Resort for family oriented - Room was dirty and sticky
Family friendly resort but the room was Dirty, sticky floors in the room, 1/2 of the amenities were missing.. for such price u can go elsewhere and find a much prettier and better equipped room

Not very clean or helpful.
There was only one parking pass (we had two cars with us) Only 3 bracelets for the pool (there were 10 of us) When we asked the lobby they said we had to let the rental company know (Southern Vacation Rental) know to get us another pass and 7 more bracelets. I let the company know our first day they did not respond until our last day after we had been hassled all week. It took a security guard to call to get anything done. By then it was 3pm on our last day. Pointless. The floors were so dirty I had to purchase floor cleaner and mop the floors. Please note I understand the concrete outside is dirty and it gets tracked in but the very first day they should have been clean. My little nephew who is special needs still crawls, his hands and pants were filthy. Someone's used soap was in the master shower. The griddle was covered in freeze and has to be scrubbed. Just disappointed, as many fees as we pay the place is not cleaner. Will not rent from this company again.

Great location to beach and po
This property is great for two families. It was very clean and roomy. It is within walking distance to many restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Just so you know: When they say they only provide one day worth of essentials, this is true. Make sure to buy coffee, coffee filters, salt and pepper, anything you need. They did provide a bar of soap, two dishwasher pods and two trash sacks but that is basically it. We flew in so there was a lot of things we ended up throwing away since we couldn’t take it home with us. Also, on floor 1 in building b there is a bin for sand toys, so before you go buy a bunch, check there first. All in all it was a wonderful trip! We would book this place again.

Dry and dishwasher did not work. Did not have enough bands for our party. Floors had not been mopped
I would not rent again. Property management was terrible at responding. The response to the Appliances being broken was that they were contacting the owner. They did nothing for our stay. This was a big inconvenience for us. And this unit was not as advertised. I would not recommend this unit or any unit managed by Southern vacation rentals. We should be refunded some of our money. Because we paid a lot of money for a unit that wasn’t as advertised.

Perfect for all ages
Great property and great condo. We were down for spring break with out two kids 9 and 12. They both loved the pool and beach. My husband and I loved the beach chairs and umbrella waiting for us each day versus having to bring our own! The couches were uncomfortable and the family room area a bit sterile. Also the master needs new pillows. I also wish there was better outdoor patio furniture so one would want to spend more time on the patio. Everything else was awesome. I would recommend for anyone to bring kids here as all the kids we encountered were great kids were having fun.

Room attention
The room was clean but the condo itself definitely needs attention. Walls need painted badly. Kitchen not very well stocked. Especially during a time most people are not wanting to eat out. Blender was broken and they brought us a new one quickly. Very nice. Toilet roll holder in one of the bathrooms was broken. Southern realty very nice to work with.

Very disappointed in the overall customer service
We arrived on Monday, we had the living room tv out and the washer poured water all over the floor. These items were not fixed until Thursday, the day before we left. We had a family next to us have their fridge go out and they had it replaced before we could get someone to even look (not fix) our issues. The other family was also offered a gift card for their inconvenience, but we were offered nothing to date. Just very disappointed considering the money we spent on the trip for the rental.

Very clean condo
Upon arrival the condo was really clean. It looked just like the pics. We loved the top floor no one above you. The only problem we had was the middle bedroom bed slats broke but looked like they been broke before and was not fixed properly. I alerted management promptly when i found it and they came and will fix the situation. But overall 5 stars

Unit C606 is perfect
This was my first time taking a trip and not staying at one of my employer's hotel properties and it was worth it. The condo met my expectation of clean, spacious and well maintained and most importantly an awesome view of the water from the porch. The unit can definitely sleep 10 although it was just my husband and son. Everything is close by, we walked to restaurants, the supermarket is close by we felt at home. A definite must stay!

great resort - fair grade room
Our family stayed at Waterscape several years before and had a great room through Resort Quest. This unit was not up to par based on the amount of money that we spent. I would think that this is a purely investment property and not one that the owner really uses. 1. Cleaning crew needs to step up game. had to mop all floors (black feet) and scrub tubs. 2. We had to call maintenance to unclog drains and connect the toilet to the floor. Nothing holding it down. scary 3. He also had to adjust ceiling fans to keep them from wobbling off the ceiling. 4. The beds in the smaller rooms are rough. if you move at all they are sqeeking and not very comfortable. 5. Walls need paint. The property is great and well maintained outside of the condo. We will stay again but with different company. I know i'm there to go to the beach and pool, but for the money we spent it could have been a lot nicer in another condo. Buyer beware

We love this area and all the pools for our family. We stayed in this unit two years ago and decided to rent again. To our dismay, the unit is not what it once was. First, the carpets were terribly stained and the tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms did not seem clean. Second, the AC vent was dirty and certainly needed cleaning, especially in the living room. Third, there was a large spot of mold in the master bathroom (between wall and bathroom vanity). Fourth, the ice maker did not work during the entire stay. Maintenance contacted the condo owner and was told if the refrigerator worked, do nothing. Additionally, the unit is said to accommodate 10; however seating at the dining room table was limited to 7 (and one of the seven chairs is peeling). I would consider staying at the resort again; however, I will not stay in specific unit we rented. Furthermore, I would warn all others about staying in this unit unless the necessary repairs and maintenance are performed.
