Stellen Sie sich vor, Sie genießen Ihren Kaffee auf dem Deck mit freiem Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko. Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber dem State Park und neben dem State Pier.

Die Aussicht genießen Sie auch vom Pool und vom Whirlpool.

Der State Park umgibt drei Seiten des Grundstücks, sodass Sie das Gefühl haben, dem Alltag zu entfliehen, während Sie nur 0,8 Meilen (einen kurzen Spaziergang) vom Highway 59, Sea N Suds, The Hangout und vielen anderen Aktivitäten entfernt sind.

Versuchen Sie, Tag oder Nacht am State Pier auf der anderen Straßenseite zu angeln. Oder gehen Sie einfach auf Besichtigungstour, essen Sie zu Mittag und genießen Sie eine Runde Ringwurf.

Das Gerät ist neu renoviert und wir haben an alles gedacht, um Ihren Aufenthalt stressfrei und unvergesslich zu gestalten.

Das Gerät ist ein sehr geräumiges Schlafzimmer. Es schläft leicht 6 mit einer Königin im Master, Etagenbetten in einer Nische aus dem Flur und ein Schlafsofa. Die Daunenkissen auf allen Betten sorgen für einen erholsamen Schlaf.

Wir haben an jedes Detail der Küche gedacht. Es ist komplett ausgestattet mit einer Spülmaschine, einer Keurig-Kaffeemaschine, einer Eismaschine, einem Toaster, einem Mixer, einer Speisekammer und allem anderen, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten.

Für Unterhaltung sorgen TV / DVD-Player im Wohn-, Schlaf- und Schlafbereich. Dort finden Sie auch Bücher, Videos und Spiele, die Ihnen zur Verfügung gestellt werden. In den Schlafbereich ist eine Kreidetafel eingebaut, und auf der anderen Seite der Halle finden Sie Spiele für die ganze Familie.

Um Ihnen das Packen einer Strandtasche zu erleichtern, stehen Ihnen für Ihren Aufenthalt Liegestühle und ein Kühler zur Verfügung.

Eine Waschmaschine, ein Trockner, ein Wäschekorb, ein Bügeleisen und -brett sowie ein Haartrockner sorgen für den Komfort, den Sie von zu Hause gewohnt sind.

Wir haben ein Mindestalter von 25 Jahren.

Beautifully decorated condo. Very accommodating.

This condo is a great place to stay and the perfect beach environment. Convenient to beach, restaurants and shops. Owners keep everything updated and with all amenities.You feel at home instead of just a vacation rental. I would definitely recommend and love to stay here again.

Nothing short of Amazing!

The property is uniquely designed and was better than what I imagined! My kids loved the bunk beds and the tv that went with it. They were so excited to watch DVD’s again. 😁 the condo had everything we needed. The Keurig was a nice touch. I could see the beautiful ocean from the balcony. Such a wonderful view to wake up to! The hot tub was very relaxing and kept me content while the kids played in the pool. I definitely recommend this place. It’s on the strip and walking distance of the restaurants and Island Markets. Great place!

Just as described

The condo was clean and beautiful and was a great location as well. Don't bother bringing a beach cart as the sand is too soft for even the larger wheels. The distance from the street to hard sand makes it a tough trip! Carry everything and you will thank me later. The owners were on top of things when we had a question and were very accommodating. It was a beautiful condo.

Welcoming and Perfect!

This condo was absolutely amazing. It was a short walk to the beach. Had a stunning beach view through the dunes from the patio, and had amazing additional items provided for comfort (and fun!) As soon as we walked in the first thing we noticed was how welcoming the condo was. It was decorated beautifully. We have a semi large family with two teenage boys and a little girl plus my husband and me. This condo was more than comfortable, and had plenty of room. We were mostly able to walk to everything we wanted to do, and where we didn't walk to, it was just a short car ride. The condo had so many extras! Movies to watch in the provided DVD players. Games to sit around and play. Books to read. A laptop to use. And my son's favorite, a waffle maker. This was our first vacation in 10 years, and before we left we already knew we wanted to come back next year!

Disappointed from last year

Last year was a a great year staying at this property so we booked it again this year. When we showed up 10 minutes before our check-in time the cleaning lady was in a mad rush to finish...not a good sign, but stil hopefull. When we saw her leave we got into the condo. And it was not nearly as clean as it was last year. Tub was dirty, towels smelled (I had to rewash them), the sprayer on the kitchen sink had mold in it, sticky floor in one of the kitchen closets, my husband says the bed was uncomfortable, patio screen door broken, and the dryer is VERY loud. The clientele of the complex was different this year and no security guard like last year. We were disappointed. We will not stay again.

Great Trip

Everything about this vacation went easy. Room was clean and well decorated. Hosts communicated well. The beach was not too crowded and was really nice My kids loved the pool, the nearby zoo, and the state park next door. My youngest made me promise we would get the same place next time.

Look no further…FANTASTIC PLACE!!

We had an amazing family vacation in gulf shores! This little condo was so clean, cute updated decor and location was a 5 min walk to the beach! I would recommend this condo to anybody looking for a great location and cleanliness. The owners were awesome and had great communication with us the entire time. We would love to come back again and stay in the same exact spot…it was that perfect! :)

Loved everything !

This was a great place to stay! They had tons of movies and games that kept us entertained. Plenty of space for my family of 5 to include a toddler. Everything we needed in the kitchen and the washed and dryer ran great as well. Quick walk to the pool and easy access to the beach. 10/10 would recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for our needs

We stayed here (my husband, son and I) for our son's baseball tournament. It was perfect for what we needed and our size family. We were looking for something that wasn't as expensive as staying on the beach, but close enough to walk if we were able to go. Short walk to the beach. Baseball took up most of the time so we did not get to go during the day! But it was a good location to all the fields we had to travel too. Great location to all things Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.

Beach Getaway

Great Property! Good mix of live there owners & short time renters. Made several new friends at the pool/hot tub. Repairs were being made to various areas due to hurricane Alice that rolled through the FL panhandle & Al. Workers were polite, efficient & did their best to not put anyone out that lived there or just visiting. Owners were in constant contact with what was going on & what we could expect. Our unit was thankfully not impacted like some of the others. Owners & Us were very fortunate in that respect. Great rate & location was perfect for us. Last building across from Gulf State Park. Enjoyed being close to everything, but not too close. Would definitely book again if we are heading that way in the future!

Grand Beach offers the best of everything. You get the great views of the Gulf without the price of Beach front property. The state park is behind and in front of the property providing privacy yet you are less than a mile from the Hangout. It does not get better than this.

The privacy so close to all the fun and the great view without the additional cost of beach front makes Grand Beach the best complex in Gulf Shores. The state park, state pier and the Hangout all being within walking distance is just a bonus.
