Tolles Seehaus auf offenem Wasser und eines der wenigen Objekte mit Bootsverleih vor Ort. 3 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bäder, 12 Personen. Das zweistöckige Dock erstreckt sich weit über 120 Fuß in den See hinein, um Zugang zu tiefem Wasser zu erhalten. Drahtlose Remote-Bootslifte. Geräumige, geschlossene Außendusche (warm / kalt) mit herrlichem Blick auf den See, während Sie baden! Drei Seilhängematten hängen an der Laube und am Dock für ultimative Entspannung. Im Inneren genießen Sie die klimatisierte Garage, die in eine Menschenhöhle umgewandelt wurde. Spielen Sie PS3 oder Wii auf dem großen Bildschirm, Darts, Tischtennis und Snooker (englischer Billardtisch, 10 x 5 cm). Genießen Sie den Komfort der Tempur-Pedic King Matratze im Hauptschlafzimmer. Schlafzimmer 2 hat maßgefertigte Etagenbetten mit 2 Doppelbetten auf der Unterseite und 2 Einzelbetten auf der Oberseite, Schlafzimmer 3 hat ein französisches Bett. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer und im Spielzimmer ist jeweils mit Queensize-Betten ausgestattet. Beide verfügen über eine Tempur-Pedic-Matratze. Wunderbare offene Küche mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Müllpresse und zwei Backöfen. Waschküche hat in voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner. Schöner Kamin im Wohnbereich und eine große Veranda vor der Hintertür mit Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Gasgrill.
Ich habe eine 21 'x 6' Schwimmmatte, die ein erstaunliches Wasserspielzeug ist.

Celebration of Life

The property was beautiful, very manicured and fully equipped just like home. The outdoor spaces were beautiful and we enjoyed watching the kids swim and fish off the dock. We had s’mores sitting around the fire pit area and the kids loved the large swimming mat.

Great place for a family vacation

John's house was perfect for our lake trip. The location was great (less crowded part of the lake) and his Man Cave gave us plenty to do once the sun went down. We rented jet skis nearby and floated in shallow area by the dock.

Family Vacation

We so enjoyed this rental. the homeowner so so welcoming and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. the place was clean and the game room was a Godsend. it gave the kids something to do when they had too much sun time fishing and tubing. We will deffinatly stay here again. Thank you

Great Stay!

Property was great! Booked house for my avid fisherman son and some of his friends for his birthday. We all swam and caught lots of fish. Host was super nice and responsive. We all had such a great time! Would definitely book again!

Amazing Getaway

Wonderful place for family staycation

We had an amazing time on our staycation. The pictures don't do the house justice. Would love to return. Our 4 year old was sad when we got back home and wanted to return to the star house. Definitely recommend!

Excellent Property!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The owner was very nice and easy to reach. The house was wonderful, we had plenty to do with the game room and outdoor area. The dock was very nice with three ways to enter the water…which is a huge deal for us! The lake was low so we were able to touch past the end of the dock, it was a very clean area with very little rock or debris. We absolutely loved it and will book again!!

Wonderful stay

This was the perfect lakehouse for me and my two boys (8 and 10 years old). The location is ideal--easy to get to, but still tucked away. It was nice to have one of the bridges nearby as a visual cue out on the lake for how to get back to the house. The house was clean and easy to manage. My boys thought the game room was the coolest thing ever. I did, too, for that matter. John was an amazing host. He communicated early and clearly, was responsive, and was *incredibly* patient with me (as I had almost no experience with lakehouses or watercraft, and it showed). Hoping to go back again!

Great place and great location. Host was super friendly and attentive. Our only issues were the boat didn't run well and the AC was set to not go below 73. Was a little hot in the bedrooms sleeping. Other than that it was a great stay. Would recommend to friends

Get Away

Awesome stay at a great place. Exactly as described. Plenty to do to keep everyone busy regardless of weather or lake level. Quality time on the back porch or a quick nap in the hammock chairs make for a great afternoon. Great view to the open water from the backyard and the 2 recliners in the living room. Definately on the top of the list for every visit to Cedar Creek. Also, Milanos Pizza is really good!

Relaxing on the water

We had such a great time at this place. The view was great and the sound of the waves on the water just give you sense of calm. The kids loved the rubber dockie and we even made it out on the pontoon. At peak sun time we came in out of the sun and enjoyed playing in the game room before heading back out into the water. Such a fun mini vacation! Even the beds and pillows were comfortable. John was such a great host. Communication with him was so easy. We will definitely be back!

Great family time at the lake

Really enjoyed our stay in John's nice lakefront house. Lots of fun outsides - firepit, grilling, relaxing on the patio. The lake was steps away from the house and easy to float/hang-out in. Floating pad was a great way to cluster people. House was comfortable and accomodated our group of 9. Really liked the dining take - we could easily get 8 around it but feel close together. John was very responsive and helpful...

If you decided to rent my boat, I will personally come out on your arrival and show you around the property to make sure you have the best experience possible.

There is nowhere better than being on the lake and enjoying family, the lake activities and fun with friends! Living on the water gives an incredible sense of peace, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Sunsets on the lake are a favorite past-time for all of us to sit on the deck and enjoy the incredible view.

With easy access to the lake, shadowed by the trees, facing south with a great breeze coming off the water - it keeps us cool no matter how hot it is outside and reduces the amount of bugs! Nothing could be better than knowing that we don't have to travel too far to escape to our little piece of heaven, as it is less than 1 1/2 hours from Dallas! Cedar Creek Lake is an amazing lake with so many areas to explore! Fireworks over the 4th of July can be seen from all over the lake! You don't even have to leave the back porch! Come check us out!
