach on the property is wonderful too and goes for miles. Easy to swim in and warm water. Thanks John and thanks Sally for being so available when we had questions!

Great location in Bucerias!

We loved this condo and the complex and area in Bucerias! The property manager Sally was fantastic and met us when we arrived and gave us a tour and specifics of what we needed to know for our stay. The condo was as advertised and perfect for my friend and I as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The condo was equipped with the majority of the basics you needed for the kitchen, pool or beach. Great view from the balcony, but one thing that would make it better would be more comfortable seating to sit outside and relax or read and enjoy the view. The condo complex was very secure with locked coded access from the street and the beach. Great pool area with a view overlooking the beach. Very friendly and helpful renters and residents. We loved the variety of restaurants, stores and markets all within walking distance. We would definitely recommend and return again!

Based on the previous reviews and pictures, we had high expectations and were not disappointed. The condo, view and location were great. It’s a short walk to town with numerous restaurants and street vendors. We found ourselves grabbing food “to go” and watching the sunset from the balcony. Also, Sally was incredibly helpful, even helping us arrange a ride to the airport and waiting to ensure it came. We definitely hope to be back in the future.

My Happy Place 🌴❤️

This is my second time staying in this Beautiful Condo ! The Owner makes the process so easy and welcoming! This truly is my “ Happy Place “ ! The location is awesome! Right on the edge of the town ! You can walk to everything! Nice Beach for swimming and just relaxing ! I spend a lot of time on the beautiful spacious balcony ! The Condo is well supplied, everything you need is here , including beach chairs and umbrellas! Sally the Property Mgr is a gem , is efficient and so welcoming! Fantastic Location

The property was just as it was described, it was very clean, comfortable and quiet, not to mention the great neighbors, so friendly and made us feel welcome. Sally was there to greet us and show us around and explain how everything worked, the pool was everything we could ask for. The location was perfect, walk outside the gate 50 feet and you were eating Italian food right on the beach, and more Restaurants all the way down the streets, the locals were great, and we looked forward to seeing them, whether we were just walking down the street or visiting their restaurants.

My husband and I stayed at Condo Del Mar at the Colibri for 12 days in May/June 2022. What a beautiful condo with an incredible view!! The pictures do not lie. The condo was spotless upon arriving and Sally (the Property Manager) met us at the condo to show us around and answer all our questions. She had the air conditioning turned on so it was nice and cool when we arrived. Sally was incredible to deal with and was very responsive if we had any questions. John (the owner) was also very responsive and answered all our questions leading up to the trip. There was one little issue while we were there (no one's fault) and Sally and John did everything they could to get it resolved quickly. The location is fantastic - right next to great restaurants, Bucerias town square the market as well as close to the bus stop. All in all would give this condo a "10" if I could and I hope we will be back soon to enjoy it again!

A little slice of Paradise

This was our 2nd trip to Bucerias where we stayed at the Colibri Condo and our first with John in 401. The rooms are spacious and decorated with taste and style. The various things that either make or break a vacation like this one: i.e., electricity, plumbing, laundry, appliances, beds, bathrooms and easy access to the beach, pool, restaurants and shopping are all covered. If you don't have a great time, it must be your fault.

This is the perfect place to stay in Bucerias! Really nice complex, friendly people ! I was in the beautiful infinity pool everyday ! Walk out the gate and you are on a gorgeous beach ! Great deal during the summer though it was hot. We had the whole complex to ourselves and enjoyed the evening thunderstorms. Only needed more water pressure for the showers.🔆

Great location!

Just returned from Johns condo and everything was perfect. Great location, very nice pool area and condo was clean. We hope to return next year for a longer stay. Thank you.

A Perfect Fit

We thoroughly enjoyed renting this property. The location was perfect ... right on the beach and still private. The views were spectacular. The owner was very responsive to any communication as were the rental managers on site. We will rebook here with no hesitations. Many thanks John.

We are a Canadian couple, looking towards retirement in the next few years when we hope to spend winters at Condo del Mar and enjoy all that Bucerias and the Puerto Vallarta area have to offer. In the meantime, we are happy to open our condo for others to enjoy.

We vacationed in Bucerias several times and love the beach, the town and the friendly people. We were very impressed with the quality of workmanship on the building which was built by a very well know American developer. Of course, one the the biggest things for us was LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION--can't be beat!

We love to eat out at all the wonderful restaurants in Bucerias. There are many places that offer evening entertainment and most are within easy walking distance of the condo. We usually rent a car when we are there -- but the bus is convenient and fun -- and taxis are readily available from the town square. With a car we can easily explore nearby towns and other beaches and make little day trips for ourselves. There are lots of little Mexican mini supers, fruit and vegetable stores and fish and meat markets in Bucerias and a large modern supermarket just a few minutes from the condo.
