Ideal Location

We really liked this Villa. It’s in an ideal location, not fat from Coral Bay’s main strip but it’s quiet and peaceful. I’ve taken a point off as the kitchen worktops were sticky and covered in crumbs when we arrived and the steps down to the pool looked like they hadn’t been swept in a long while but everything else was great. The beds were comfortable, the shower was good and the pool was lovely. We’d definitely book again.

About the villa

We were dissatisfied with a few things we had to wash the sun loungers the umbrellas were both broken the outside was really dirty you’re villa has things needing your attention you have loose tiles on the living room floor up stairs bedroom that the iron and ironing board were in has crispy cockroach I think the people that looks after your villa is not doing a good job . By the way I fell over as my sandal caught the moving tiles I was not injured but that was luck it’s a shame that these things are wrong as it could be as good as your photo’s again .

Lovely stay

Very impressed with booking, property, cleanliness, location and communication with owner/agents. The villa had everything we needed. It was well equipped not only in kitchen area but throughout the villa. Owner was quick to respond as was agent when we had a minor problem. It was a short walk to all amenities and we shopped at Phillipos’ supermarket and took advantage of the free delivery service they offer. Easy to catch the local bus to Paphos (1.5 euros each). Of course it depends on who is staying in neighbouring villas, but we had a very peaceful 10 day stay. Would certainly rebook to stay again. Thanks to all concerned.

Fulfilled our requirements

This is a great villa in a great location, the pool is fab and the view from the balconies are lovely (be aware there is work going on nearby so can be noisy but luckily cannot be seen). There were a few minor issues that were resolved pretty quickly but feel to make the villa extra special it could do with some closer attention.

Great Villa / Great Loaction

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this villa, and again, no issues at all. The villa is clean, and well presented. The pool has been re-lined recently with new steps into it which make it much better. We had an issue with the TV but a quick call and 20 mins later Shelley was at the door. Great service.. Although not for us on this occasion, the addition of a BBQ would be useful for families who like to used them. Would recommend this villa for families and couples alike..

Great time in a beautiful house :)

The house was great! I already miss the view every morning. I had phone contact to Shelley sometimes and she was always very helpful and just great! The area of Coral Bay was okay. For restaurants we drove in the mountains but the bars are great and you can get really quick to several supermarkets and nice spots on the island. We will come again! Already looking forward :)

Villa 11 Bougaziou Street Coral Bay

Pre arrival communication with the property manager was excellent. Informative and responded quickly to questions. Check in process was simple and effective. The villa was easy to find by car. We rented in advance with Sixt - collection and drop off at Paphos airport. The villa was cleaned to a reasonable level but this could be enhanced. The villa is situated in a cul de sac which means it is quiet, no through traffic. Other villas nearby are a mix of privately owned or are rentals. Takes about a 10 min walk to the main strip in Coral Bay. The is a car port and plenty of places to park outside the villa. Inside the villa - it is well equipped and comfortable. Understandably, the owners like you to treat the villa with respect but also want you to feel as if it was your own. For example, there are no long lists of rules. Just a simple welcome pack. Perfect. The kitchen has all the usual appliances. Downstairs WC - really handy. Dining area, table and chairs. Lounge area with leather sofas. TV. DVD player. Fast internet. WIFI. Effective air con downstairs - looks like a new unit. It is on a timer for 2 hours, which can’t be overridden. A minor issue but manageable. Electricity is expensive in Cyprus. Our guess is this is a more cost effective way for the owner and those who are renting. Upstairs - 2 bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes. Two single beds per room. Linen and towels provided. Air Con unit in each room. Again set to timers. Older units maybe. Two floor fans. Main bathroom. There are several balconies to the villa. One from each of the 2 bedrooms. Another off the lounge / dinning area. There is outside furniture on the balconies to sit on. It’s relaxing to sit here in the morning for breakfast or late evenings watching the sunset. There are stunning views from the rear of the villa towards the sea. The sea is closer than you might imagine. Down some steps from the lounge / dining room balcony is the pool, hot tub, sunbathing area. There is a BBQ, table and chairs and sun loungers. The pool is cold water but in early July - it was warm but still cool enough when the temps were in the mid 30’s. This area of the villa we used almost daily. We loved it. It could be enhanced by ensuring the upkeep is maintained to the highest standards. However, we appreciate keeping on top of this can be difficult, particularly with extreme temperatures in both the summer and winter. Overall a great villa!

Excellent property, in need of some small repairs. Arrived late at night all directions and access details were very good. We had a problem with dishwasher and reported it, Shelley who manages the property could not help enough, dishwasher problem was caused by previous renters who probably used fairy liquid, Also had a problem with noisey neibours which Shelley sorted out. Pool was cleaned quite often. Villa is located less than a 10 minute walk to main coral bay road. I would highly recommend doing all your main shopping for food at Philipos located about a mile away ( and they will deliver for you) alternatively you could hire a car and travel about 10 minutes towards paphos and there is a Lidl a (lidl) bit cheaper. Coral bay has 2 main beaches, coral bay beach and corallia beach, about a 20 min walk but €1.5 on bus, corralia beach is my favourite, both have watersports, I would also recommend Coral bay divers if you would like to try scuba diving +35726622980 best time to book is 08:30 or midday as the shop is shut when they are out diving. Adonis baths is a nice place to visit l, it has a waterfall and for the adventurous jumping in off the rocks but you do need transport €9 entry. Take a day trip to paphos €1.5 each on bus takes about 30 mins, visit the harbour beautiful. Anyway would like to say thanks to Shelley her phone number is in welcome pack at villa, she will tell all local knowledge and much more. Overall I would recommend villa

Great villa, everything you need was provided.

