Unser Strand Refugium ist eine der kleineren Immobilien zur Miete in der Umgebung. Unser Gebäude ist von der Straße zurückgesetzt. Wir bieten eine zwei Schlafzimmer, komplett renovierte Zimmer, die alle in einem freistehenden Gebäude, mit einem kleineren, Deck privaten Sitz komplett mit Grill und Gartenmöbel, die alle auf der zweiten Ebene mit einer Außentreppe, über einem 2. 5 Autoverstaugerätes Garage gebaut ( Garage ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten).
Wir sind ideal für einen Urlaub machen, oder eine Familie von nicht mehr als 4 Personen eingerichtet.

Great location!!

Perfect location for our last minute family getaway....walking distance to great ice cream at Hoffman’s as well as Marigold Market & Cafe. Short drive to the beach, excellent restaurants and shopping downtown. Our hosts Ken & Pat were always very helpful and answered our emails quickly.

Great location for a beach weekend!

This was my second stay at Ken and Pat's cottage. It is easy to get to and only a five-minute drive from the beach and Spring Lake's adorable main drag, Third Ave. It's challenging to find a small and pet-friendly place in a beach town full of larger, family-style rentals. This place is clean and well-appointed and has everything you need to relax at the property or to simply use it as a home base for daytime excursions into town and beyond.

Loved it!

Property just as described and perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for two adults and two tweens for a beach weekend. The owners are lovely and took care of getting us bikes and making sure we had everything we needed. And with 7-11 and Hoffman’s in walking distance what more could one ask!!!?? We will be back!

Convenient location at a clean and lovely house. Overall, quite an enjoyable stay.

The four of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers) with our dog stayed here for a long weekend. The house is centrally located in Spring Lake, within walking distance (about 20 minutes) to the beach and a short drive to the shopping outlets and supermarkets. Having the 7-Eleven across the street made breakfast easy. The house is very clean and equipped with the amenities for a short stay. Pat was quick to respond the couple of times we needed him. There are only a few things that can improve the overall experience: --one of the twin beds is worn out and should be replaced --the coffee maker should be bigger (we did not use it, but it looks like it makes 2 cups) --more hangers (that's easy) We would definitely stay here again. Good location

Great location, but the house was a bit dirty. There was built up dust on the shelves of the TV stand and furniture is a outdated with rips in the couch some pretty old carpets. You’re definitely paying for the location here in the center of town and a quick walk to be beach. The owners are very responsive and live right next door so are always available.

Sweet, tidy and thoughtfully put-together apartment, great location

This cottage is the perfect home base for a beach getaway in Spring Lake. The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked with everything a guest would need, the bedrooms are spacious, beds comfy and, for those who need a little respite from the beach, the A/C and giant TV with a zillion channels will provide it. There is a little yard in the back, a nice amenity for anyone traveling with a pup, as I did (also: a grill and boogie boards). Ken and Pat are wonderful hosts, very helpful and responsive. The beach is just a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive away, and there are shops and restaurants nearby too. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks, Ken and Pat!

Another great stay!

We are a semi-retired couple living in the Spring Lake community for more than 18 years. My wife was born here, left the area for many years to work and travel and now has returned to enjoy all our area offers. I am Canadian born, now living in the Spring Lake community for more than 18 years. We love the beach and all the other local attractions.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We don't sleep 20, and we are not the largest nor most expensive property in this area, but our property is very clean, quiet, fully renovated, with a small garden courtyard. There is a small deck to sit out on. Also a grille to cook your favorite dishes if you wish to dine at home. We have a terrific Irish pub just a 3 minute walk down the road or if it's ice cream you crave, a great ice cream shop only a block away.

We are very close to everything. A 10 minute drive to a great hi end factory outlet, many golf courses, party boat ocean fishing just 2 miles away, great hiking, biking, and small shops in the town. Atlantic City is an hour and a quarter drive. Just about everything you wish is only minutes away.
We can offer bikes if arranged ahead of time at no additional fees. I just need to know ages and gender of riders, or bring your bikes along with you. Biking to the beach is one of my favorite past times.
