Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit einem 39-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und ein komplettes Badezimmer. 2. Schlafzimmer hat Queen-Bett und 32 "-Flachbildfernseher. Das 3. Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 extra lange Einzelbetten und einen 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit brandneuen Möbeln und Sealy-Matratzen ausgestattet. Alle neuen Bettwäsche wurden ebenfalls geliefert. Zweites Badezimmer hat Waschmaschine und Trockner für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

Die geräumige, offene Küche ist wirklich makellos und brandneu. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen modernen Geräten und allem, was Sie brauchen, um sich beim Kochen wie zu Hause zu fühlen.

Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und mit einem neuen 48-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet. Neu eingerichtet mit Sektions- / Chaiselongue und Esstisch für sechs Personen.
Betreten Sie unsere abgeschirmte Veranda vom Wohnzimmer aus und entspannen Sie sich auf einer Terrasse. Lassen Sie sich in einen der Stühle sinken und genießen Sie das schöne Wetter, während Sie einen Cocktail trinken, ein Buch lesen und Ihren Tag in absoluter Privatsphäre in unserer von Bäumen gesäumten Eckeinheit auf dem 9. Fairway Revue passieren lassen. Der Zugang zum Holzkohlegrill ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Unsere Villa ist die nächstgelegene Einheit zum True Blue Club House. Sie können einen schönen morgendlichen Spaziergang zum Frühstück oder Golf machen. Profitieren Sie vom uneingeschränkten Zugang zum wunderschönen True Blue-Golfplatz und seinem Schwesterclub Caledonia Golf und Fish Club, die beide weiterhin zu den Top-Must-Play-Plätzen gehören.
Nicht-Golfer können am Pool (nur wenige Schritte von der Haustür entfernt) schwimmen, Tennis spielen, in den Hängemattengeschäften einkaufen oder die nahe gelegenen Strände genießen.
Pawleys Island ist berühmt für seinen außergewöhnlichen Strand (nur 5 Autominuten über den South Causeway). Machen Sie eine Tour durch die wunderschönen Brookgreen Gardens oder besuchen Sie den Huntington State Beach and Park. Genießen Sie die Restaurants in Pawleys oder eine kurze Fahrt zum Murrels Inlet. Broadway at the Beach und Myrtle Beach sind in 25 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Amazing summer vacation!

This property is absolutely amazing! It's everything that the description says it is! From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to have a fantastic week! It's decorated beautifully, the beds are comfortable, it's clean and well maintained. And the kitchen is well stocked as are linens and blankets. The weather was gorgeous the week of 7/6/24 so we spent quite a bit of time on the screen porch and at the pool and beach. We spent some time at the boardwalk and enjoyed the restaurants and shops. We basically went to the beach to relax and this was very close to Huntington Beach state park.We're already looking forward to our next visit!

homey condo

centrally located to Georgetown for which we are building a home. quite, clean, and easy access, the place seems in its original build condition but very well maintained. The condo is a bit on the darker side since it's the lower level. The blinds where very tired and needed replacing so that you can let some light in....and the shower heads needed up dating. the water spays oddly and truthfully it needs a removable shower head in one of the bathrooms (to do a quick rinse off if necessary.) Other than those small issues. the place is lovely..... and very clean....

Very pleasant with great location to everything.

Owner was very flexible and accommodating. We loved the location. It was easy access to everything. We also loved the pond that probably gets overlooked. My daughter and I enjoyed looking at the wildlife in the pond. We also loved the beach that was nicely, not commercialized.

Great place!

A couple of friends and I stayed at the condo with our daughters during their National Dance Competition. The competition was in Myrtle Beach, but we wanted to stay at a place that was a little quieter. This location in Pawleys Island was perfect for us. Communication with Mike and Rene was wonderful. They were always willing to help and answer questions. Check in process was seamless. The condo was clean and wonderful.

