Dieses Haus wurde für 2018 komplett renoviert. Wir haben viel Liebe zum Detail bezahlt, um alles, was Sie brauchen, um zu Hause fühlen gehören. Unser Haus ist hell, luftig, frisch, komfortabel und komplett ausgestattet!

Der Grundriss des Hauses umfasst einen großen großen Raum mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Vollbad auf jeder Seite - die perfekte Layout für zwei Familien zu teilen. Wir wissen, Sie werden auch viele Stunden entspannen Sie auf der großen Bildschirm Veranda zu genießen.

Wir arbeiten an einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse Straße, ideal für Kinder mit dem Fahrrad und Motorroller. Die Menge ist bewaldet und Private in der hinteren und es gibt Parkplätze für 4+ Autos vor.

Entfernung zum Strand ist ein 1 Meile zu Fuß / Fahrt. Die Bethany Trolley läuft von 9.30 bis 10.00 Uhr und hält an der Spitze der Straße alle 30 Minuten (0 $. 25 pro Fahrt). Sie haben auch Zugang zu einem ansässigen Parkausweis in der Stadt zu nutzen.

Bethany West-Pool, Tennis und Fitness-Einrichtungen sind gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr von $ 20 pro Woche / pro Person oder $ 6 pro Tag / pro Person zur Verfügung. Der Weg, um entweder Pool und alle anderen Einrichtungen ist nur 4 Blocks.

Wonderful Home for our Family and Friend Reunion!

Bethany Beach Week

We loved the location. Very short drive to the beach. The parking passes were a huge bonus and made parking so much easier. The house was very clean and the living area was nice and spacious.

Wonderful stay in Bethany West

The property was ideal for grandma and grandpa, momie, and preschool John. Plenty of room, and the screened back porch, backyard, and front porch were a bonus. Most luxurious feature: a hot water outdoor shower to wash off the sand after time on the beach. With a four-year-old, it was too far to the beach to walk, but parking with the resident pass was absolutely no problem. We also enjoyed the pool, although the $10/person/day fee seems a bit rich. The house is well-furnished, and the kitchen was fully equipped with lots of dinnerware, flatware and cooking gear. If we return to Bethany Beach next year, this is where we'll want to stay.

Family vacation

My family and I really loved the house and the area. The house is clean, comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was a pleasure to work with. She replied quickly to our questions and was always available. We had parking passes which made getting to the beach easy. We look forward to returning to this house next year.

Wonderful vacation spot!

Our family absolutely loved staying in this well appointed and refreshingly decorated beach home. We came for my mom’s 70th bday celebration and it couldn’t have fit us better. From 3 yo to 70 - there was plenty of space for us all to feel comfortable, relax, and have fun. We took advantage of the pool, tennis courts, canal system and neighborhood for biking. A short drive away is Morning Buns - great for breakfast treats. And, crabs on the porch are a must! Thanks for everything Kozaks! We will be back!

A lovely week with family

This home was wonderful, comfortable and everything we could have wanted. The AC was great for enjoying the lovely indoors for occasional meals indoors and though we were 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) the open concept make it spacious. We enjoyed the privacy of the backyard and used the screened in porch daily for meals and board games. I loved kayaking in the canal and was able to leave my kayaks by the pool/tennis courts on the racks and easily drag them over to the canal. We did this daily. We planned to use the trolly more but had to wait a while and it took a long time returning from town so we ended up driving to the beach and into town or just walking to town for mini golf and ice cream. Parking passes were great for going into town and beach when we chose to drive. We ended up driving to the DE park beaches 10 minutes north where we could fish and it was much less crowded; we paid $10 for the parking. The pool and tennis courts were great except the hours were limited, ending by 6pm daily when our kids were ready to jump in so we had to adjust our routine. The owner was incredibly helpful and responded immediately to our few questions. I definitely recommend this home and would love to use it again.

