Dies ist das perfekte Après-Destination mit offenem Grundriss und atemberaubendem Blick auf die Berge von den raumhohen Fenstern im Wohnzimmer, im Esszimmer und im Hobbyraum. Das Wohnzimmer hat hohe Decken, Holzbalken, ein Kamin, großen Sitzbereich und einen 50 "HD-Flachbild-TV mit Surround-Sound. Der Chef der Küche ist aus Granit und einen Gasherd, der in den Essbereich, die bequem Platz für 10 geöffnet. Darüber hinaus ist die Hobbyraum mit Billardtisch, Wet-Bar und zweiten Sitzbereich. Es gibt eine Waschküche mit einem Full-Size Waschmaschine / Trockner und einen Schuhraum mit viel Platz für Ski-Ausrüstung, Stiefel und Mäntel. Es gibt ein volles Haus-Entertainment-System mit WLAN im gesamten Gebäude. Die zwei Autos, beheizte Garage befindet sich unterirdisch. Bei schönem Wetter, sollten Sie die Verwendung der 2 Decks und dem Gas-Grill zu machen, aber genießen Sie den Whirlpool das ganze Jahr über!

Es gibt ein Bett für jeden in dieser Wohnung! Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Kamin und ein angeschlossenes Badezimmer mit Whirlpool und separater Dusche. Der zweite Master-Suite verfügt über ein Queen-Bett, Kamin und ein angeschlossenes Bad mit Whirlpool und separater Dusche. Schlafzimmer 3 verfügt über ein Doppelbett mit einer angehängten Dusche / Wanne und Schlafzimmer 4 hat ein Doppelbett mit der Dusche / Wanne daneben. Die übergroßen Schlafraum verfügt über 2 Sätze Etagenbetten und ein drittes Etagenbett mit einem Doppelbett auf dem Boden und eine einzelne an der Spitze. Es ist ein Vollbad mit Wanne / Dusche-Kombination daneben. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Flachbild-TV und der Schlafraum der TV wird mit einem Wii und eine Xbox 360 eingehakt.

Das Winter Park Resort, das zur Nr. 1 in den USA gewählt wurde, ist das nächstgelegene größere Skigebiet in den Bergen von Denver und eines der gefragtesten Reiseziele am Ikon Pass.

Great Christmas

Plenty of room for teens and adults for a Christmas ski vacation! Extremely well stocked condo. Loved that everything was on a single floor. Location was great, with the quick shuttle to the base area just down the road.

Larger than a house

Gorgeous home, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The views of the ski slopes are breathtaking. The condo is huge with great privacy for all 5 bedrooms. most of which have a fireplace and attached bathroom.

Great Holidays

The place is great. Exactly as described. It is close enough to walk to slopes with easy bus or drop/off access. Our family enjoyed the options of skiing, hanging out, or just relaxing. House has everything one needs. We stayed 22 days and would come back again.

Perfect Location

You are wowed from the moment you drive up. Condo is gorgeous and the view is unbelievable. This is the perfect location to skiing and the village. It is walkable, but the shuttle runs every ten minutes just right outside the units, and total ride time is about 2 minutes. The owner and host go over and beyond with communication and providing, stocking, every item needed from the kitchen to the laundry room and baths. All of the beds are super comfortable. It also has a garage which is a big plus in the winter. So many things to do close by for kids and families. Highly recommend!

Lots of room!

We had 6 adults and 5 kids and this home was perfect for us! Kids loved the bunk room, dads loved the pool table. It’s within walking distance to Winter Park village, which has lots of fun activities in the summer and many delicious food options. We did several close by hikes! Just a great family get away!

I can’t say enough great things about this property! It was perfect for our group of 13, ranging from 10 years old to 72! We were celebrating my parents 50th anniversary, and everyone loved the property and the location. Highly recommend for people of all ages and interests from golf to fishing to hiking and just relaxing at the condo.

Great condo, lots of space

We stayed here for Spring Break - 3 families, 14 people total. We had plenty of space and loved the single-story floor plan. It's an easy walk to the shuttle route. We definitely recommend this for large groups / multiple families.

The property was ideal for our group of 11. The place was very well supplied with everything. All the bedrooms had plenty of space and the great room is very welcoming and comfortable. Exceeded our expectations!

Perfect location with incredible views from every window! Excellent layout - between the living room, kitchen/dining and game room, our extended family of 12 (all adults - youngest is 20 yrs old) never felt cramped. Kitchen had everything we needed (and more!) to make big meals each night. The attached parking garage with elevator made it so easy to unload luggage, equipment and groceries during our stay. Owners have thought of every detail to make it a wonderful vacation home.

Fantastic Condo and Owner

Beautiful condo with fantastic views in an ideal location with all of the amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. People can be playing pool and watching sports in the recreation room while others are watching a movie in the family room since there is a glass door to separate the two rooms. The owner was nice to point out the high tech features to make our stay more enjoyable.

Beautiful accommodations, Great location

Our family of 11 recently stayed at this condo for a ski vacation. The condo is beautiful, luxurious and spacious. It is also very clean and well supplied with everything we needed to stay for several days. The location is convenient to the lifts using the free shuttle at the entrance or close enough to walk. The panoramic windows provide a beautiful view of the mountain and ski runs. Dan and his assistant are wonderful to work with throughout the process and readily available for any questions we had. We hope to make this a family tradition and would welcome the opportunity to stay here again.

Beware of the unethical, dishonest owner and management

To be fair, the property itself has a good location and decent layout. Unfortunately dealing with the owner and the property manager had turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. They attempted to gouge the price during booking; failed to ensure the unit was clean and appliances were in working order; made wild claims of damages they were responsible for, and withheld the entire damag deposit without providing any written cost estimate. There were warning signs of questionable ethical behavior at the time of the booking that we shouldn’t have ignored. We sent out a request to book in May for our Christmas stay. The owner did not respond and let the request expire. He then raised the rate when we sent out a second request. After consulting with VRBO, we were told that raising rates after a request is received is not allowed on the platform. After confronting the manager with the VRBO rules, they finally agreed to honor the original rate. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a life-sized butler mannequin by the door. Everyone was taken aback by this creepy-looking figure – he belonged in a haunted house and had no place in a family vacation home. We promptly covered his head with a blanket before he terrorized the children in the group. Unfortunately he “came back” to haunt us later in the stay. As we walked through the unit, we were surprised and appalled upon the discovery of a pile of animal feces on the balcony. This property was advertised as “pet-free”, we had no idea how did the animal feces end up there. Later that night, our friends staying in the master suite tried to turn on the fireplace in the room, nothing happened. Assuming the fireplace was not working, they pulled the pillows off of the bed and went to sleep. During the night, they were woken up by the smoke and realized the fireplace had turned on sometime during the night and one of the pillows close to the fireplace had caught on fire. They pulled the pillow away from the fireplace and put out the fire. The amber got on the carpet and caused a quarter-sized dark stain. The maintenance technician came out the next day and confirmed that the fireplace was not working properly. While it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure the property is clean and safe, Dan refused to take any responsibility and placed the entire blame on the guests. He made outrageous claims of costly repair without ever providing any written cost estimate. We hope our experience serves as a warning..
