Die Liebe zum Detail ohne Abstriche beim Komfort war ausschlaggebend für die Auswahl der Einrichtung, damit die Unterkünfte während eines Urlaubs an den schönsten Stränden der Welt entspannend und angenehm sind.

Die gut ausgestattete Küche ist mit Whirlpool-Geräten aus Edelstahl, Echtholzschränken, geschliffenem Granit und einer Mittelinsel für Vorarbeiten und zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten ausgestattet. Der Essbereich mit großem Bauerntisch bietet Platz und Blick auf die Strände. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über bequeme Sofas, Stühle und ein komplettes Heimkino mit Flachbildfernseher, Surround-Sound-Audio und Blu-ray-DVD-Player. Jedes Badezimmer wurde mit neuen gefliesten Wannen / Duschen, Danze Armaturen, Echtholzschränken und Marmorplatten renoviert. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über neue luxuriöse Simmons-Matratzen (auf Bestellung in der Simmons-Fabrik hergestellt), Decken mit Perlenbrettern, einen Flachbild-TV und einen Blu-ray-DVD-Player.

Und das ist nur das Innere. Das neue Trex-Deck, die Fenster und die Terrassentür tragen zur Schönheit bei, die Küstenbrise und die Sonnenuntergänge zu genießen. Das Geländer mit Theke macht es einfach, Getränke und Speisen im Freien zu genießen. Die Einheit auf der zweiten Etage in einem zweistöckigen Gebäude befindet sich am Strand mit nur einer Treppe, um die schönen Strände des Nordwestens von Florida zu erreichen. Und zur Abwechslung gibt es einen Pool vor Ort. Für diejenigen, die Komfort und Luxus suchen, ist dies der richtige Ort für Sie.

Perfect Beach Vacay

We have been coming to Bonita Beach for years and I refuse to go anywhere else. You are steps from the beach and minutes away from great food and shopping! David was great to work with we had all of our information for check in and it was quick and easy. The property is perfect your right on the beach and the neighborhood is relaxing and quiet. Spring Break 2024

We stayed at Bonita Beach for spring break with my wife, 2 kids (8 &11), and my wife's parents. This property is in the perfect location with a PERFECT VIEW. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to have a great vacation. Having the 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was very convenient. We would definitely love to come back and stay at Bonita Beach again real soon. Also, don't forget to walk down and grab donuts and ice cream from Thomas's!

So great!

This property was great. We chose it for the nice wide deck and windows. They did not disappoint. The beach is a lot closer than it looks in the pictures. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. We cooked all our meals there. It was the perfect layout for 8 people. We had such a great week.

Perfect on the Beach Condo

We had a wonderful time at your beach front condo. The decor was perfection! Every room was clean and tidy. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. Plenty of dressers and closet space. Loved that the owner had installed dimmer switches and had all necessary cookware, utensils, towels, etc. We all loved how easy it was to get down to the beach and go back and forth throughout the day, especially our husbands that set up our chairs and tents everyday. The large balcony with nice furniture was our favorite part. We enjoyed coffee every morning and drinks at night sitting on the large balcony overlooking the beach and gulf. If we ever had any minor issues David was right there to help and remedy immediately. Thank you David! Can’t say enough about this 5 star beauty!

Love the beach front

This property has a great layout with large open concept living/dining/kitchen facing the water. And it's a short walk down one flight of stairs directly onto the beach. Beach is not crowded as with a high-rise condo. Kitchen was well stocked.

This is our second time renting #18 Bonita Beach. We came back for the amazing gulf views and proximity to the beach. A few steps off the balcony and you are in the sand. Check in was easy and the condo was very clean. We love that all three bedrooms have access to their own bath. The kitchen / living area is huge which makes for a perfect gathering spot. You can’t beat the sunset views on the large balcony. Highly recommend this condo for a great time at the beach.

Best Beach Trip Ever!

Bonita Beach #18 is a beautiful condominium! The access to the beach by simply descending deck stairs is perfect for spending a day at the beach with children. Coffee on the large balcony in the morning was so peaceful. We had everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen, bathrooms & laundry. David communicated with us & went above & beyond to make this the best beach trip. We will definitely return to this great location!

The Perfect Spot!

We stayed for week during spring break. Our group included my husband and I, our 2 kids (age 6 and 10), and my in-laws. The layout of this space is perfect for a couple of couples and kids! We have stayed in private houses, and in high rises in this area...and this location is our favorite! The large open family room with a lot of space to see the ocean is such a treat! We enjoyed the large table to play games and congregate. We had cool weather for much of our trip, so the nice days were spent at the beach. We only accessed the pool once and it was too cold for the adults:) Ultimately, this spot is ideal to see the beach and be on the sand in a few steps! This stretch is peaceful and uncrowded! The space is more than well equipped, we don’t cook that much on vacation, but we certainly could have made anything! There is both a regular coffee pot and Keurig…this is very thoughtful! The beds and couches are comfortable and there are extra blankets and pillows. The décor makes you feel like you are at home at the beach! I posted daily pictures of the coffee mugs and signs with funny sayings. It’s become my mission to find a replica mug that reads, “gulls just wanna have fun!” I know for some people these details don’t matter, but as an interior design student…these things are important to me, and I choose properties based on how they make you feel and the ideas you take away. The owner, David, was responsive during the whole process and we had no issues checking in or accessing the unit. On our second day, we were looking for bath towels and they seemed sparse. We realized they had been left in the wash machine and dryer from the cleaning turn before. They were damp and mildewed by that point. We washed them and it was not a big deal. I understand there is a small window on Saturdays to make the turn. The only complaint I have, that has nothing to do with the property or the owner, was a neighboring unit. They chain smoked on their balcony the entire trip. I am extremely sensitive to cigarette smoke and it made getting to and from the beach and sitting on the balcony difficult at times. There is a strict no smoking policy in David’s unit, but obviously we had no control of the others. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to our next trip!
