Sie bieten einen beheizten Salzwasserpool und ein Spa. Sie werden keine schreienden Kinder in dieser Anlage haben ... nur Ruhe und Frieden. Privater umzäunter Hinterhof. Romantische abgeschirmte Veranda. Dieses winzige Häuschen bietet bequem Platz für 2 Erwachsene. Es gibt ein Queen-Schlafsofa. für einen Übernachtungsgast. Sehr ruhige, hundefreundliche Nachbarschaft. Sie können zu Fuß zum Strand, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Wassersportaktivitäten gehen.

Madeira Beach Paradise

This property offered everything my husband and I were looking for. The cottages are perfect. The space is perfect. The amenities are just as described. The neighborhood surrounding the property is quiet. The pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen area has something to offer for everyone. The beach is walkable, as are many wonderful restaurants. Each cottage has plenty of beach towels, a shed with the convenience of beach chairs, an ice chest, a beach umbrella, and a wagon. And two bicycles. The cottage offers the best of both worlds…beach and restaurant proximity, yet a secluded, quiet area. The host Judy, was always very responsive. We have absolutely zero complaints. We are sitting at the airport in Tampa, looking forward to returning next May.

Extremely disappointing

We arrived on September 9th 2023 for a week stay, we attempted to use the door code that Judy provided however it did not work. I called her and she said to call her back in a couple of days and then hung up on me. I immediately called her back and told her we were here at her Surf cottage for our vacation and could not get the code to work. She was in such a tizzy and began to tell me that she had bigger problems in her life right now and did not remember that we were coming. Eventually she said we could stay at the sunshine cottage and gave me the code for that one. We entered and it was very musty and the couch mildewy. I went out to check on the pool and it was all green with algae and totally unusable. I called her back and all she could say was that her home pool was also green and since their was a hurricane 10 days earlier all the maintenance and pool cleaners were back logged. I said we could not stay there for a week and the main reason I booked the cottage was for the private pool and I wanted a full refund. She was ranting and raving about how her life was a mess and had worse problems of her own. I called VRBO and reported the situation. Five hours later after talking to them and calling many hotels I finally found one that was available for the next six days. Judy the owner texted me about 20 times, going on and on how her life was a mess. She said she did not give a rats ass about my refund. All she had to do was cancel our reservations. Horrible experience!

Great place to stay!

Our 2nd time here. We love it! No kiddos, pool and jacuzzi are very nice. Have every thing you need pretty much. Beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc. Only thing we could complain about was it was too dang HOT! But not the owners fault. LOL. Think next time we'll come in September or May.

We had an amazing stay at Judy’s cottage. Everything was great from start to finish and want to return in the future. The cottage was very clean, communications from the owner are helpful and the pool area very nice. The extras (beach gear, bikes) were a nice touch. Thank you.

Great place for couples vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay in the surf cottage. Excellent location and extremely quiet. Place was clean and comfortable along with a nice saltwater pool and hot tub. A very short five minute walk to the beach. The owner Judy was very quick to respond to questions and easy to deal with. Very laid-back property and excellent for a couples getaway or vacation. We will look forward to coming back next year.

Truly a gem!

We hated to leave! We loved everything about this quaint little cottage. The landscaping was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful to look at with its soft lighting at night. Enjoyed coffee every morning on the screened porch and relaxing in the heated pool and jacuzzi each evening. Judy was a wonderful host and we cannot wait to return!

Magnificent Cottages

These cottages are amazing! They embody the charm of "old" Florida with all the convenience of modern life. My husband and I have stayed twice in the Sunshine cottage and once in the Surf cottage.... and I hope to be able to return again next year for my vacation. The cottages are beautiful and quaint and very well kept. The pool area is splendid and private and includes a hot tub area, and also has an outdoor kitchen for your use. Each cottage comes with the use of 2 bicycles and a beach buggy, washer/dryer, dishes, pots and pans, books to read, puzzles, tv's, wifi... everything one needs for a vacation that feels like a home away from home. The location is simply the best... so close to the beach, restaurants and some pretty good fishing at John's Pass. I can't give these cottages enough praise. ❤

Relaxing retreat

Judy’s cottage was perfect for the two of us. It was a peaceful much needed get-a-way. Our first trip since 2020 and Judy’s place is perfect. Close enough to walk or drive to John’s Pass. The set up she has with the cottages and pool are wonderful. If you want a quality place that’s clean that you don’t have to share with tons of people Judy’s place is it! We would definitely return!

Great get away!!!

We love this property and the location! A car isn’t needed. We took the trolley, rode the bikes provided and got some good exercise in by walking the beach and to local shops. We already plan to return next year!

Cute cottage in great location

Very cute, very tidy, nicely decorated and all the little extras like utensils and large towels etc. Owners are local, engaged and very responsive. Pool and hot tub work nicely. Quiet residential neighborhood, beach area has plenty of access to the sand, and a short walk or bike ride to all the local action. Small but functional kitchen (no dishwasher), very comfy bed, expanded cable and strong wifi. A rare five stars from me.

Anniversary Getaway

Wife and I celebrated our anniversary with a week in Madeira Beach. Judy’s cottage was impeccably clean and JUST what we were looking for. Rarely needed to share the pool/hot tub area, but the neighbors were GREAT when we did. 5min walk to the beach, 3 min bike ride to Johns Pass (an excellent tourist boardwalk destination). I would highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing, warm weather getaway!

Tropical Paradise

We booked this cottage a couple months ago looking for an old Florida feel to celebrate our 40th Anniversary and Christmas. It was amazing. The cottage was nicely decorated and had all the conveniences of home. The pool area was like being in Key West very tropical with daily visits of parrots flying over. Our host even brought us homemade tiramisu to go with our Christmas meal. It’s so close to all kinds of attractions but honestly we didn’t leave very much because it was so relaxing there. I would HIGHLY recommend for anyone wanting to relax and unwind. Oh and this is a VERY pet friendly.

Best of the Best

This cottage has everything you need or want. It is immaculate and a wonderful king size bed. The heated pool, the jacuzzi, the grill and the comfortable lounge chairs will keep you outside all day. If you have a dog, it can explore the completely fenced area as you relax in the sun. Also, you are minutes away from anywhere you want to go! We highly recommend Judy’s cottages.