Heaven is in the Details

Debbie and Matt's beautiful property in Bethany West was the perfect home-away-from-home for our family of 9. The layout-- a large central living space with nice sized living/dining/kitchen areas flanked on either side by two sets of bedrooms with a full bath in the middle-- provided plenty of room for family socializing with options for quiet, private time as well. The shaded back porch had a nice-sized table as well as that most rare of things, COMFORTABLE outdoor furniture. Everyone one of us-- including the kids-- stole away out there at some point during the week for a bite of breakfast, a mid-day snooze or a late night puzzle or game session, or a cup of tea or coffee. What I appreciated most of all, I think, were all the little touches Debbie provided to make everyday life easy and comfortable-- starter paper and cleaning products in bathrooms and kitchen, lots of over-the-door hooks for towels, bathing suits & PJs, an outdoor clothesline with lots of clothespins, super-soft, generously sized blankets for all the beds, sand toys, beach chairs, bed rails and step stool for our 3-year-old, and a very helpful "Welcome to Our Home" binder with menus, lists of phone numbers and addresses, maps, and suggestions on things to do. This was our 8th year vacationing as a family at Bethany, and everyone agreed this was our favorite year yet. P.S. We are absolutely SOLD now on the option of having a pool available for our use. We all love the ocean, but 4 hours in the sand/surf is plenty. We got in the rhythm of staking out a camp on the beach from 10-2, swimming from 2:30-4:30 in Bethany West's Front Pool, then heading home for a family meal followed by game nights, bike rides, walks around the neighborhood, trips into town on the Jolly Trolly, and-- more often than not-- early bedtimes!

Great beach house for family vacation

We had a terrific family vacation at this beach house in Bethany Beach. The house worked out well for our family--three couples and two children. The house had all of the amenities we needed including extras for the children like a rail for the bunk bed, booster seat and step stool in the bathroom. The outside shower was great for rinsing off sand when we got back from the beach. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs as well. The house was very clean and well maintained. The owners were very responsive when we had questions and needed something. We enjoyed riding bicycle around town and on the local bike paths. We also went kayaking one day on the Little Assawoman Bay (only a short drive away) and drove to Assateague Wildlife Area to see the horses (about 45 min drive). We liked the quiet family atmosphere of Bethany Beach.

We loved it.

This home offers a beautiful and peaceful setting but with convience to many restaurants and shopping including two major super markets. It had everything we needed in working order and was clean. We loved the screened in back porch and outdoor shower. Thank you for a great week.

Great house near the beach

This house was a perfect fit for our group of five adults and four children. Debbie was very responsive to all our questions leading up to our stay. The house itself was well-maintained and ideally located -- just a mile from the beach, and on a cul de sac, which was perfect for the kids to run and scoot around outside. The screened porch was a lovely spot for meals when it wasn't too hot out, and the backyard was plenty big for the kids to play around in. The kitchen was well-stocked (we used the slow cooker a couple of times) and there's plenty of room in the common area to kick back. The bedrooms are on the small side but comfortable and perfect for our needs (we were able to fit a pac-n-play for our baby in the bedroom we were in). The older kids had a blast sleeping in the bunkbeds. All in all, highly recommended!

Very Enjoyable Vacation 2017

The property was well maintained, had a well stocked kitchen, pots and pans, dishwasher, dishes and silverware. They also had a booster seat and a porta crib available. The screen in porch was used often and it also contained a full washer and dryer. There were beach chairs available as well. The property is located near a trolley station which runs relatively often, even at night. If you prefer, you can walk to the beach/boardwalk. In addition, there are 2 pools within walking distance. The owners were very accessible and provided a lot of information. This was the best vacation home ever!! Planning on coming back next year.

Private cottage at beach

Awesome vacation home!

