Wir möchten, dass Sie das Gefühl haben, mit Ihren engen Freunden in einer gemütlichen und entspannten Umgebung zusammen zu sein.

Außenansicht: Umgeben von hohen Bäumen und einem gesicherten Zaun können Sie in unserem großen Garten mit Freunden und der Familie feiern. Wir haben auch Boogie Boards, Strandausrüstung, Feuerstelle, Grill, Außendusche, Außenheizungen und sogar einen zusätzlichen Schuppen für Ihre Kinder zum Campen. Es ist auch sicher für Haustiere herumlaufen.

Wedding weekend

My fiance (now wife) and I stayed here for our wedding weekend and it absolutely delivered more than we could have asked for. The pictures don't do it justice, the space and vibes are immaculate. Will be returning for an anniversary in the future!

Fabulous place

This property is amazing. This is our second stay here and we will be back again. The house is very nice and clean with thoughtful touches like a water cooler. We had a lovely card and gift waiting for us as return guests. The showstopper is the yard. It is incredibly private and beautiful. There is a covered patio with heaters and large dining table, chaiselounges and a fire pit. It has everything you need to enjoy the outdoors no matter what the weather. Our dog loved it as well. You can also park inside the gate which was nice. The size of the yard is unheard of a couple blocks from the beach. You can walk to everything in the village and there are lots of shops and restaurants. We didn’t even use our car some days.

Location location location. House is perfect for a weekend getaway. Jim, the host, is super chill and exactly the type of host you want to deal with. Kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, all stocked. We needed nothing. Will be returning for sure.

Fantastic house near the beach

We loved every detail of this place. The patio and yard are so inviting and comfortable that we almost didn’t want to go anywhere, but the beach is a short walk away and so are the restaurants and shops. It was easy to come and go. Jim is a super friendly and thoughtful host.

Location!

So, let's just start with location, location, location. A short 2 block walk to the beach. In the other direction is a 2-block walk to Carlsbad village. I personally would never rent anywhere else. And I haven't even mentioned Jim, the host. Jim was the best VRBO host we have ever had, and we've been VRBOing for many years. Jim has lived in Carlsbad his entire life and is a walking encyclopedia of everything San Diego. My husband and I had the best week, and I am so grateful that my dog was also welcomed in open arms. Jim was amazing in ways I can't describe. We loved our stay.

Great location, yard!

We had a great time in Carlsbad staying at this property. The enclosed yard was perfect for my young kids to explore. Walking distance to everything in the village. And Jim was super knowledgeable and very communicative.

Great Beach Cottage with pets; Awesome Property Manager

Jim the owner and property manager has thought of everything you would want for a vacation at the beach. We brought our 2 dogs. The yard is perfect for dogs. It is fenced in and spacious enough to play fetch with our Labrador Retriever. Jim made check-in easy and was available for any questions. The house is 2 blocks from the Carlsbad boardwalk and walking distance to downtown Carlsbad. My husband and I stayed with our dogs over Christmas visiting relatives in Carlsbad. We will be back!

Great stay

This property was clean and well supplied with goodies and necessities. The neighborhood was quiet and close to town and to the beach. The yard was comfortable and attractive with art work and water features. Jim was very helpful and friendly, giving us info on hikes, dog friendly beaches and activities in town. 5 day vacation

This cottage was amazing! Jim is a phenomenal host, it has everything you need, and a short walk to the beach and downtown Carlsbad Village. You can park your vehicle behind the front gate which is very safe and secure. Everyone in the area is super nice, the yard is very big, we were able to bring our dog and there were no concerns of her getting out. our family and dog will be back.

Perfect getaway at the beach!

This house is in the perfect location, quiet and walking distance to everything. The outdoor space is awesome and the house has everything you could possibly need for a beach getaway. Jim is the best host, he answered all my questions about the town and had great recommendations for local activities/eats...absolutely will be back!

Wonderful two week stay. So many thoughtful supplies provided by host Jim (surf and boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, s’more sticks for fireplace, etc…). It is clear that Jim wants the guests to enjoy themselves and love his part of Carlsbad. As a dog owner himself, Jim has made sure the yard is clear of dangerous plants, is secure (walls/gates), and welcoming for guests who want to travel with their hounds. Great stay! Thanks Jim!

Magnificent Location, Great Host, Fantastic Stay

This place was everything the listing said and more! We really lucked out booking this! The location is great because you can walk to the beach and downtown Carlsbad, the house itself is wonderful with tons of beach amenities, and the host was communicative, kind, and went above and beyond for us!