This property was perfect! The living area is so spacious and the furniture so comfortable. The area is quiet, yet so close to all of the amenities of True Blue and Pawley's Island. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Clean, comfortable stay

This cute little condo is a quick walk to the pool- be sure to have your wristbands— a 5min drive to some very nice public beaches on Pawley’s Island (arrive early, not a ton of parking) and a 2min drive to Publix and Gilbert’s Ice Cream (go here!) The property is super clean and very quiet. Perfect for a little beach getaway! Communication with the owner via text with check in instructions a couple days before the trip and Rene was quick to respond with answers to my questions about beaches in the area. I also mentioned to Rene an FYI after our stay that the clothes dryer was taking a pretty long time to dry, and she responded immediately that she would send someone to clean the venting. This is a very well maintained property, and you can tell the owners are involved and will keep it that way. We will be back to Pawley’s! Thanks!

As expected

The condo was for the most part as expected from the pictures. The location was great. The only complaints I have is 1.) the smell of the unit. There was an odd unpleasant smell that hits you as soon as you walk in the door. 2.) the bathrooms didn’t look like they had been cleaned since the last guests had stayed. I actually had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies and clean the bathrooms. 3.) Bathroom and Kitchen could use some new linens. Overall did enjoy our stay.

Wonderful 3 bedroom condo

Great condo with wonderful accommodations. Clean, large refrigerator, beautiful deck, comfortable beds and living area. Only 6 minutes from Pawleys Island where extended family was renting 3 homes and we needed overflow beds. The pool was nice, we swam one afternoon when beach was very windy. Condo is 1 minute walk from pool. Owners answered our text messages promptly and were very helpful when an issue arose. Condos and surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. Thankful for the owners to open their condo for rental.

Beautiful home

Great stay for our family vacation. Everything was just as advertised. Quiet property, super close to the beach, the people that own the property were awesome to work with answered any question I had and very quick to respond. The home had everything from dishwasher soap to a little laundry soap and dryer sheets. Absolutely loved everything about our stay. Would rent this condo again and again. Thank you!

We stayed in the condo which was right on the True Blue golf course. Outstanding accommodations. Very convenient to surrounding golf courses and wonderful resturants. Comfortable beds and a nice TV for evening games.

Perfect Stay on Pawley’s island!

You can see the pride taken in the upkeep of this property. It was perfect for our family’s stay. The condo is clean, and in a perfect location on Pawley’s island. The condo is in a great location and its easy to take a walk to get some coffee and breakfast in the morning at the restaurant. Its so close to the pool area which looked really nice. The beds are so comfy! We loved the sectional and large tv in the living room area. There was plenty of room for us to all sit and enjoy the space. We will definitly be back soon!

We are from Westchester County, N.Y. Married 33 years and truly enjoy all True Blue & Calendonia on Pawleys Island has to offer. Now you can also enjoy our happiness by staying in our villa, This is one of 2 units we own at this address.

We chose True Blue after careful research of resorts up and down the east coast US. We love Pawleys Island low density development. It just does not ever get crowded here. The resort is fully committed to preserving the environment. The pond has a gator or two. Eagles, ospreys and always overhead. It is a unique and beautiful place. We never wanted to be in the high rise, crowded places. It also was important to us that we had world class golf. The courses are really beautiful. Every golfer at least once should go to the ocean, just a 2 mile drive.We are a Fishermans favorite location. We also chose Pawleys Island because of the distance to Charleston. It is a charming city with wonderful restaurants and terrific shopping. Which can be an enjoyable day trip.

Mike and I chose this quad style Villa over others on first site. Extremely quite and private. We Love the spacious layout the closeness to pool and club house. Being offered unfurnished was perfect, we had a great time furnishing it. Super comfortable beds large TV's. Home away from home. Now you too can enjoy our vacation home as much as we do. So many great memories here we just purchased a second unit. This area of Pawleys Island is quite special. Close to so much activity, however we are in a very private and peaceful location. A true gem of a vacation location.