My family and I had the privilege of renting this home over the July 4th holiday in 2016. We were so pleased with all that this home had to offer. It was a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The home was lovely! It had everything we needed and more. The owners thought of everything. It was so comfortable. We especially enjoyed dining out on the screened-in porch every evening or sitting out on the front porch. Our kids were thrilled to be able to go swimming. It was so convenient being able to take the trolley into Bethany, but we also walked into town one evening. This was one of the nicest homes that we have rented through VRBO. We hope to rent again in the future. Thank you so much, Debbie, for everything!

Great vacation

We had a wonderful week at the house. It is bright and clean with a perfect layout for two families to share with each getting two bedrooms and a bathroom on opposite sides of the house. The kids especially loved the two bedrooms with the bunk beds. The adults loved the open floor plan, the great screened in porch and the close proximity to everything. Great vacation!

Week at Bethany Beach

We have been vacationing in Bethany Beach for many, many years. This trip the weather was beautiful, no crowds as many schools were already back, pools were great and most times we were one of two families at the pool (liked that we could pay per day for pool rather than for entire week), location of home is good, only one trolley was running so parking pass in Bethany was wonderful, bedrooms were nice, bathrooms very clean. The washer and dryer took forever but we learned to adjust. After our grandchildren went to bed, we truly enjoyed playing board games on the cool and comfy screened-in porch. Also, great neighborhood to bike around each morning.

First vacation in Bethany Beach - will go back again!!!

This was our first vacation in Bethany Beach. Over the last 15-20 years our usual destination was Ocean City, Maryland, where we have rented properties thru a realtors office. By far and large this house in Bethany is the best we have EVER rented. Very, Very clean and up to date furnishings. Hardwood floors through-out was so much nicer than rentals that have carpet. Kitchen was stocked really well with dishes, pots, pans, utensils. The open floor plan of the house with the bedrooms on opposite sides was fantastic. Both bathrooms SUPER CLEAN. Full size washer and dryer made keeping up with the laundry for 6 people easy - so no dirty clothes to take home! The outside shower and screened in porch were just icing on the cake. And there is a clothes line out back to hang up wet suits and towels. That was great. (You never have a place to go with all that wet stuff!) Our party ranged in ages from 47 to 14 and there was something for everyone in Bethany, but the really nice thing was that Rehobeth, Dewey Beach and Ocean City, Maryland were only about 15-20 mintues in either direction. So we hopped around in the evening and it was a short drive either way. The 20 year old's really liked that. If you've never been, try eating at Bethany Blues. All I can say is Yum, just yum!! And last but not least the owners were just fantastic to work with. I absolutely recommend this rental.

Great Time

This is a beautiful, well maintained peacefully decorated home. The layout works so well for multiple families. The screened in porch was a favorite place for the moms to go for quiet and still be able to see the children. Being on a cul de sac makes it safe for children on bikes and scooters. The open floor plan makes for plenty of space for everyone. We loved it and hope to book for next year.

Beautiful Bethany Getaway!

Beautifully maintained four bedroom home. Spacious living, kitchen, and dining area. Exceptional screened-in porch with cushioned seating area as well as dining area. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, gas grill...clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for us all. Very close to beach, boardwalk, local grocery shopping, restaurants etc. Owner was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Kitchen fully stocked with everything a guest could need. Beautiful extras like beach themed décor and stylish furnishings.

Graduation Vacation

We just returned from a week's vacation at this wonderful home. There were six in our party (1 grandma, 2 adults, 1 18 year old & 2 14 year olds). This was a celebration of two 8th grade graduates & 1 HS graduate. We all had a wonderful time & want to move to Bethany! The accommodations were clean & comfortable & had the perfect location. We rented bicycles from Bethany Bikes (who were also wonderful) & thoroughly enjoyed biking around. We began a "Breaking Dawn" club & watched the beautiful sunrise on the beach. The graduates enjoyed parasailing for the first time. We even got Grandma to enjoy the pool & beach. We had a going away dinner & The Cottage & would recommend (clean, good food & courteous staff - you can even call ahead so you don't have to wait). Debbie was always helpful & very pleasant. Our vacation was simply wonderful. Everybody loved every aspect of our get away & we all look forward to returning in the future.

