Ruhig ... gelassen ... entspannend ... entfliehen Sie Ihrem hektischen Leben und gönnen Sie sich einen Urlaub in diesem komfortablen, gut ausgestatteten Haus. Das Haus befindet sich auf dem Makai Golf Course in Princeville und ist von hawaiianischer Vegetation umgeben. Das Haus ist ungefähr 300 Quadratmeter groß und bietet alles, was Sie brauchen, um Ihre Inselerfahrung zu verbessern.

Die großartige Aufteilung des Hauses besteht aus 4 Schlafzimmern: Zwei Master-Suiten mit en-suite Badezimmern auf der oberen Ebene, zwei zusätzliche Schlafzimmer und ein Vollbad befinden sich auf der unteren Ebene. Das Aloha-Zimmer auf der oberen Ebene verfügt über ein Schlafsofa. Die geräumige Küche, auf der oberen Ebene gelegen, hat Granit und ist voll ausgestattet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause. Das Familienzimmer auf der unteren Ebene bietet einen Flachbild-TV mit Kabelkanälen, einen DVD-Player mit einer schönen Auswahl an DVDs, Büchern und Spielen für Ihren Genuss. Das Spielzimmer neben dem Familienzimmer verfügt über eine Tischtennisplatte.

Das Haus hat wunderbare Lanais von vielen Zimmern. Die obere Veranda, die dem Golfplatz zugewandt ist, besteht aus drei Abschnitten: einem vollständig abgeschirmten in der Mitte und zwei offenen Veranden an jedem Ende. Die lange untere Veranda hat zwei Liegestühle, eine bequeme Sitzecke und einen Gasgrill und ist auch dem Golfplatz zugewandt. Die 2 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss haben jeweils eine Veranda.

In einer ruhigen Wohngegend gelegen, ist dieses Haus ein großartiger Ort für einen Familien- oder Gruppenurlaub. Es bietet Platz für 10 Personen. Es verfügt über 4 Queensize-Betten, ein Doppelschlafsofa und 2-er Pack-and-Play-Spiele für sehr kleine Kinder. Full-Size-Waschmaschine und Trockner und WiFi sind verfügbar.

Das North Shore von Kauai bietet viele gute Möglichkeiten, um Ihren Urlaub zu genießen und, um Ihnen zu helfen, bieten wir Schnorchelausrüstung, Strandspielzeug, Boogie Boards, Liegestühle und Badetücher. Außergewöhnliche Strände wie Anini Beach, Hanalei Beach, Tunnel und Ke'e sind alle leicht mit dem Auto erreichbar. An Incredible Vacation Home

I cannot say enough about this home. We have stayed here several times. Why so wonderful? The screened in lanai and all the other outdoor lanais, the huge master bedroom with all the amenities, three more bedrooms and a den that converts into a fifth bedroom, the well appointed kitchen and long table for all our family meals in the evening after a day in the sun. Hanalei and princeville are great locations, near many beaches, the botanical garden, the Napali coast, Kilauea lighthouse and much more. Grocery store, restaurants and even an urgent care just minutes away. The owners and manager are quick to respond and help when needed. Such a lovely spot. Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

Perfect Vacation Home for Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our two families of 5 (4 adults and 6 kids from 4 to 17). Having two master bedrooms was great. The house was spacious enough for us never to feel on top of each other. The layout is open and so many beautiful views. The property is so well appointed with quality linens and kitchen equipment and very clean! The community is beautiful and quiet. Walking distance to playground, basketball courts and a shopping center that has grocery, dining and shopping. The game room and all of the beach equipment are awesome. The communication with the management is excellent. We look forward to renting this property again for our next Kauai trip.

Perfect place to stay in princeville

My partner and i flew out with our family to get married in Kauai. We found this house that served every single purpose that we could need for a week on paradise. The house is large and gorgeous with beautiful views off the back decks. Everyone commented on how nice the house was. We were able to use some of the beach equipment for our adventures around the island. We stopped at most of the towns around the island, for shopping and beaching while we were here so we got good use of the chairs and towels and umbrellas. The host was so kind and very detailed in instruction so everything was very clear which was so helpful. Wish i could live here haha. Definitely suggest this place for anyone and their family to stay

Just Perfect!

This house wa sure perfect accommodation for our family. We had 7 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals as a family. The rooms were clean and the beds so comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The house is well stocked we didn’t have to worry about anything. We all enjoyed the game room and beach goodies. Gathering on the screened porch was great during the rain. It was the best trip ever.

This house was perfect for a large group of adults. Each couple had their own large room and there were plenty of bathrooms. The set up downstairs was a perfect getaway for a smaller group to hang out and we really appreciated all the bikes and snorkeling/beach gear. Overall a great experience and would absolutely rent this house again!

Such a special place

This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful Princeville home. It has two bedrooms plus a den that can be used as a bedroom on the upper floor along with the kitchen and living room and three bathrooms, and two bedrooms and a huge den on the lower floor. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and a great deal of care has been taken to make it attractive and family friendly. I love that there is only one large TV in the downstairs den where we all gather to watch movies at night. You can go out into the backyard and golf course at night and look at the stars. You are walking distance to Foodland, grocery store, the library, and a playground. There’s a farmers market every Saturday morning next to the playground and there is music every Wednesday afternoon at the golf course. But best of all, everything in the house just works so well: the fans, the appliances, and so many outdoor lanais to sit in and enjoy the breezes. we love Hanalei Bay and Hanalei town, but we also enjoy Anini beach and Kilauea town. Thank you for a lovely month’s vacation!

