Heimat einer Reihe vom Golf Neu in der Vermietung Szene und vor kurzem renoviert, ist Kitty Bliss ein vier Schlafzimmer, für 10 bis 12, mit 3, 5 Bäder. Das zweistöckige Haus ist auf Pfählen gebaut. Der erste Stock verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer: King Size Master mit zwei Glasschiebetüren, die sich auf ein Deck öffnen und auf Poolebene gebaut wurden. Vermietung von Sonntag bis Sonntag nur

Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist ein Kingsize-Bett mit einer Glasschiebetür, die sich zu einem Rundumdeck öffnet und ebenfalls auf Poolebene liegt. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Etagenbetten mit ein Glas-Schiebe-Tür auch auf das Deck zu öffnen. Die separate Waschraum, zusammen mit einem Bartresen und Kühlschrank, sind auf der gleichen Etage mit den Schlafzimmern für die Bequemlichkeit.

Das vierte Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett befindet sich im zweiten Stock mit einem WC und Balkon. Das Haus bietet Platz für 10 Personen in Betten und zwei bequeme Kinderbetten für insgesamt 12.

Der zweite Stock hat auch ein großer Raum mit einer gut ausgestattete offene Küche, Bar, Speiseraum und schöne Sitzecke mit einem Holzkohlegrill und Bistrotisch auf einen großen Balkon. Es gibt einen 50-Zoll-Flachbildschirm-Fernseher, der als Monitor genutzt werden kann, und einem Blue Ray-Player mit Beliebte Apps wie Pandora und Netflix. Es ist ein High-Speed-Wi-Fi-System, das im ganzen Haus arbeitet, die passwortgeschützt ist.

Es gibt fünf Glasschiebetüren auf Balkonen eröffnet Blick auf den Pool, die den großen Raum ein sehr offenes und luftiges Aussehen verleiht.

Das Haus befindet sich am Ende eines Cul-de-sac und ist privat und ruhig, aber nur 250 Meter westlich des Roten Bar. Genügend Parkplätze. Es gibt zwei Strandzugangspunkte innerhalb von 100 Metern um das Haus.

Das Haus vermietet Sonntag bis Sonntag während der Sommersaison. Haustierfreundlich.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the home, however, in the kitchen there were these really small bugs flying all over the counters. Had to keep all the food in the Fridge. The freezer did not make ice. None of the outside lights worked on arrival. Maintenance came the next day and was able to fix some of them. The pool is not heated unless you pay an extra $50.00 per day. "The construction across from the home was really bad. Started at 7 am until 6 pm non-stop a concrete truck pouring all day. Very loud, not easy to enjoy being outside on the decks. The views were beautiful. You could walk to the beach, however, not easy to figure out how to get there. The home is really pretty, very big, Great bedrooms and bathroom, but for the money the noise and bugs were not worth it. The construction guy parked right in front of the house long ways, so I had only one spot to get my car into until he came and moved his vehicle at the end of the day.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The area was great. You can hear the waves and have a small view of the beach. Walk to beach wasn’t too bad. House was dirty- dog hair on furniture and floor. Shower curtain in master bedroom was moldy. Sand/dirt all under couches and beds. Couches and couch pillows were stained. Shower in master bath had 2 shower heads one stopped working- then water didn’t get hot. They came next day to repair and it worked after that. Door lock on pool fence was not operable- next day they fixed that as well but had to spend afternoon and morning without gate locking. Master bedroom door was hard to open and turn knob- then one night from all the tugging the door stopped closing all together. So in a house full of people door wouldn’t shut. Reported issue that was not addressed. I have stayed in older places that were much cleaner and not in so much need of repairs that have just been overlooked. A little investment would really improve the house stay for future guests. Not many games or beach toys available for use. Closet space was great.

We always love Grayton Beach! This home was perfect for our family! Location was great! We brought our 2 mini Aussies which was even better. Older furniture and not all the bells and whistles of other homes we have stayed at but the sacrifice was ok with us since the dogs could go. We would stay there again.

