Ocean Front

Dieses schöne Haus am Wasser befindet sich am südlichen Ende des Marathons, nahe der Seven Mile Bridge, direkt am Atlantik und nur wenige Minuten vom Golf entfernt. Es hat eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf das offene Wasser!

Sehr geräumig und komfortabel, gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Vier Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer. Master-Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, erste Gäste-Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten, zweite Gast Schlafzimmer hat Doppelbett und vierte Gäste-Schlafzimmer hat Queen-Bett. Makellos und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Platz für ein Boot bis zu 40 Fuß und Angeln am Dock ist gut. Dieses Haus liegt direkt am offenen Wasser und bietet keinen Schutz für Ihr Boot, wenn es windig ist. Ihr Boot unterliegt den Elementen, die hier angedockt werden.

Es gibt einen Gasgrill, einen Köder-Gefrierschrank und einen Fischreinigungstisch. Kleiner Lagerraum im Erdgeschoss für Mieter, um Angelruten zu sichern. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler. Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Sunset Grille & Raw Bar erreichen Sie bequem zu Fuß. Es hat eine neue Bootssteg und am Meer Strand, abendliche Unterhaltung und eine Happy Hour, und am besten Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang in den Florida Keys auf der Seven Mile Bridge. Beautiful views in a comfortable home

We ate our meals on the deck and enjoyed the amazing views, including sunsets and stars at night. Kitchen is large. There is a lot of equipment and utensils, but it needs purging and organizing to help those who want to prepare meals, which we did. The decor is eclectic and could also use a purge. Great to have use of the dock. Loved walking the old railroad bridge out to Pigeon Key every morning. (You can easily walk to the bridge from the house.) The rental company staff provided excellent service and were very responsive to all questions and needs. It is very unfortunate that there is a large, abandoned building next door. It is a huge eyesore and rather creepy. Otherwise it's a really good location.

Lovely home central to the Keys

This is a beautiful home and the location is central to all the Keys so it is easy to visit any of the neighboring islands at any time. You would never know the home was As close to “town” as it is…. It is very quiet and private. The local “wildlife”, if you will, is constantly entertaining from lizards on the rocks to the birds and the manatee who hang out under the dock. This was our first vacation that we didn’t travel abroad and we couldn’t be happier with our experience!

The location was great, near the 7 mile bridge, a great restaurant. The kids kept finding hermit crabs and urchins and all sorts near the rocks. Had a fantastic stay!

We love staying at this house each year. The views of the oceans are awesome. It could use more lighting on the dock and a much needed fish cleaning table. The house is very comfortable and spacious, we are already looking forward to our stay next year.

Fantastic views and lots of space

The view is incredible, and we really enjoyed watching the boats go by every morning. Decent kayaking in the area, but the put in can be a little rough for newbies. Kitchen is well equipped and everything was in working order. The master bed was incredibly comfy and with Publix and Winn-Dixie right up the street, we couldn't go wrong. One of the best places we have stayed!

Excellent property, looks exactly like photos. Plenty of space for 7 adults, eat dinner out on patio several nights looking out over the ocean. Saw Parrot Fish and Manatees off the dock. Could have used more towels and had to purchase our own beach chair, which we left, so maybe they will still be there for the next group. Plan on buying the house essentials, you get one of everything We would go back in a heartbeat. Beautiful location

Awesome Place

The house and the views of this place are absolutely awesome! Sitting in the living room with a full view of the Atlantic, or being able to see the Keys beautiful sunsets from the private dock are great. We loved the back patio, large kitchen and comfy beds. The little neighborhood is nice and always felt safe. Fishing off the dock is plentiful and fun! Walking distance to Sunset Grille was also very nice. My only suggestion would be for the owners to provide a few basic cleaning items to wipe down counters or floors, we didn't have them and didn't want to purchase for just a short stay. Other than that hands down one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed inside and out.

We had 4 adults and two children and this place was amazing, we loved every minute. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the ocean, saw some dolphin. We would come back in a minute!

This house is very nice- the view is amazing! Quite neighborhood. I’ve made the manager aware of a few small suggestions such as purchasing new pans for cooking and more towels. Overall, we definitely would and want to stay there again!

New Years in the Keys

This house was perfect for our family! Plenty of room, very clean, fully stocked with all cooking items needed. Close to everything, we fished off the dock everyday! Saw dolphin and the manatees came right to the dock! Rented jet skis from the iresort next door! All perfect!

Perfect ocean location

We had a great week. The house is spacious and we especially enjoyed the back deck with the panoramic view of the ocean. We rented a 25’ foot boat which we kept moored at the dock. The house would benefit from the removal of the owner’s personal clutter and new sheets.

Beautiful home & wonderful location! Loved that we could walk to happy hour at Sunset Grille. Boat dock is exposed and directly on the Atlantic so that could be an issue for boat owners.

Peaceful Retreat

We stayed for two weeks and greatly enjoyed our time here. The view is absolutely amazing, and we appreciated the easy access to open water in our boat. The property managers are very helpful and do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. Check in and check out process was very easy. Definitely would stay here in the future.

Very Relaxing

This house was perfect. We had a great time and enjoyed every minute of it. We liked that it had a private dock (fished and swam), a great restaurant and lounge that we could walk to, and because it was in the middle of the keys it was so convenient to take short day trips to other places. Amazing location to catch the sunsets and sunrise. We would stay at this place again in a heartbeat!

Really nice place. Beautifully decorated, spacious and cozy.

Comfy beds, plenty of room. Came with pretty much everything we needed. (Except extra TP, so just bring a spare roll.) Internet, huge-screen TV, refrigerator, washer, dryer, etc. all worked great. The weather was perfect and we ate on the deck -- take-out from the Sunset Grill nearby. Beautiful view from the deck just like in the pictures. The Hawk's Nest condos next door are finally being repaired post-Irma, but there was no problem with construction noise. Isla Bella is supposed to be opening later this month (March 2019) and there was an army of construction workers there, but again it was not a problem at all. Great fun fishing off the dock. Caught 6" to 8" fish as fast as we could drop shrimps in the water. But also caught a huge baby goliath grouper that was hiding under the dock. (Threw him back but didn't see him again.) We also saw sharks and bull redfish cruising by, and had a nice visit from a manatee.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Knights Key at 23 Kyle Way. We come to the Keys every year and always rent a house, but had never been in this area. If you have a boat it is an ideal location to be able to get to Sombrero Key quickly as well as some other great spots on the Atlantic side; and with or without a boat it is the best location to catch the sunset each day on or near the 7 Mile bridge. The dock was nice and worked out great for our boat. The house is well equipped with anything you would need in the kitchen, and even though we bring a lot of our own things each year we didn't need to even get most of them out. The staff at American Caribbean Real Estate were the most professional we have dealt with in the Marathon area over the years of renting. I liked that you got to meet an actual person to pick up the keys, and that they checked in with you throughout the week to see how you were doing. It was also nice of them to touch base about our departure to go over the check out procedures. We rented from other rental companies for 11 years and never met them face to face, even though they rolled our deposit over year to year. Thanks and we look forward to seeing you again next year!
