Das Haus am Wasser bietet einen spektakulären Griffin Bay und Mt. Baker Aussicht! Genießen Sie die Aussicht auf das Wasser vom Wohn- und Esszimmer oder bereiten Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten in der voll ausgestatteten Küche zu.

Das geräumige Suite ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett ausgestattet und bietet eine Badewanne auch die Vorteile der wunderbaren Blick auf das Wasser. Das Master-Bad hat auch zwei Waschbecken und eine geräumige geflieste Dusche.

Die untere Ebene des Hauses verfügt über ein Familienzimmer mit Propan Kamin und hat eine zusätzliche Queen-Size-Bett für alternative Schlafgelegenheiten - obwohl die maximale Belegung ist immer noch 8. Es gibt außen Zugang von der Familie Zimmer, um bis zum Kiesstrand zu erhalten. Die untere Ebene bietet auch ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und ein Badezimmer. Die Waschküche befindet sich ebenfalls auf der unteren Ebene und steht Ihnen zur Verfügung.
Das charmante freistehende Studio ist mit einem Queensize-Bett, einer Kaffeemaschine, einer Mikrowelle und einem TV ausgestattet. Genießen Sie den Blick auf das Wasser aus der Sitzecke mit Propan Kamin. Das Studio umfasst auch ein komplettes Badezimmer.

Overall experience was above average. Did call on Friday afternoon (9/13) to inquire about a lack of heat in the mother-in-law building roughly 4:00PM. Did not receive a response and resolution until the voice message was returned at 10:00am the following day. The problem was resolved but response was not timely. Only other issue was the lack of a "Rental Property Guidebook/Binder". The only house rules that were somewhat vague came in the form of an email. A Guidebook/Binder would have been helpful on how to get heat from all the gas fireplaces (3) as well as suggestions for Grocery Store, Restaurants, etc. Not having available coffee for at least the first morning was the biggest reason for not giving this a 5 Star Review.

Beautiful fall visit

Perfect layout for our 3 couple/3 generation family visit, with the guest house just on the other side of the deck. The views are amazing! You might see 2 deer peek in your window or a sea bird float past on a log, drying its wings. Management company was quick and helpful. Property address was well-marked so we found it easily after dark. Nice to have the beach access, we brought an inflatable stand-up paddle-board and explored along the coast.

Amazing home and location!

Thank you so much for making your beautiful waterfront home available through VRBO. I can’t imagine a nicer place to stay on the island for a large group. Everything was immaculate and the view was incredible from every room. Awesome artwork! We enjoyed our visit to San Juan Island and much of it was being able to stay at the Alba Vista.

Great for friend trips

Perfect set up for our friends with kids. We love how close to town we are, but not right IN town. The only thing we aren’t a huge fan of is the downstairs smells like a cat box. If you live with cats, maybe it wouldn’t bother you. But overall we still love this house and hope to visit each year with our friends.
