Eine große Vorderdeck mit Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Sie können den Blick auf das Meer und den Strand, ohne den Sand "zu genießen. Das Deck hat einen runden Esstisch mit Sonnenschirm, Stühle, gepolsterten Liegestühlen und einem Gasgrill. Die 3 Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Bad, für 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Das direkt am Meer Schlafzimmer hat ein King-Size-Bett, haben die anderen 2 Schlafzimmer Doppelbetten und ein Etagenbetten. Die zweite Etage hinteren Schlafzimmer hat einen kleinen privaten Terrasse mit gepolsterten Liegen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und keine typische Mieteinheit. Unten befindet sich ein Speicherbereich mit Boogie Boards, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm und 2 Fahrräder. Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive. Bringen Sie sich !!

Perfect Week On the Beach

We had the best stay on the beach. After years renting through Vacasa properties this rental experience was a wonderful change. The house was exactly as listed, clean, lots of amenities, and I didn’t have to worry about any additional rentals (linens, umbrellas, etc…). And of course you can’t beat the view!

Great Family Vacation

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The property is in great condition, and the location was outstanding. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze and the interior looks like it was recently renovated. The kitchen was extremely well stocked (I am the family cook and everything that I needed was there). It was also great to have so many beach accessories available. There were even glow sticks with the beach gear and our kids joined other neighborhood kids in lighting up the beach with their glow sticks one night during out bonfire on the beach. Highly recommend this property and we would love to stay here again.

Can't beat oceanfront location

We love staying in this area and right on the beach. It was great not to have to lug bedding supplies, towels, beach chairs, etc on our trip, as the unit supplies them. One of the best features is the central air - no musty room a/c units like in many other units in this area. I'd recommend!

Great place to relax and enjoy the beach

Great updates this year! Lots of seating inside and outside. Beds are very comfortable. We love being able to walk right onto the beach from the spacious deck. The beach and house are great for families. A short walk to great restaurants as well.

Another great week at Linda's lovely waterfront VRBO!

Last year our family of four (husband, two mid-20s sons, and I) enjoyed a week at Linda's very comfortable and lovely waterfront home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to repeat the trip again this year and this time included our sons' girlfriends. Our group of six was very comfortable in this very clean and wonderfully appointed/stocked townhome. It was great that every couple had their own bathroom too. Beds and common areas are very comfy (btw, we loved the new and larger sectional and new drapes/curtains). The unit was very well stocked and supplied... pretty much anything you could think of and want ... from bathroom toiletries to a well stocked kitchen (complimentary k-cups, lots of appliances, a nice selection of pots and pans, baggies for beach sandwiches, aluminum foil, etc.), all sheets, bedding and towels (beach towels too), and laundry supplies if you need/want to do laundry, to a fully stocked beach closet with chairs, boogie boards, toys, and an umbrella. We tend to have a lot of umbrella users so I did bring a couple more of our own, but if you wanted more there is a vendor right there on the beach, as the listing points out. The provided umbrella is a very sturdy and durable one, fyi. Our only regret was that the week had to end... in a perfect world, we would have booked a second week!

Amazing beachfront property, large deck with dune and ocean views, clean, well-stocked

My family and I couldn’t be happier with our experience at this property. The beachfront location is unbeatable, and there is immediate ground level access to the short sand path that passes through the dunes to the beach. The first floor deck is large with comfortable furniture and stunning views of the ocean. There is a ground level area under the house with a private outdoor shower and benches, which was perfect for cleaning our sand-coated toddlers. The house was immaculate on arrival and well stocked with towels, linens, coffee, and beach supplies. I wouldn’t change a single thing.

Best beach property ever.

This is our 3 rd time staying at Linda’s beach home. We always have a great time here. The fact that I don’t have to bring sheets, towels ,t.p.,beach towels or chairs just make the trip so much better. Wonderful Rental

I cannot say enough about how nice this rental was. Even though we were running later than expected; the owner, Linda, was there when we arrived and showed us the ins and outs of her beautiful property, which was very helpful. The house was immaculately clean and well organized. All bed linens and bath towels are included as well as beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and even beach toys for the little ones. There are also several bikes. The kitchen is very well equipped. Due to the uncertainty of COVID-19, we ate all our meals at the house and I had everything I needed in the way of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. It was wonderful sitting out on the deck enjoying the ocean view while we ate. There are two tables outside; one with an umbrella, and one in the shade of the overhang which was nice if/when someone felt they wanted to be out of the sun. You can’t beat proximity to the beach here - it is literally steps away. We went to the beach each morning, set up our things, stayed until lunchtime, left everything set up and went back to the house for lunch, then returned to the beach for the afternoon. We could watch our things from the deck while eating and didn’t have to take everything down and set it back up again which was wonderful. The beach is very clean and safe; with one of the lifeguard stands almost directly in front of the house, It is a family friendly beach and was busy but never felt overly crowded. Everyone we saw appeared to be respectful of social distancing. Thank you Linda for sharing your wonderful home with our family. It was the perfect antidote for COVID-19 craziness!

Well-stocked townhouse

This property, although older, is well kept. The online description said that linens, towels, beach chairs and towels, and children's beach toys were provided. We were happy to find that they were all of good quality. Also, it was a treat having paper products and cleaning materials provided. Kitchen was well supplied (although non-stick skillet should be replaced). We had 6 adults and 2 tiny kids, so it was a little tight. Televisions are in each bedroom; living room TV didn't seem to have live TV, only Samsung+ (we managed though!). Overall it's a very nice place!

A WONDERFULLY RELAXING RETREAT!

Linda was very attentive and a great host. Her oceanfront location was wonderful and her 3 BR, 3 BA place was lovely. It was nicely appointed and well-stocked with lots of helpful touches such as complete bed linens, both bath and beach towels, and beach chairs, beach umbrella, bikes, bike locks, air pump, and sand toys, plus a nice outside private shower. A well-stocked kitchen too with host-supplied Keurig coffee pods to start one’s day. And it was immaculate, which is always high on my list. Beds were very comfortable too. We only had one brief issue with a noisy neighbor, but Linda got the problem rectified quickly and completely. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

I grew up in North Carolina on a beach. When I moved to Baltimore in 1971, I knew I had to find a beach house. My first place was a condo ocean block and I called it 'The First Step'. My daughter was born in 1979 and I knew it was time for 'The second step'. I purchased the oceanfront town home in 1980 and have enjoyed many wonderful memories. This is the first time it has been available for rental. Hopefully, you will develop your memories. It is a very special place.

I love the ocean and to walk out of the house onto the beach is the best! The house is located 1 1/2 blocks from Delaware Line. It is located in the quiet part of Ocean City but very accessible to everything by bus or car. The movie theater is across the highway and a pizza shop is on the corner of the highway. Retail therapy is also close by. Ride your bikes up to Bethany Beach on the very wide bike lane along the shore.
