Das luxuriöse Apartment "The view" in Florenz (90 m²) befindet sich im 3. Stock (kein Aufzug) eines alten Florentiner Gebäudes im historischen Zentrum. Der Domplatz und die wichtigsten Museen und Galerien sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die 20 m² große Terrasse bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf die Monumente (Duomo, der Glockenturm von Giotto, Sinagoga)

Die Terrasse ist mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet, an denen Sie an einem sonnigen Morgen ein Frühstück im Freien genießen können. Es ist eine sehr helle und ruhige Wohnung. In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es viele typische Restaurants, Cafés, Pizzerien und Kunsthandwerksläden. In diesem Bereich können Sie den Alltag des historischen Zentrums von Florenz genießen.

UNTERKUNFT:

Es besteht aus einem Eingang, einem Wohn- / Esszimmer, einer Küche, 2 Doppelzimmern mit Doppelbetten und einem Badezimmer. Eine Treppe führt zur offenen Galerie mit einem Einzelbett und dem zweiten Badezimmer mit Dusche.

(Es gibt ein Einzelbett und ein weiteres Badezimmer im Dachgeschoss, das über eine Leiter erreichbar ist).

This flat is in a perfect location for getting around and exploring Florence on foot. Emmanuel was great with his communications, got back with us quickly with any questions we had. Would stay there again if we get back to Italy.

Great apartment in a lovely location

Our family of five had a great stay here. Everything went well: communication was easy, apartment was clean and warm. The location is great - so easy to access the tourist area - but the neighborhood is also very nice - with great markets, cafes and restaurants just minutes away. I'd stay here again.

We loved the apartment, has a great view from its terrace. It does not have an elevator, so for people who cannot climb stairs it could be an issue. The host was great and assisted with our luggage.

I WISH I CAN STAY LONGER!

This place is amazing! One can tell the property is loved by the owner and it is the kind of experience we were looking for when we decided to visit Florence. The owner was very communicative and helpful, this place is SO CONVENIENT to everything else, we walked to most of the places we wanted to see. In the neighborhood, many nice little shops are fascinating. The three flights of stairs is a consideration for some but if you don't mind stairs, this is the place!

Beautiful Views with a great location

We loved the location of this property being close to all the main attractions and enjoyed the view from the balcony overlooking the Duomo. He also gave us a lot of information about the city when we arrived and took his advice for a large majority of our meals and each one was amazing.

Wonderful place!

Our family stayed here while in Florence and it was just perfect! Lots of rooms with beautiful furnishings. The kitchen was well-stocked. The rooftop patio with views of Duomo was amazing! We had a wonderful time staying at your place! The balcony view was stunning, and the location was perfect. The host's recommendations for dining and sightseeing in Florence were spot on. The breathtaking view of Florence from the third floor definitely made the climb worthwhile. Just a small suggestion: the kitchen could use a few more cups and wine glasses.

This apartment was absolutely beautiful! Wonderfully appointed and a great location, within 10-15 minutes walking distance of all the major sights in Florence. The apartment was just what we needed for our family of four. It was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location to explore the city. We were able to walk to every major site. We enjoyed the property. Need to be able to handle steep steps to the second bathroom and rooftop. We were really happy with the young man who was our contact, not only was he very helpful but he also carried 4 heavy luggage bags up the steps for us.

The Best of Florence

This was a fabulous apartment! It is well off the "tourist" beaten path and truly had a local feel. Emanuele was a perfect host! Not only did he accomodate our late arrival due to a transportation strike, he also spent time helping us learn with a map of Florence where to go and what to see while we were there to get a true sense of the city. He even went as far as to tell us what areas of the city we should eat to avoid "Tourist Traps." This information was invaluable to giving us the amazing experience we had. Please stay here! You won't regret it!

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was very pretty, spacious and comfortable. My 17 year old son enjoyed having his own space up in the loft area. It was great location to walk to the Duomo, shops and restaurants. Emanuele was very easy to communicate with and very helpful at check-in.
