Nur 3 1/2 Blocks vom Strand und nur einen Block von der Washington Mall entfernt. Verbringen Sie Ihre Sommerferientage in der Sonne, planschen Sie im Meer oder beobachten Sie die Delfine beim Toben. Es ist ideal für eine Gruppe von Freunden, Paaren oder eine kleine Familie. Wir heißen Ihre Hunde willkommen!

Diese 2-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich auf der Gartenebene unseres historischen Hauses (ursprünglich 1875 erbaut). Viele moderne Annehmlichkeiten wie WiFi und zentrale Klimaanlage! Sie haben Zugang zu unserer gemeinsamen Auffahrt. Genug, um zwei Autos abzustellen.

Gleich hinter der Haustür befindet sich ein einladendes Wohnzimmer mit ruhigen Farben, Holzböden und hohen Decken. Das bequeme Schlafsofa und das Loveseat bieten ausreichend Platz für die ganze Familie, um sich zu unterhalten oder ein Spiel auf dem Flachbildfernseher anzusehen. Plus einen kleinen Esstisch für 4 Personen. Flachbildschirm-HDTV mit erweitertem Kabelpaket für Ihren Einsatz.

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Herd, Waschmaschine / Trockner und Geschirrspüler. Viele andere Annehmlichkeiten wie eine Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Toaster, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Töpfe und Pfannen, etc.

Master-Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett, zwei Kommoden, einen Einbauschrank. und ein eigenes Bad (sowie einen eigenen Ein- und Ausgang). Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett. ** Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat einen schweren Vorhang, der es vom Wohnzimmer trennt - es hat jedoch auch ein eigenes Bad, um die Privatsphäre zu gewährleisten. Wohnzimmer hat ein Queen-Schlafsofa. Schlaf 6.

Gasgrill und Picknicktisch für Ihr Vergnügen im Freien im Hinterhof in Richtung Garage.

Haben wir schon erwähnt, dass wir Ihre Hunde willkommen heißen? Auch auf Reisen wollen wir uns nicht von uns trennen. Es wird eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 150 USD pro Hund erhoben (Limit 2). Sorry, keine Katzen.

Mid-week stay in Cape May

Location, location, location! This place is 5 stars! Just a block and a half from Washington Street Mall and Acme - a few blocks to the beach. Off street parking for two cars…just about all on street parking is metered. Spacious rooms. Kitchen is small but who wants to cook on vacation when Cape May is a foodie heaven? Would definitely like to book again. Thank you!

cozy & convinient

I brought my mom and toddler to stay 2 nights. Access to restaurants, shops and parking lot a huge bonus as others have mentioned. We also were pleasantly surprised about how spacious it was! I gave 4 stars simply because it was not central air so AC didn’t totally extend into kitchen and neighbors above could get a bit noisy. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and recommend for a quick getaway to Cape May!

Great in-town location

We enjoyed a weekend getaway in Cape May with this property as home base. It's so close to the Washington St. Mall and the beach that we barely moved our car except to drive out to Sunset Beach. The beds and sofas are comfortable and the furnishings are practical and fun. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. Would recommend for a couple or small group.

This place was perfect for the five of us. Very clean & great location! -Loved that it had 2.5 baths and parking for our 3 cars. The only problem was Wi-Fi was a bit spotty.

A Week of Family Fun

We had a couple of days of rain but made the best of it. Had four dinners alfresco, biked, ran, enjoyed the beach, got a massage, played mini golf and visited the arcade. Spent some money in the great Washington Mall stores, as well. Ate a lot of good food and spent time with family. It was a perfect week!

Pros- Great location, easy to walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. Adequate space for a family of 5. Parking a huge plus! Cons- Pet hair everywhere, not as clean as we would have liked. Also had to deal with humidity issues inside the apartment.

Noisy night

While this was a good location, the conditions were a bit challenging. There are 2 levels. This property is for the downstairs. There were people upstairs. It sounded like a baby pounding walking across the floors, directly above us late into the night, around 11/11:30 and again early in the morning around 7:00AM. The house smelled of mold, especially in the kitchen. There are no linens on the beds or towels in bathrooms. We missed this in the listing. It’s at the end of description. We were able to contact the owner and get access to sheets & towels. Communication with owner was good and they were friendly but because of the challenges we faced we probably will not be returning.

AWESOME Location - COMFORTABLE Home away from HOME!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This condo is a short walk from the Washington Street shopping area. It is very well equipped - nicely decorated - and very comfortable. There is no oven in the kitchen, but there is a toaster oven. We ate breakfast and lunch in the condo - and didn't miss the oven at all. Don't let the bedroom with no door concern you - both rooms are very private. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. The next time we go to Cape May we hope this condo is available!

Home away from home!

I have recently stayed here with my husband, parents, and two dogs on a family summer vacation. This place was perfect! Michael, the owner, was quick to respond via email, text, or phone call. The place was very clean, with enough room for everyone. It's in the perfect location- a very short walk to the Washington street mall and only a few blocks from the beach. Love that this place had air conditioning! The last few days that we were there they had 2 new picnic tables and benches delivered and placed in the back yard by the gas grill. Plenty of parking in the backyard! We will definitely be back in the future!!

Great area but house needs improvements

Probably the most bare bones vacation rental I have ever had. Being close to all the shops is nice. Actual house could use some improvements. It's not clear by the listing but the picture of the property is from the back so it looks like its 2 stories but you are on the bottom floor behind a shop. A lot of the furniture had sand still on it(there is only a single broom to clean with, no dust pan),all the interior doors are hard to shut and the main bedroom has one door that goes straight outside and the top hinge is not attached to the doorframe. TV's are incredibly small, we only had WiFi for half the week and after was spotty, kitchen is fairly bare bones (no oven, fridge freezes stuff in the fridge section, don't expect to be cooking meals here much). If kids come or more than one couple stays, the one bedroom only has a curtain for privacy. We barely were there so alot of it wasn't a big deal, but there are alot of little things that need changed.

Central Historic District with Parking!

I was looking for a pet friendly place for myself and my children and wanted to be able to walk to everything-- well, I found it! The owner, Michael, was very professional and made booking easy and I love that it has wifi (after all, who can live without it?). And parking in town! That alone is worth the cost of the rental. You don't have to drive anywhere, though, as it's a short stroll to the beach and even shorter to the walking mall, with all its shops, restaurants and my kids' favorite-- Fudge Kitchen. Clean and cute place with charm of the historic district right outside your door. And, even though in town, it's on a quiet part of the street. I highly recommend this rental!

New Year's Getaway!

This apartment was perfect for spending our New Year's getaway in Cape May! The property was clean and cute, and in an ideal location for shopping and dining! The master bedroom was very big! The other "bedroom" was a decent size. The only drawback was it was only separated from the living room by curtains. For us, this was not a big deal at all. You also have to pass through to go into the kitchen. I guess it depends on how comfortable you are with the people you go on vacation with. For us, it was fine! Having 2 1/2 bathrooms was also great!