Peaceful setting and welcoming rental

Several adults in our family shared this lovely, comfortable rental for a gathering of West and East Coast relatives. The layout with 2 bedrooms and baths on either side of the living/dining/kitchen gave us all the privacy we needed. The open concept worked perfectly when we entertained our Pennsylvania cousins. We found everything we needed in the kitchen including spices. We also appreciated having cleaning and laundry supplies provided. The owner was wonderful to work with and answered all questions promptly. My sisters and I loved the private backyard with the outdoor shower. It was great to clean up from a day at the beach with the sky above and a breeze to cool you off. No tracking sand inside was a real bonus! We were very thankful to have a Bethany parking pass provided with the rental. The beach, shopping and restaurants were just minutes away. We loved the solitude in Bethany West as compared to the at-times noisy, large condo rentals nearby where we have stayed in the past.

Bethany Beach

The house was a perfect fit for 2 families. Each family had their own "side of the house" with their own bathroom. The second I walked in, I felt right at home. The house is very inviting and comfortable. All the rooms were VERY clean. The owner was always available to answers all my questions right away. It was a matter of hours not days when she would get back to me. The neighborhood is very clean and safe. Plenty of parking in front of the house. I have only two small issues with the home. There wasn't enough large pots & pans to cook with. There were only 2 small frying pans and with 10 people to cook for... it took awhile to make the pancakes, etc. It would have nice if there were some pool passes already available to the renters. To pay for the week would have cost an additional $120.00 for my family. It only cost me $150.00 for the entire summer at my local community pool. Needless to say, we didn't use the pool. I would also suggest to hang a curtain in the doorway which enters into the bedroom/bathroom areas. It would just give a little more privacy when sharing the house with other families or friends. Plenty of TV's in the house. Provided ALL the cleaning supplies, even for the dishwasher & washer/dryer. The shuttles were also very helpful. Very cheap. Be sure to get to the bus stop at least 10 minutes early. We missed it several times. With the back yard being so private, using the outside shower was perfect to use after a day at the beach. I would HIGHLY recommend this home and Bethany Beach. Had a nice and relaxing time. Would love to come back again!!!

Will Rent Again!

We were very happy with this Bethany Beach rental. The layout of the two bedrooms on each end and a bathroom on each end, and the wide open living room-into kitchen area is great. The back porch was my absolute favorite spot for morning coffee, or evening to listen to the frogs. The home is very clean and tidy, comfortable living room furniture, quiet wooded neighborhood, parking pass for beach makes access easy.

Comfortable and Cozy Beach House

This charming beach house was perfect for my family. It is just as listed. Well-maintained and clean, decorated nicely. Debbie was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. I definitely would recommend this rental.

I have been coming to Bethany Beach for the last 30 years with my parents and six siblings, and now with my husband and daughter. My parents are retired, full-time residents of Bethany West. We love visiting Bethany all year round. September and October are our favorite months here.

With great pride-of-ownership we are fully renovating every room in the home, as well as the porches, outdoor shower and the home's exterior. We plan to use the house a lot in the off season, and are paying close attention to detail. We want to ensure you will have everything you need when you arrive. I love to cook and am sure you will be happy to hear our kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, cookware, utensils, knives, dishes and serve-ware. If you have small children we are also including a pack-n-play crib, portable high chair/booster and bed rails. The home also includes an iron and full size ironing board, brand new gas grill and fully renovated, oversized outdoor shower. Our home sits on a private wooded lot on a lovely, quite street. The quiet cul de sac is perfect for kids to bike and scooter. From our house you can easily walk 4 blocks in either direction to both of the community pools, tennis courts, gym and play ground. The Bethany Trolley will pick you up at the end of the street and take you in to the center of town/beach. Our rental will also include a residents' parking pass to use in town.