WONDERFULL PLACE TO STAY

I brought my whole family here for the holidays, six adults and two kids. The place was large enough for everyone to have their own space. The house had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable. The yard had fresh fruit trees, we picked fresh fruit up from the back yard, some of the best oranges I have ever had. We had a small issue with the dish washer and the owner was right on it. I would give this place 10 STARS if I could, Thanks SO MUCH!!!!!

We loved this house. It is one of the best-equipped VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in! Everything you need for your vacation but can’t fit in a suitcase! Big enough for everyone to have their own space, but also places where everyone can be together. Multiple shops, beaches, and restaurants very close. Definitely recommend!

Everything at the house was great! The only problem we had was with the laundry, which we fixed ourselves. The dryer wasn't drying things properly and our clothes ended up sitting in the dryer wet for several hours causing them to smell. Apparently, the previous renters did not completely clean the lint filter. First layer was cleaned, but there was a layer glued to the trap which we had to pry off. Once that was completely clean, it was working well. So, make sure that is completely cleaned out before using. Had to rewash a couple of loads. Loved having all of the beach towels, chairs, etc. available for use. Of course, the island is amazing, so we did many outings for adventure!

AMAZING PLACE, ESPECIALLY FOR EXTENDED FAMILY

From our first contact with owner Linda Gall, who was gracious and helpful. The location is ideal...since between the 2 families we had 6 children ages 14-20 who can't drive a rental car...who loved walking to the nearby Foodland and other shops. The huge kitchen worked well for multiple people helping with meal prep...usually for 16 because I also rented 2 other places for me and my husband and a 3rd son with his family. Wonderful long BEAUTIFUL table inside was perfect for lots of games....and everyone loved the screened patios so we could eat inside or outside. Wonderful view....and incredible supplies for a week on Kauai....boogie boards, chairs, and lots, lots more...Also local manager Kaye was very helpful. Bedrooms and bathrooms all worked out perfectly for the family. LOVED THE PLACE....and I'm sure the family wil return!

Great house for a big family!

We came to Kauai for my wife’s milestone birthday with our 3 daughters (mid 20’s) and their spouses and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms upstairs both with en suites and the extra room (den) with the pull out that can accommodate another person or couple if needed and the other 2 bedrooms downstairs with an entire separate full bath, living room and game room (garage). It was also nice to have the extra patio downstairs. You won’t need an alarm clock because the roosters will let you know when the sun comes up. Very well appointed with all the beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment. Bonus there was a carrier to take everything down to the beaches. We had a large car (suburban) so we could load everything and head out for the day. Our stay could not have been better.

A Perfect Vacation Spot

This home had it all! There are several lanais for outdoor relaxation, huge bedrooms, a large open area with a well appointed kitchen and lovely living area, excellent Wi-Fi for those members of our group who needed to work and the teenagers who wanted to be in touch with friends, a quiet neighborhood with a view of the golf course (this part of the golf course is never used by golfers so it was quiet and lovely). There are ceiling fans in all the rooms, lovely artwork and furniture all around and the bathrooms are well appointed and modern. The garage has been converted to a game room and was filled with beach chairs, beach toys, a ping-pong table, an extra refrigerator and much more. Linda, the owner, was wonderful, always responsive and helpful when any questions came up. The house is near everything: the grocery store, library, a playground, lots of walking and running trails, Hanalei Beach, Wylie Beach, the Napali ridge and Anini beach as well as Kilauea lighthouse and fishmarket. We had the time of our lives and can’t recommend this place more.

Owners live in Oregon and fell in love with Kauai 20 years ago. We both grew up on the east coast of the US but moved west after we were married. Bob is a retired meteorlogist and has setup a webcam and weather station at our Princeville home.

We have travelled a lot both in the US and internationally, and we still think that the north shore of Kauai is the most beautiful place on earth! Having spent many years living in very dry places (Tucson and Boulder) we were attracted to the lush green environmnet around the house. The North Shore has so much to enjoy -- beautiful flowers, waterfalls, rainbows! Plus, an easy drive to the beach and great restaurants in Hanalei and Princeville.

We fell in love with this house the minute we saw it back in 2004. We were fortunate that at the time the house was built they allowed a simple two-story house where both floors are the same size (later the requirement was that the second floor had to be smaller). As a result, we have a spacious and well laid out house with areas to find private space as well as ample gathering space.

We originally owned a condo on the North Shore but wanted a bit more room, a house large enough to hold our 2 sons and their wives plus our 6 wonderful grandchildren. We loved the layout with the two master suites on the upper floor and another two bedrooms on the lower level.

When we are all staying at the house, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their own activities whether it's watching a movie, reading a book, chasing after geckos (hopefully, outside!), plus we can all be to together playing games and spending time together.

When we get off the plane in Lihu'e and feel the warm welcoming weather of Kauai, we immediately feel more relaxed! We always have a great time. We love exploring new beaches (our goal is to visit all of Kauai's beaches) but also visiting our favorites...Hanalei, Anini, Ke'e. Linda has always been a beach person, but she enjoys going back to our house that is surrounded by lovely Hawaiian vegetation...it truly is peaceful, serene, relaxing!
