Dieses Duplex befindet sich vier Blocks von der Main Street entfernt. Es ist 1524 Quadratfuß. Es befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Wohnviertel der Stadt, in der Unterteilung der Berge. Dieses Townhome hat gerade einen großen Umbau, eine neue Küche, neue Fliesen, neue Badezimmerschränke und Fliesen, neuen Anstrich und neue Geräte gehabt. Es ist ein zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei und ein halbes Bad mit einer Garage. Es hat Zugang zum schönen Clubhaus mit Innenpool, Whirlpools im Innen- und Außenbereich, Sauna, Dampfbad und Schlägerballplätzen. Dieses Clubhaus ist nur einen Block entfernt. Dieses Gerät verfügt über ein drahtloses Highspeed-Internet.

Schlafarrangements: Beide Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss. Der Meister verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Kissen, einen neuen 32-Zoll-HDTV- und Blu-ray-Player sowie ein Vollbad. Das andere Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten und ein Vollbad. Es gibt auch ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Familienzimmer. Dieses Gerät schläft maximal 8.

Grundriss: Abgesehen von den zuvor beschriebenen Schlafzimmern verfügt dieses Gerät über ein großes Familienzimmer mit einem Queensize-Schlafsofa, einem Loveseat, einem Stuhl und einem Sessel. Es gibt einen NEUEN 42 "HDTV UND BLU RAY und einen steinernen Holzkamin. Fenster umgeben diesen Raum mit Blick auf die Berge nach Süden und Westen. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle, Herd / Backofen, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank. Alle Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen und Utensilien sind vorhanden. Es gibt eine Frühstücksbar auf der gesamten Länge der Küche mit Barhockern. Es gibt einen NEUEN Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen und 4 neuen Barhockern. Es gibt auch eine halbe Badewanne und Waschmaschine / Trockner auf dieser Etage. Ab dem 15. Dezember 2018 gibt es eine neue Terrasse / Vorderdeck und einen New Gas-Grill. HINWEIS: Alle Fenster werden im Frühjahr 2019 ersetzt.

Fabulous house in charming Frisco

Mike and Amy are outstanding hosts for a terrific house that we stayed in over Christmas week. They provided all the necessary info on the house well in advance, were both communicative by text and phone, and check in and out was a breeze. The outside hot tubs at the clubhouse down the street were fabulous during the snow, and the house had everything needed for cooking, laundry, garage space to store our bags and skis out of the weather. Beds were really comfortable too! Thanks and we'll be back!

Lovely Frisco Staycation

Amy & Mike’s vacation rental was clean, spacious, cozy, and close to all our mountain activities! We loved this beautiful mountain property, its lovely amenities (especially the hot tubs), and the exceptional guest service. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, and the fall colors were an added bonus!! We’ll definitely stay again! Thank you!

Family holiday ski getaway

This property was as advertised (pics, description, amenities, etc.). Perfect cozy condo for our family of 4 (we have 2 boys ages 7 and 12). The location was central in Frisco so easy access to stores and downtown Main St. as well as within 15-20 minutes to Keystone and Breck which we skied 4 days while there. The kitchen was stocked and furniture and beds were comfy. Wished we could have eaten out more but restaurants were just opening due to Covid and only at 25% capacity...fortunately as mentioned the kitchen was set-up nicely to cook plenty of meals (and we had a ton of food left for our next renters). Amy and Mike (PM's) were great to work with. Only disappointment was the Clubhouse was closed but that is apparently a statewide restriction right now due to Covid so no fault of the owners. Overall great experience!

Practical house for family

We enjoyed our stay- beds super comfortable- great large tv- great towels- well stocked kitchen- enjoyed the fireplace and grill but had to buy wood but reimbursed since owners out of town. Only fault would be to update decor and I could sell them some great paintings.

Weekend getaway

Close to everything Frisco has to offer. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of room to gather or to have a bit of privacy at the end of the day. If coming from Denver stay an extra day & miss the I-70 traffic!

