Neu gebautes und voll möbliertes 3 Schlafzimmer Cottage (2013) zu vermieten. Zwei Queensize-Betten, ein Etagenbett mit zwei Matratzen sowie eine L-förmige Couch mit ausklappbarer Queensize-Matratze. Maximal 7 Personen.
Das großartige Zimmer bietet einen Panoramablick auf den See und raumhohe Fenster heben die Decke aus Kiefernholz hervor. Ein elektrischer Kamin und ein 42-Zoll-Wandmonitor runden den Raum ab.
Nach Südwesten am wunderschönen Bobs Lake gelegen, bietet das Cottage viel Tageslicht zum Sonnenbaden und für entspannende Sonnenuntergänge am Dock.
Komplett möbliertes Zedernholzdeck mit Propangrill, Getränkekühlschrank, zwei mit Holz gelieferten Außenfeuerstellen am See und Muskoka / Adirondack-Stühlen tragen zum Ambiente bei.
Der Bobs Lake ist berühmt für seine vielen Buchten, Inseln und Verbindungsseen und ist international bekannt dafür, dass er einige der „größten Fischgründe der Welt“ bietet.
In der gut ausgestatteten, modernen Küche mit Frühstücksecke, Elektroherd, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster finden Sie alle Annehmlichkeiten mit modernem Bad und großer Dusche.
Nachdem Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee am See und das abendliche Lagerfeuer unter dem Sternenhimmel genossen haben, werden Sie wissen, dass Sie im Hüttenland angekommen sind.

Great second stay at the Spence cottage. Kids had a blast on the water crafts. The a/c unit was a nice touch on those extra hot days. Thanks for the excellent accommodations!

Bob's Lake Vacation

Beautiful house in nice calm bay. Good location on lake. Nice dock and easy walk down hill to lake. Plenty of outside seating. Everything thing was there that was needed. Plan on returning again next year.

Spence Cottage

The cottage was beautiful and had all the amenities you could think off. The rooms were very comfortable and over all cleanliness was excellent. The cottage had several seating areas around the deck and around the fire pit as well as by the beach and dock. It was very relaxing and the fishing was excellent. Highly recommend the Spence cottage for your next holdiay.

Peaceful lakeside vacation

My husband and I were looking for a scenic spot to unwind for a few days, and found it at the Spence's cottage at Bob's Lake. The cottage was very comfortable and has a great backyard with lake views/access with lots of seating areas. Canoeing on the lake was also a big plus as ithe lake is big enough to keep it interesting. It was a nice and hassle-free experience!

Quiet and peaceful

We had an amazing week at the cottage. Everything is well thought out to make your stay simple and easy. The tiered landscape provided multiple seating opportunities with great views of the lake.The lake was so peaceful and quiet making it the perfect location to relax. The cottage had all the amenities of being at home so an indoor rainy day was just as much fun as being outside. We would absolutely book again.

This place is amazing. It's private, quiet, and beautiful. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The place is well maintained and clean. The view is stunning, and there are so many places to enjoy it from. We enjoyed the kayaks, fire pit, and BBQ. And we saw so much wildlife, including a resident loon and a couple beavers, foxes, and of course the bullfrog who croaked several times a day! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, and would love to go back! Thanks for everything Ian!

Fantastic!

We have rented this property 3 years now, and it has always been excellent. The property is well maintained and well supplied. The location is easy to get to, and has great boating and fishing. Our weather wasn't the best this year, but it didn't matter because they have a great selection of DVDs to keep you entertained.

Truly Paradise

The cottage was spotless, well equipped...love the cathedral ceiling and picture windows from which we could enjoy that spectacular view of the lake. The deck and many sitting areas were great for relaxing while again taking in the view. We appreciated the peace and quiet, also the privacy. We enjoyed exploring the lake by kayak and our motor boat...the lake is huge, goes on for miles with many inlets and islands. Stopped for an occasional swim along the way. Enjoyed evenings around the campfire and playing cards. Visited Shabot Lake, had a nice dinner at The Maples restaurant. We had a wonderful week, Thank you Ian for making the process of renting so simple and for sharing such a lovely place with us. Ruth and Kevin

Great, relaxing getaway

A wonderful, quiet getaway. Cottage is immaculate, comfortable and well-stocked. The property is very private, with nice gardens and a wonderful view over a bay on the lake. Our family with two teens and a dog had a great time with the kayaks/canoe, enjoying the many relaxing sitting areas, watching the wildlife, reading, watching movies, driving out to nearby towns, etc. A fantastic, relaxing place for a week away from it all.

Beautiful Cottage!

We had a wonderful stay at the Spence cottage! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The cool breeze that comes through the house is refreshing and keeps it at a comfortable temperature inside. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were comfy to sleep in. We really liked the walk in shower in the bathroom too. The view of the lake from the tall cathedral windows was beautiful and the deck had a lot of room to sit and take in the beauty of nature. We enjoyed the kayaks and fishing spots on the lake as well. From the time we booked online, Ian and Shelley were very helpful with information we needed about boat rentals and general information about the lake and surrounding towns. All in all we had a great, relaxing time at the cottage and will definitely be back!

Second Year in a Row!

This is our second year in a row staying at this home on Bobs Lake. This place does not disappoint. The owners have always been great to work with and the house is always clean and in excellent condition when we arrive. This place has everything you need to make a memorable Bobs Lake vacation. Thank you again for sharing your home with us, I highly recommend this home!

A Great Summer Retreat!

Our family of four had a great week at the Spence cottage! We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and saw just how private it was. There was tons of space outside for the kids (and dog) to run around. The kayaks were a lot of fun and easy enough for our ten year old to use without the fear of tipping. The cottage itself was immaculate and very well equipped. All we had to bring were sheets and towels.There was also plenty to do on our rainy day with a great assortment of games and DVDS. The Spence's were always quick to respond to my questions before, during, and even after our stay (when we realized we had left behind baseball gloves). We would definitely rent from them again!