Needs some attention

This house has so much potential, however we were disappointed with the overall upkeep of the house. On top of many essential appliances not working for many days of our vacation (no hot water, ice maker, dish washer) note......in addition, the air conditioner struggled to cool during the heat of the day, the sliding doors are very hard to open do not shut securely leaving a measurable gap letting cold air out and bugs in, and house seems to have an obvious sway that was a little concerning. Loved having the pool to cool off in but it would be even better with a little shade if umbrellas were provided. House also needs some outdoor lighting of some kind, solar landscape lights would be nice. In my opinion price of house should move way south with current upkeep needs

The workers kept parking their trucks and blocking us in where we were parked. There was also the add noise that came with the concrete and crane work going into the the house being built. The other MAJOR issue was the mattresses. These beds are rock hard and it is hard for sleeping and getting a good nights rest. I don't want to sound picky, but the thread count on the sheets was pretty between the hard mattress and scratchy sheets and construction going on it was pretty hard to get sleep let alone sleep in...Pros:The location is great, parking is near impossible in this area so it was great to be able to not have to think about parking and just walk over to the beach. The layout of the house is different but worked for our family and the kids loved having a pool to enjoy after the beach. The kitchen was stocked well with everything needed to cook and feed the family. The communication around the rental was also great! Overall it was a lovely place, we just wish we could have gotten better sleep.

Another Week in Paradise

The only surprise we had was the walk to the beach. I should have inquired about it before I rented, but I had assumed that we had a close “cut- through” path to the gulf. However, it was a walk back to the road, around a bend, and then a substantial walk through a sandy path. In all it only took10-15 minutes, but pulling the cart through the sand was a bit of a workout. Also, one of the couples with us are older, and had difficulty walking in the sand that far. Everything else, including dealing with the rental agency was great.

The many windows enhanced the beach feel and the sounds of the ocean. The outside pool and deck were a huge plus since no one could get in the ocean all week due to dangerous riptides. House needs attention

I don’t normally complain but this house needs attention. There was a hole in the wall in the master bath, water stains on the window sills and walls and many other odd things. The cleaning people didn’t put any soap in 2 of the bathrooms and we found a really dirty pair of underwear in the master bath. We love the area and if the house had some work, it would be great! The kitchen did have lots of dishes and cook wear- that was great.

Great house with nice gulf views

Our family really enjoyed this home. It was nice and close enough to the beach that we could see and hear waves. The home had a great layout for gathering all together between the kitchen and living areas. The kitchen was also incredibly well-stocked, most likely the best kitchen we stayed in in our last 12 years here. Plenty of crab tools, stock pots, silverware and dishes of every kind. The house was pretty clean upon arrival the first day, but the living room furniture and cushions could use a good cleaning or update. The beds in the 3 main bedrooms were extremely comfortable, but the 4 twin mattresses were not. I'd suggest purchasing better mattresses or mattress toppers for comfort. My kids range in age from 11-16 and they all had sore backs and complained of pain upon waking up each morning. My 11 y.o. son moved to the couch and our 16 y.o. slept with us some nights so not ideal. We did like that the bunk room had its own bathroom and shower. That was perfect with the kids. The upstairs bedroom does not have a shower, so we used one of the master bedroom showers on the lower floor and it was fine. We would stay in this home again, however we wish the walk to the beach was a little shorter/easier. While it looks close, you cannot walk directly to the beach. It's a short walk to the beach access, but then it's through sand dunes to the beach which was a problem for our older guests with knee problems. Still, a lovely home with great views and plenty of space. Another favorite was the pool. Best pool so far! It stayed cool all week even after high temps and rain. It was also a good size. We spent most afternoons until early evening enjoying the pool and deck area. It was nice seeing the ocean from here, and we would recommend this home wholeheartedly. Thanks for a great week!

Needs improvement

Reviewer Comments: The house was nice but needs lots of improvement for me to stay here again. It was not cleaned well, very outdated furniture and decore and we had a slight insect problem. However, the insect problem was quickly resolved after one quick email and I'm thankful for that. I've stayed at places nicer than this for the same amount of money, but they were unavailable for me to stay there this year. I feel this is a fair comparison based off of the size of the house and cost. This owner/manager needs to listen to the reviews and make changes in order to compete with other houses on that beautiful beach.

Reviewer Comments: Kitty's Bliss is one house back from the beach - BUT - you have a long walk around those homes to actually get to the beach so don't be fooled. The house was dirty - not sure how many weeks had passed since it had been cleaned but there were blood drops on the walls and floors and dog hair everywhere - we had no dogs. Needs a lot of renovations - and whoever I worked with told me the pool was heated - it was not.
