Die Laurel Grove Clubhaus ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt (ca. 100 Meter) und verfügt über ein eigenes Fitnesscenter, einen beheizten Swimmingpool, ein Whirlpool, Liegestühle und Outdoor BBQ Grills mit einer Mini-Küche. Nehmen Sie den Golfwagen zum Strand und die Wharf!

November 2023 Stay

The house was great! Plenty of room and the kitchen is stocked very well. There was plenty of room for everyone! The house was clean and had all the initial needs when we arrived. Make sure to follow the parking rules the HOA will fine. The home owner was amazing to pay the first parking fine. We made sure to not get another one. It was nice to have 2 golf carts to use as we use them as the mode of transportation. The golf carts could use a little maintenance, but aware they get lots of use. Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend the property.

An Excellent Home in a Very Unique and Fun Community

The home was very nice in a cute exclusive neighborhood. The home was very clean, with plenty of kitchen items to accommodate large groups. There are plenty of restaurants, stores, and shops on the property that are easily accessible by the two included golf carts. The only negative was the condition of the golf carts; both needed repairs and one died and had to be taken out of service, leaving us with only one. The one we were left with badly needed brakes. Overall, the golf carts were the only negatives...don't hesitate to rent this fun home on the golf course.

Great location in a golf course community. The only complaint is the golf carts (which they state are complimentary BUT in the event they do not work, you cant get a rental to park there) one had no breaks and the other wouldnt charge correctly. If this was corrected this home would be my pick everytime.

Family reunion #35

Overall good spot for family reunion. Property is beautiful. House is homey. We visited days after tornadoes went through area and the quick cleanup and repair was impressive. Only complaint was the parking. We had two cars and it was marketed as having 2 parking spots. But one was used up by golf carts. That's fine but alternative parking spots were not communicated well. There was no clear explanation where to park a car without getting a citation or threat of a boot. There needs to be very explicit directions. We were told to park in "the field". Not very helpful.

Those problems were fixed very quickly by management, except for the golf cart. I will say, both golf carts worked just fine. I was pessimistic after reading reviews. Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant. The description and reviews made it sound like the kitchen would be lacking, but it was very well stocked with supplies, small appliances, cutlery, and dish service. The house backs onto the golf course, which made it very quiet and pleasant when sitting on the back porch. We enjoyed our stay in this house and would probably stay here again. We really appreciated the prompt service from management.

Roomy, lots of sleeping options. Not as clean as I expected, mildew In several bathrooms and around kitchen sink, but otherwise ok. Two golf carts definitely a plus for our group of 8. Would have enjoyed a personalized welcome package to include info about the resort itself. Took awhile to learn the ins and outs of where places were located, such as the golf cart tunnel to the ocean/beach. Plenty to do without leaving the resort. Not as close to ocean as I would have preferred.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very nice and quiet. The carts were great and much appreciated. We have reserved the same home for 2021. We have recommendations as follows: 1. The home description by Beach Blue states it will sleep 12 and it has a "fully equipped" kitchen. It was not - there is not a full place setting of dishes for 12 and we ran short on bowls and coffee cups frequently. We purchased extra bowls for the stay. There were no knives for food preparation - we bought a cutlery set for chopping food, melons, bread and other items. 2. The Beach Blue description states it has HD Internet Ready TV. It does not, I recommend the owners install either a Roku device or a smart TV for the living area. We were at Sandestin with several other couples in other rental properties, all their properties had access to Netflix through internet on their TV to watch movies. Last year we had a different rental through Beach Blue at Tivoli and it had internet ready TV and Netflix. The 1292 unit had basic cable only. 3. The vacuum cleaner was a mess - it had not been emptied for quite some time and was stuffed full of dirt and styrofoam in the intake hoses and canister. It was totally clogged up. It did not work. We spent close to an hour cleaning it out before using it and it still only worked marginally well even when emptied and hoses unblocked. 4. The refrigerator made a medium loud buzzing noise when the compressor was running. It did this at various times but not all the time. 5. The silver wear was ultra cheap and the finish was coming off - it had "tarnish spots" and it looked like rust - not very appetizing when serving food to guests. That's all the input and hopefully this input helps and these items will be addressed prior to our visit next year. Thank you

Nice neighborhood, great resort, challenging to get someone to address the 1 very large cockroach in thehouse (ewe), but once we was able to speak to someone on the dat shift, the problem was addressed that day. It would be nice to have extra pillows available. House was clean, comfortable, everything worked. We'll be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice home and location. Not enough parking places for 3 cars.... One TINY bar of soap for shower and sink... one bathroom didn’t have any at all. No tissues. Otherwise, very good experience. Also no coffee filters and we did not have K-cups.

Thanksgiving Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house for our 2 sons and their families to enjoy a week in Destin. We have rented the house next door for 2 months. It was a great experience because of the location and most things that was offered by the owners. One golf cart never was available due to mechanical malfunction. Other than the golf cart, it was an outstanding experience.

Great Weekend in Laurel Grove

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautifully appointed home nestled in the pines with a lovely golf course view. Plenty of of space and necessities. The golf carts did not work the majority of our time there which would've made the trip perfect; however, per the disclaimer we knew they were not guaranteed.
