Dies ist ein rauchfreies, haustierfreies Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern sowie einem privaten Pool, das sich perfekt für jeden Kurzurlaub eignet. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, so dass es sich anfühlt, als hätten Sie 3 Suiten, die perfekt für Besucher oder eine größere Familie sind. Dieses Haus ist sehr offen mit dem Familienzimmer, dem Wohnzimmer, dem Esszimmer und dem Hauptschlafzimmer, die sich alle zum Pool öffnen. Es hat eine komplett renovierte Gourmetküche, neue italienische Fliesenböden, das gesamte Innere wurde kürzlich gestrichen, neue Teppiche im ganzen Haus, neue Holzböden, neues Dach, neuer Gasgrill und vieles mehr. (2014) An allen Fenstern hängen wunderschöne Plantagenfensterläden.

Dieses Haus befindet sich in einer exklusiven Wohnanlage. Der Foxfire Golf Course ist ein von Arthur Hill entworfener 27-Loch-Meisterschaftsplatz mit Tif-Eagle-Grasgrün. Das neue Clubhaus verfügt über ein komplettes Restaurant, einen Grillraum, ein Fitnessstudio, einen Kartenraum, eine Bibliothek, beheizte Pools, einen Whirlpool und 3 beleuchtete Hart-Tru-Tennisplätze. Der Foxfire Golf & Country Club ist ein zertifiziertes Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary.

Diese Wohnanlage bietet monatlichen Mietern eine Golfmitgliedschaft, mit der sie an allen Aktivitäten eines Privatclubs teilnehmen können. Foxfire hat eines der niedrigsten Greenfees in der Region Neapel. Der Kurs kann auch am späten Nachmittag begangen werden. Golf- und Tennisspiele sind ebenfalls verfügbar.

Beautiful home in a gated community

If you ever searched for a real home away from home: now you found it! This is not just a house but a home. Everything is done very tastfull and you will not be missing a thing. Foxfire is a gated community with a beautyfull landscaping. Everybody is friendly to each other. The house is well kept and very clean. The kitchen is a full working place with every tool you will ever need. One formal livingroom, which we did not use much, but is in good looking shape. One familyroom with a big enough TV with an open-concept layout with the kitchen. Masterbedroom is connected to a very roomy masterbath. Two more bedrooms with own bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable. The pool is large and caged, so no mosquitos. On the pool you have a beautiful morning-sun for you breakfast outside and in the afternoon it is shady in the sitting area. The temperature is nice and you have ceilingfans to further cool you down. The check-in was easy, all necessary items (garage-opener, housekeys, gate-opener) were present and for the ones of you that are in Naples the first time, there was some Info on were to go and what to do. Kellie (Owner) was very easy to deal with, the communication was excellent (example: the AC-unit had a minor problem, so I let her Know: She got back right away and send us the AC-guys. It was fixed within 2 hours. You can´t get it faster). The house had enough towels incl. beach-towels. Beach supplies like chairs, umbrellas etc. was there. Washingmashine and dryer are in good working condition. The kitchen has a dishwasher. The outside is maintained good and the house is placed on a large cornerlot. Everything was as described in the ad. Thank you Kellie for letting us use your home and we will definitely return.

It was perfect all around. Great location, easy drive to the beach and restaurants. House very well maintained and equipped with everything you may need. Pool area is amazing and owner was easy to communicate with and helpful.

Nice Retreat.

My wife and I enjoyed this property very much. The place was very clean and had everything one needed. The pool and hot tub were a pure joy and perfectly heated. The owner is very responsive and very willing to help if needed. This would be a great longer term rental. We will be back.

Florida Getaway

We rented Foxtrot CRT for a Pickleball clinic nearby and some r&r. The location was perfect for us and the backyard oasis was lovely. The spa heated up great and really felt good on tired muscles. Would definitely rent again, plenty of room for 2 couples. Only 15 minutes from the beaches and all that Naples has to offer downtown. Owner was easy to communicate with and receptive

Absolutely wonderful!

This property was located in a gated, golf community, Beautiful manicured lawns, friendly people and just beautiful surroundings all together. The home was stunning, stately clean & nicely decorated. The pool and Jacuzzi were absolutely outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about it. It was a wonderful time in Naples, our first time visiting the area of Florida.

Great get away trip

Check-in was super easy. The neighborhood was nicely maintained and beautiful. The inside of the house was very clean, beautiful, and spacious. We mostly spent our time in the family room. The kitchen was amazing! I loved the fact that the home had a private spa tub and pool. We enjoyed using the spa tub; didn’t get to use the pool due to many small bugs floating in it. The host has a pool cleaner that came, but the pool still had bugs after the cleaning. The host was easy to reach and helpful when we had questions. Overall, this was a great experience and we will be back to visit!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! It’s a short drive from most things you want to visit in Naples. The pool area is a lot of fun especially at night with the blue lights on. Publix is across the street from the subdivision and almost everything else is whithin a 10-15 minute drive. Everything you could need to have fun at the pool or the beach is provided. We loved it and would recommend it to anybody wanting to have a great time

This home is spectacular. My wife & I spent a week here and was not disappointed . In fact we were 100 percent satisfied. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Private pool area and a very nice and quite neighborhood.. Pool and spa was amazing ! Host Kellie was awesome and was very responsive. It was everything we needed and more for a stress free week. We can’t wait to return again. Wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. We highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

Great Time...Great Location

My husband and I spent a week at this lovely house located in FoxFire CC. Kellie the owner was very easy to communicate with and was helpful with suggestions for the local area. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after playing golf or just enjoying a beverage after dinner. Many choices in the area for golf, restaurants etc. A grocery and liquor store are only two minutes away. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely return.

This is a nice home with a great location in Naples. Communication with the owner, Kellie, was excellent. Particularly enjoyed the pool area and the spacious rooms. Close to shopping and easy drive to downtown and beaches. Very happy with our stay at this home.

Naples Weekend Get Away

It was a wonderful weekend with my 3 sisters, and my mom. House was spotless. Everything we needed was available. Communication with Kellie was fantastic, immediate response to any of our questions. Would rent it again without a doubt.

We live in the Cincinnati area with our children who keep us very busy. We have 3 family members who own homes in Foxfire, so it has become a family affair. We love the friendliness of the wonderful people in Foxfire.

This home has been passed down from 1 generation to the next. Our family has been coming to Naples, FL since the early 1990's. We spend as much time as possible in Naples, our paradise away from home.

Foxfire's 27 hole golf course is tops and provides more opportunity to golf than other courses with 18 holes. This was a huge plus in deciding on Foxfire for our family!

We loved the secluded lanai and pool area most and spend a lot of time there! We love eating breakfast by the pool and the screened-in pool means no bugs. Unlike many other homes, this pool is completely private so no one else can see into the backyard/pool area. The pool is surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and trees. We also love to cook, so the gourmet kitchen is a huge plus. There is everything your need to cook and enjoy a fabulous meal whether simple or gourmet!
