Willkommen in der Enchanted Bear Log Cabin - dem perfekten Ort, um Lake Tahoe zu erleben. Günstig in Kings Beach gelegen, sind Sie innerhalb von zehn Minuten bei allem, was Tahoe für einen einfachen und unvergesslichen Urlaub zu bieten hat. Dies ist ein charmantes Blockhaus aus den späten 50er Jahren mit geräumigen Decks vorne und hinten für die Unterhaltung von Freunden / Familie - und einem großen umzäunten Garten für gut erzogene Haustiere. Nicht nur eine Ferienwohnung, sondern ein gemütliches Zuhause in der Ferne.

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit einem Gasofen, einer Kaffeemühle und einer Kaffeemaschine sowie allem, was Sie für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten für eine große Gruppe benötigen. Draußen auf dem Deck befindet sich ein Grill.
Das Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über einen 37-Zoll-Flachbildschirm mit Apple TV, Amazon Fire Stick und Xbox. KEIN KABEL-TV, aber viel Unterhaltung mit vielen Apps. Tolles WIFI. Bequeme Sofas zum Entspannen und ein Gaskamin zum Kuscheln. Der Speisesaal bietet einen Picknicktisch, an dem Sie als Gruppe speisen können. Durch die großen Fenster zum Hinterhof gelangt viel Licht herein.

Schlafmöglichkeiten für 7 Erwachsene, mit Ausnahme einer Couch oder eines Liebessitzes für zusätzliche Körper, falls erforderlich. Zimmerinfo (auch Fotos):
Schlafzimmer Nr. 1 im Erdgeschoss hat eine Königin Matratze.
Ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne auf der anderen Seite des Flurs.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer; Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 - ein größeres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, einem Kickertisch, einem Liebessitz und einem 32-Zoll-Fernseher mit einer Classic PlayStation 2. Wir nennen es das "Spielzimmer" und es ist ein großartiger Ort für Kinder.
Im Obergeschoss Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 hat ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett, ideal für ein Paar mit einem Jungen. Ein gemeinsames Bad im Obergeschoss mit Dusche.

Mit einem Safeway-Lebensmittelgeschäft in der Nähe und zwei kleineren Märkten, die nur ein paar Blocks entfernt sind, sollten Sie im Sommer oder im Winter sein! Es gibt Restaurants, Sandstrände, Wandern, Aktivitäten und Parks mit Volleyball und Grill direkt am Strand. Einige Leute suchen vielleicht ein Resort, aber wenn Sie nach einem ZUHAUSE suchen, in dem Sie während Ihres Urlaubs bleiben können, dann ist dies der richtige Ort.

PLUS es ist zu Fuß zu den TART Bushaltestellen! Ob Sie mit dem Bus zu den Skipisten oder nach Tahoe City und Truckee fahren, um zusätzliche Musik, Essen oder Getränke zu genießen.

North Tahoe Paradise

Our stay at the Enchanted Bear Cabin reflected everything that we love about coming to Lake Tahoe summer after summer. Friendly, relaxing, welcoming with a distinct pride for the lake. The cabin had everything that we needed from plenty of cookware and spices to beach chairs for the lake and beds that slept right. Katie was extremely communicative prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. She also kept us in the know of local events to attend during the week! We walked down to Kings Beach almost every morning (less than 10 minutes) to catch the early breeze off the lake with a coffee from Java Hut and enjoyed our time at night seeing the brilliant stars from the cabins deck at night. They really thought of everything for this cabin, highly recommended it for a lovely summer stay!

Wonderful experience and SO CUTE

Loved this spot! Arrival was super easy, and the house was very quaint and decorated very beautifully. We arrived in winter and the kids (being from Hawaii and seeing snow for the first time) immediately, and joyfully, flew into the yard to make snow angels and make snowballs. We used the hot tub every night and were conveniently able to walk into town to Java Hut for coffee. They had everything we needed to cook meals at the home and perfect space for 3 kids and 3 adults. The only constructive feedback I have is that the water pressure in the bathroom showers is light and the walls are pretty thin so if some people like to stay up later than others (if there are light sleepers) it may not be ideal but overall absolutely adored the place and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Lovey home

This home was so well kept with so much thought into what guests might be needing during the stay. They are so detail oriented everything, and all instructions were posted or communicated via Alexa. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay from the foosball table in in the first floor to the fire pit in the back yard. It was a very convenient and fun walk to Kings beach. Katie even treated us with a free pizza dinner for our family as a nice gesture for our delayed flight. Would go back any day!!