Great stay and experience

Great location, easy walk to Main Street Frisco. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances. Really enjoyed the large outdoor deck and living room space. Owner Mike had great suggestions for nearby hikes and was a pleasure to work with. We recommend highly and look forward to coming back.

Great Location in Frisco!

We enjoyed the location - easy access to hiking and a quick walk to downtown Frisco. Biking around Lake Dillon is also super accessible. The living space was generous for a 2 Bedroom unit.

Perfect Home for a Ski Getaway

We had an amazing time in this property. It had everything we (two couples) needed for a comfortable stay in Frisco - a 6-8 minute walk to Main St Frisco and central to four Epic resorts. Check in process was seamless, and the property managers were very accomodating to my international cellular needs (WiFi access only). The house came fully equipped with everything we would need for cooking meals and storing leftovers. We were able to cook all of our meals for the week without any problems. The living space was comfortable with many updates, WiFi was reliable, and the two bedrooms were nice retreats for the end of a long day skiing. We will definitely stay here again, it felt like home!

Excellent Vacation Duplex!

I have been renting condos in the Copper Village and Frisco for 27 years. This Duplex was the BEST equipped kitchen I have ever experienced. It was clean, comfortable and quiet with a full sized washer and drier and a garage for the car and ski storage. The snow and weather was fabulous. It was a fantastic skiing vacation!

Extremely disappointed

My husband and I rented this property June 29-July 7 2018. As soon as we drove up to the home and waited for house keeping to finish (we had been assured early possession but this did not happen as suggested) we were wary of what we had rented. It was obvious from the curb that the deck was not only in poor condition but in fact had collapsed (the property manager later stated the winter before). The beautiful nice lawn was anything but and hardly compared to neighboring lawns. The patio furniture was in the garage with a gas grill so horrible I wouldn't dared to have used. ( The property manager did replace this grill with a new grill within 24 hours) It was promised the owner had put a significant amount of money into renovation, The kitchen was updated with new cabinets/counter tops, appliances (no GFCI plugs in kitchen/baths/washroom) and new vanities in bathrooms although faucet in guest bedroom bath was not connected to vanity). It was stated upon rental that there would be new windows and new deck to be installed this spring (well prior to our arrival) but in contrast the windows were all rotting and literally falling apart and unable to open,detached weather striping was hanging from the windows and the top of the front door. The dishwasher leaked after the first use ( my husband pushed the seal back into place) and the washing machine leaked on many occasions. The property manager apologized for the deck which he said collapsed during the winter but that it was difficult to get repairs done in a mountain resort town. Over all, we were extremely frustrated and disappointed with this property and in no way did the description match what we found. We have stayed in at least 6 different Mountainside homes and Condos, some of the same ones multiple times over the past 20 years. This is the very first time that we have ever been so incredibly frustrated and disappointed. This was a very special trip for us since our whole family was meeting from different parts of the country and scattered throughout Mountainside. This was to be a special week of reunion and entertaining and in no way did I feel comfortable nor was it safe for young children. The VRBO description of this property certainly did not match what we found and impacted not only our week's stay. We most certainly will not be staying at this property again.

Great location, excellent owner response

This centrally located duplex worked out great for us. Easy drive to Keystone and Breckenridge. Snow was cleared quickly and owners response time for relatively minor issues was immediate. Would have been a five-star rating but fireplace was a mess. Needs several repairs. Upon notification, owners had expert review issues and offer a bid to fix. We did not need fireplace, but it was advertised and was not available. Facility clubhouse and hot tubs were only a block away and great after a day of skiing. Washer and dryer in unit was a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for trip

Great Location for Skiing in Summit County

We had a great time staying at this spot in Frisco. We were able to go to 3 different resorts, all within a 20 minute drive. Very simple check-in/out, house was nice and clean. We would definitely recommend this place!

Perfect location, loved all the space!

My husband and I rented this large space because we're used to alot of room at home. It was everything we expected and very accommodating! Our driveway was plowed daily to make it easy to get in and out. Would recommend this place to others!
