Eigentumswohnung am Meer mit herrlichem Blick auf Carolina Beach. Einzigartig, dass können Sie den Sonnenaufgang aus dem Meer Deck und den Sonnenuntergang über dem Hafen von der Rückseite Deck beobachten.

Diese zweite Etage End-Gerät ermöglicht die vollständige Sicht auf den Strand und den Poolbereich. Ein Pool am Meer ist für den einfachen Zugriff auf dem Weg zum und vom Strand zentral gelegen. Sie können die Kinder beobachten, während auf dem Deck entspannen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Glasschiebetür Zugang zum Meer Deck zu geben. Genießen Sie die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Klänge des Ozeans, während im Wohnzimmer und Küche sitzen. Der Wohnbereich ist geräumig und mit Strand Dekor.

Das Master-Schlafzimmer hat ein neues Queen-Size-Bett, eigenem Bad und Glastür mit Blick auf die Inter Waterway und Harbour auf dem Achterdeck schieben. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist geräumig mit einem Doppelbett über einem Doppelbett und einem zweiten Zweibettzimmer.

Die Lage ist approxiametly auf halbem Weg zwischen der Promenade und dem Nord-Pier. Dies ist ideal für einen schönen Spaziergang in beide Richtungen, ohne zum Pier zum Schwimmen zu schließen ist, oder die Promenade für drängen.

Theres viel von optionalen Aktivitäten zu sehen und zu tun in der Umgebung von Carolina Beach. Besuchen Sie das Fort Fisher Museum, während auf der Insel. Dieser Bereich ist für die Fischerei Charterboote bekannt. Planen Sie einen Hochseeangelausflug oder gehen Sie auf eine der Dinner-Kreuzfahrt Reisen. Während an der Uferpromenade einen Briten Donut-Shop Stopp. Einige der besten, die Sie jemals essen. Arbeiten Sie es durch einen späten Abend Strand zu Fuß zurück in die Wohnung nehmen. Sie können auch an der Strandpromenade Bereich Fahrräder und so mieten. Theres den Zoo 5 Minuten zurück in Richtung Wilmington. Man kann sehr nah an die Tiere herankommen und natürlich kann man den ganzen Tag am Strand rumhängen und an der Bräune arbeiten!

Took my son and grandkids fishing. Perfect for us. Had everything we needed. Joe was friendly an responsive. Would 100% recommend this VRBO.

It was ok.

Overall the stay was just ok. The location is nice. Access to the property was great. I liked that this condo had a pool even though the weather was so bad we never got to enjoy it. The condo itself was nicely decorated. It was also very clean and welcoming. I think possibly updating kitchen appliances, kitchen amenities, bathroom faucets, and the door knobs would make it a little better. The real problem for us was 1 there was only 1 tv in the whole place that was pretty old. And it didnt work the first 2 days we were there because of some cable issue. It was definitely not a smart tv so we couldnt access netflix, disney, etc. We were woken up at 8am by the cable company to fix it one morning so we didnt get to sleep in on our vacation. This is probably a silly problem to not have tv but it rained the whole time we were there and the kids had nothing to do. There was a dvd player but no dvds just a bunch of cds from probably people that sang in the 80s. I did contact the owner and they did send someone to fix the tv but he couldnt figure it out either. The only other issue i had with the place is that you could lock the door knobs but the doors never stayed closed. You could just push them open. Thats probably silly also but me and my husband did want some privacy while on vacation and it was never possible since we couldnt lock the doors. The couch also sank down in a hole. Would i stay here again? Maybe if it was just me and my husband but not with kids. But prob not.