The pool area is looking a bit tired, the sun beds provided were old compared to the villa next door, and had tatty covers over them. The bbq was so dirty we couldn’t use it. Inside the villa was well maintained, however I had to give the place a bit of a clean when we arrived. There was a broken glass under the sofa, and so much dust under the beds. Some of the pots were not clean so I had to put the whole lot through the dishwasher. Previous guests maybe think they are doing you a favour by leaving behind things they don’t want to take home, but the pool area was getting cluttered with children’s toys. The cupboard was full of very strong citronella candles which lingered for our whole stay. It just doesn’t look very professional when you open a cupboard and it’s full of candles, carrier bags, and four rolls of foil. Also books and a child’s toy prom left in the lounge. Also found socks and pants left in the cupboards upstairs, again telling me this hadn’t been cleaned properly. It was a nice villa and we enjoyed our stay, but I was expecting it to be clean and more minimalist. Easy access to Coral bay.

Great stay in Coral Bay Area.

We've just had a great weeks stay in this villa in a quiet area on the outskirts of Coral Bay. The villa was clean, spacious and perfect for a couples break, although is does sleep 4 people. And all within a couple of minutes walk to the main strip road of Coral Bay. We had a very relaxing break and made the most of the pool, BBQ and sun lounging area. Booking with Christine was painless and email communication was great, as was dealing with the couple who maintain the property. We would definitely visit again.

Great holiday and villa

Had a fantastic 10 days in this lovely villa. Clean,tidy with a good sized pool. Everything you could possibly want within reasonable walking distance. View was great and neighbours very friendly. A lovely peaceful area close to town and beach. Christine ( property manager) was extremely helpful, even arranging local taxi from and to airport. I definitely recommend. Thanks Christine, hope to be in touch soon.

All you need and more

House is nice and featured everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped, WLAN and IP TV gives some comfort but the biggest plus is the pool and the hot tub. From the house it is easy to walk to the main street with tons of possibilities to get something to eat. (our recommendation: SiDaYes) The street where the house is located is very calm and you will find always a parking place for the car. We have enjoyed this house and we will recommend it.

Great villa in top location!

We had a wonderful family holiday in this lovely villa which is located close enough to all amenities and the beach. You could walk 20 mins to the beach although with 2 young kids I would recommend a car as you may have a lot of Bach gear and it does make life that much easier. There is also so much to do and see in the area. The villa was perfect and was very well looked after. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was a great extra as the pool water was just warming up coming into spring so was a bit chilly for a long swim. With the hot tub the kids could hop in and out and warm up as needed. Christine who arranged all details for the booking was fantastic and really looked after us from taxi to and from the airport and provided helpful info on all aspects in a very professional manner. We loved Cyprus and the villa and will definitely come back! Jansen and family

Fantastic villa

This villa is exactly as described the location is spot on five minutes walk to the restaurants , bars and shops of coral bay. The villa itself is lush nice and modern with everything you could possibly need . The pool is a good size with plenty space to sunbathe & great views, hot tub was a great extra we used it a couple of nights drinks under the stars perfection. We would defo recommend this villa to anyone we had a fantastic ten days . We went as two couples there was plenty of space and we couldn't fault it . We managed to misplace our key down sofa one day and another one was dropped off next day by the management company they were really nice . Special mention to Christine the manager , the whole booking process with you was easy and thanks for answering my twenty questions I asked while booking. Lol . Thank you we had a fantastic holiday X

A Perfect Villa

I have just enjoyed a week’s stay in a very hot and very sunny Cyprus. The villa is perfect on every level, and an absolute delight to stay in. Everything has been considered, there is plenty of cutlery, plates etc and it was spotless when we arrived. The pool area is a pleasure to sit beside both during the day and in the evening. The hotub looked good, but to be honest due to the outside temperature we never used it. The terrace is great to sit on, have a beer and watch the sunset, what more could you ask for when on Holiday (apart from sitting on the balcony attached to the bedroom, looking out to sea!) The restaurants of Coral Bay are only 10 minutes’ walk and the villa is far enough back that you do not get any noise (being in a private estate with no though road helps!). There is lots to choose from, if you do fancy going out for food, and everywhere was so accommodating. I would fully recommend getting a car to explore the Island, there is lots to do and to see. If you go to Nicosia, remember your passport as you can now cross the line. I would fully recommend this villa for a perfect relaxing stay in Cyprus and hope to be back someday soon !
