Neu gebaute Wohnhaus in wünschenswert Nachbarschaft in der Nähe Restaurants, Geschäfte und Palermo Shopping Center, Bus / U-Bahnlinien (nur einen Block von der Avenue Santa Fe und Coronel Diaz).

720 Quadratfuß Wohnung ist schön mit einem Balkon über die gesamte Länge ausgestattet. Der Balkon kann durch die Küche und durch Glasschiebetüren vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer zugänglich. Alle Türen und Fenster sind Duell Bereich. Pool auf dem Dach mit Sauna. Vierundzwanzig-Stunden-Überwachung. Rauchen auf dem Balkon ONLY!

Das Haupt-Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett und Badezimmer mit einer verglasten Badewanne / Dusche und Bidet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Es gibt ein Bad über den Flur mit Duschkabine. Beide Zimmer haben Schränke mit verspiegelten Schiebetüren organisiert. Alle Zimmer sind mit individuell regulierbarer Klimaanlage.

A great place to stay in BA

We stayed here for 6 weeks this winter, and were very happy. The apartment is just like it looks in the photos, and very well equipped (especially the kitchen). It's a very convenient location, close to transportation and shopping, in a good neighbourhood. Try Accademia restaurant, just 2 blocks away, great value for the money. We would rent here again.

Great location in sunny Buenos Aires

Close to Santa Fe avenue in Recoleta neighborhood. All conveniences within a short walk. Be certain to learn the subway system. Cab transport also very inexpensive but streets can be congested. Check out the jazz scene. Perfecto.

Visiting the great city of Buenos Aires

We were received by a wonderful hostess (Raquel). She was amazing, she made us feel at home as soon as we got in the property. The apartment has the perfect dimension for 4 people. It is equipped with everything that you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The plus was a wonderful size balcony where I had my breakfast and enjoyed all the diversity of singing birds that this wonderful city has living in huge trees. I definitely, I will come back to this property. The location and commodities are excellent. One thing I would like to see change, is some of the furniture were withered. But overall a great place to stay.

The pool is empty, the "gym" is non-existent, the security is not 24/7, and the Wifi was out for most of the time / insufficient.

At Home in the Heart of Buenos Aires

Property: A comfortable, contemporary apartment in which we immediately felt at home. With a living/dining room area, a galley kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms - one with twin beds, and a master suite with a queen bed and ensuite bath - we were able to relax and enjoy our time there. And... there's a long balcony where you can sit outside and enjoy your coffee and medialunas in the morning...from the restaurant right downstairs! Location: A few blocks from the Subte (Buenos Aires' subway system - used it almost every day!) and major bus lines, meant we were able to get around the city quickly and easily. (And used Uber every once in a while, too.) We particularly appreciated that it was only a short 3-block walk to our Spanish school, making it extremely convenient for our studying, and because of its central location, very convenient for our sightseeing adventures all around the city. Rating: I would give the apartment 5 stars, except that the furnishings are getting a bit worn and the pool and fitness room were not up to par. We loved our month in Buenos Aires and thoroughly enjoyed our time in this apartment. And we would definitely rent it again.

Great location, nice apartment!

This apartment is highly convenient: near Alto Palermo shopping and Avenida Santa Fe which offers many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and most importantly, you can easily access the best subway line and any bus you might need. The building is great and the encargada, Mirtha, is extremely nice. Having a laundry room is big plus. Wonderful showers, too. My only negative is that the apartment wasn't clean when we arrived. My impression is that it hadn't been used in a while. The owners kindly arranged to have it cleaned but it really needs a deep cleaning. The owners were always helpful and responsive to anything that came up during our month-long stay.

Home away from home

We stayed in the well located comfortable apartment for a month this winter. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well furnished with everything you need. We loved the location, great neighborhood, close to restaurants, transportation, movies and music! The owners couldn't have been more help answering any questions and remaining in contact while we were in the apt, with suggestions for things to do and getting around. We felt at home and we would rent again with out hesitation.

Wonderful stay in Buenos Aires

My husband and two grown children spent a week in Buenos Aires during the Christmas holidays. We found this apartment very convenient to all the activities. It was centrally located to the areas of Palermo and Recoleta. And cabs were never a problem. The owners were very helpful and patience -- our flight arrived late and they were still waiting for us. The apartment is exactly as the pictures displayed -- it was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this location again.

Fantastic Apartment!

My friend and I lived in the apartment for three months, and we absolutely loved it! It is a wonderful location and much more attractive and comfortable than the pictures portray. There is a great kitchen and plenty of space in the living room. It was really easy to work with the owner. I was sad to leave and would definitely stay here again!

Swedish family visiting Buenos Aires

Good location in a very nice neighborhood, close to the subte and shopping on Avenida Santa Fe. The apartment which is very well maintained has two bedrooms and two bathrooms is ideal for two couples or family of four. We also enjoyed the swimming pool on the roof area of the building as well as having breakfast on the balcony. Owner was very helpful and the photos and info on the listing accurately reflects the property. If we return to Buenos Aires we would like to stay here again and we certainly recommend this place.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved the apartment/condo in Palermo! It was centrally located with easy access to everything: subte (subway), taxis, grocery stores, shopping mall, restaurants, etc. The listing description, photos and rental amenities were very accurate. The apartment is well maintained and clean. The owners were very helpful in answering questions and working with us on the rental. We would highly recommend this property to our friends and relatives. We stayed in the apartment for 9 days in December during Christmas. The tempatures in Buenos Aires were pretty warm and it was nice to be able to come back to the air conditioned apartment