Created wonderful family memories

I can’t count the number of times we have stayed at Jacob and Katie’s cabin . It’s always a wonderful experience . The location is great ! We walk to kings beach and have pizza at whitecaps. Sand Harbor is a short drive away and sailing in Tahoe City is always fun . Lots of miniature golfing with the kids and yummy ice cream afterwards . The kitchen was great and we made delicious breakfast and bbq. The kids loves the foosball table ! Thanks again !

Practically perfect in every way

Every short term rental should be like this one. Terrific communication with the host. Cabin was in perfect condition. Walking distance to the lake and they even had a wagon you could use with chairs, paddle boards and a kayak. Inside there are games, football table and a fully stocked kitchen. If I could complain about anything, the BBQ grill was not the best, but there was one and the steaks came out great. Didn’t use the hot tub, but it was available and ready to go. I’d stay here again for sure.

Comfort and convenience in King's Beach

My friends and I stayed at "The Enchanted Bear" property in King's Beach over President's Day weekend in 2022. The size was perfect for the four of us! We loved that it featured a carport, had a fenced-in yard, and an easy-to-use hot tub :). The house was well-stocked with all kinds of kitchen items, plus nice towels and bathroom amenities. The bedrooms were nice and comfy, too. What I really enjoyed was hanging out in the living room talking, having some wine, and watching movies. I've stayed at quite a few properties in this area in the past, but I'd say this one was super convenient--near a ski/snowboard equipment rental shop, around the corner from the Safeway, and walking distance to the lake and a bunch of restaurants on the main strip in King's Beach. It was also very close to Northstar, where we went on Sunday, and not too far (1/2 hour) from Palisades, where we skied on Saturday. Katie and Jacob were super communicative hosts who made us feel welcome and provided plenty of useful information to make check-in / check-out quite easy. I highly recommend this property for a group of 3 - 5 adults or one medium-to-large family. Can't wait to return!!!

Winter Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Katie and Jacob’s home. We were a party of 6 adults with one baby (1.5 years old), and there was plenty of room for us. It had everything we needed for a nice weekend stay - towels, toiletries, cookware, board games. Parking was easy in the carport and it was very clean. Their home is walking distance from Kings beach and many restaurants, and there was also a Safeway nearby. There is a nice fenced in yard and a wonderful hot tub to relax in during the day and night. Katie and Jacob were quick to respond to questions ahead of time and provided lots of information to make our stay perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a nice vacation!!

Great cabin in the mountains right next to the lake

My family of 4 stayed here over Christmas and had a blast. We had intended to ski at Northstar but because of all of the snow we received we only made it 1 day. With record level snowfall we still had a blast playing outside. My daughter loved the hot tub! The back yard is perfect for sledding as well it has a built in slope down so it made it really easy to build her a sledding hill. The kitchen has everything that you would need and the beds were surprisingly comfortable for a rental property. They had sleds, snowball makers, and snow shovels - literally anything you need. I want to come back in the summer now. This is going to be our go-to spot when we want to stay on the north side of Lake Tahoe.

Amazing place and lovely hosts

My husband and I were traveling with our friends and godkids (aged 3 and 4). The house was perfectly set up for our group - we slept downstairs and the parents and kids had the entire upstairs. We loved our stay, and made great use of the hot tub after long days on the slopes! Huge thanks to Katie for communicating with us throughout the storm (prior to our arrival) and making sure we got in safely. Will stay again!

This house was so lovely. From the well stocked kitchen to the beach essentials( large umbrella, chairs, cooler) to the Alexa and apple T.V, Big beach towels and laundry room. I have always found adventure throughout my life - hopped freight trains across the country, lived in a treehouse 100 ft up in the redwoods during college, and pedaled a bicycle from Alaska to Argentina from 2006-2010. I currently work as a brand director for a company that makes high powered bike and scuba dive lights and am dreaming of the next adventure.

Fell in love with the Kings Beach area, the amazing bike trails are right in the backyard, the beautiful days at the lake swimming or playing volleyball - the sense of community in the neighborhood is great.

Walkable to everything needed for a vacation! 10 minute walk to the Lake, 5 minute walk to bike/hike trails. An cozy neighborhood, and there's a great sense of community. Surrounded by some of the most perfect scenery imaginable, everybody is inspired to get out and be active. Tahoe Forest is beautiful, even bears roam the area.