Great little home away from home

We checked in late and keys were in the location the owner instructed us to look. It was homey and perfect spot for the vacation we chose. There were amenities available we didn’t pack. Thanks for the availability of those items. We enjoyed the time we spent there. The host had nothing to do with the upstairs neighbors directly over us who brought two large dogs and their toys. When they would leave, the dogs would bark for 10 minutes until the settled down. Halfway through the week the occupants started leaving someone with the dogs in shifts. I never saw them get walked or taken out to pee. So must have been doing that at night. The HOA rules clearly stated No Pets and one reason we chose the unit due to allergies. The dogs spilled a water bowl one day that leaked all over our balcony. We thought they were owners so we never said anything to our owner. While we were there. We are used to getting up early but these dogs had heavy toys they would chase around the upper unit starting at 6:15am everyday. Lovely 5 star rating place that we would choose again if we knew there weren’t going to be dogs there.

Great spot ocean is steps away

If you have a small family and you’ve looking for oceanfront with access to a pool this is for you. The beach is literally right over the steps from your condo. Beautiful views of the ocean from your balcony!

Perfect Location

Perfect Location to everything. Liked that we could just walk a very short distance to the beach. Beach was never crowded. Condo is close to the Boardwalk but not too close. Host was very friendly and available if needed. Will definitely be returning.

Nice Getaway

The stairs were a little hard on me but we enjoyed our stay otherwise. Great communication, clean, quiet unit. Beautiful view with easy access to the beach. Close restaurants and shops. Great experience!

Owner let us check in early which was greatly appreciated!!! The view is beautiful. The property could use some maintenance upkeep. Don’t plan on having anything extra like hand soap, tp or anything as there isn’t anything. I wish that linens, towels were provided as flew from out of state and it was pain to not have included.

Great, casual place facing beautiful beach

This property is as advertised. Very casual & nice, but not over the top - so you feel like you can collect shells, cook food, play board games & relax without worrying about messing up the floors with a little sand. We ❤️❤️❤️ our girl friends get away & would come back again. We weren’t sure if there was any salt & pepper (there was!) or things like coffee (no), but there were filters. I would check in & you can easily get to a local grocery store to buy what you might need. There was toilet paper (plenty) & 1 paper towel roll to get you started. Small bars of soap. A little bit of laundry detergent, probably left by previous tenants. Again, good idea to bring what you need (shampoo!) & then go to shop after checking out the place. Hope you enjoy! The sunrises 🌅 were amazing.

We overall enjoyed our stay. We have no control over the weather but we still had fun. Our cousin marked a few things off her bucket list so that was the purpose of our trip and to spend time with loved ones. I would stay here again but the property could use some updates, in particular the kitchen and living room furniture.

Location and room for 4 adults was priority and delivered

Great location and spacious enough for 4 adults w/2 full bathrooms was our priority and this property delivered that!. The owner was kind and attentive and the pool was a plus! Having to bring our own linens and towels was a surprise (unless I missed reading about that before I paid) but, no big deal. If it’s custom decorated, designer furniture, state-of-the art appliances and high end finishes is what you’re looking for keep looking. Otherwise, would highly recommend!!

Great stay

We had a wonderful vacation. The beach in front of the condo was great and not crowded. The covered parking was nice. The use of the storage locker was very convenient so we didn’t have to keep packing our beach items upstairs. Would have liked to have had some more seating on the balcony since there were 4 adults and 3 children in our party but we enjoyed it anyways.

This location is very good. The condo is dated and furniture is very old and not the cleanest. Overall the place was in poor repair. None of us were happy with our mattresses! Floors needed sweeping when we arrived.

Great location

Nice email with all needed information received prior to arrival. Sitting on the patio is heavenly, amazing view! Nice updated decor and furniture. House itself was clean, some rust on the fridge and washer/dryer but to be expected at the beach I suppose. Only complaint is all dishes had to be washed before use, they were not clean.

Awesome stay!

My family of 7 went down Easter weekend (4 adults, 14 yr old, 9 yr old, and 1). There was plenty of room for us all and even room for pack and play! Property was well furnished and owner even went above and beyond by leaving Easter candy!! View was perfect. Only downfalls were the pool wasn’t open yet and being a condominium we could hear the people stomping above during the night/early morning. Overall it was a great vacation and will definitely rent again!!
