10/10 perfectly as listed! Clean, well stocked, they leave small items like seasoning in the kitchen which helps with having the little things for meals, there are beach towels and beach chairs so you do not have to worry about dragging those from home! Excellent property couldn't recommend more

Wonderful place to stay

This property was exactly what our family needed. It was an amazing place for us to celebrate Independence Day and have a great family vacation. The condo was very clean, organized, and beautiful. Steps to the beach

The condo was immaculate and had all the comforts of home. Ideal location to the beach - literally just steps away. I would definitely stay here again. Also, the host was very responsive. Can’t say enough about this property.

Immaculate and cozy

Wonderful condo with all the immenities of home and more. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the pool, and the short trips to theme parks and attractions in the area. Great place, cant recommended highly enough. Deserves a solid 5.0 rating. The remotes were easy to figure out. :) Hope to visit again someday!

Nice and Comfortable!

We were on a quick visit and enjoyed our stay in this condo. The pool was well kept and we had easy access to the beach. The balcony had a partial ocean view. We enjoyed watching the birds, squirrels and bunnies from the balcony, we also saw a snake! The condo was comfortable and seemed well appointed, although we did not cook during our stay. It was nice to have beach towels provided. We would stay again if in the area.

A Wonderful Condo By The Beach

My family and I stayed at the property last week. The condo is exactly as pictured. It was spotless and well stocked with things needed for the beach. It had a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. The people we came in contact with seemed to be a mix of owners and vacationers, so there was always someone to ask about restaurants and activities in the area. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you for a great week.

Perfect rental

The condo is extremely clean and looks newly renovated. This is our second time staying at the property and I would definitely come back. Heated pool and hot tub were a nice bonus for the cooler weather.

WOW! A beautiful stay!

The condo was fabulous. The decor was very inviting and the the condo was equipped with everything we needed. The location to the beach and other things to do in the area was perfect. The host was extremely easy to message and she responded within minutes-nothing ever longer than 20-30 minutes. The owners take pride in this unit and it shows. They love spending time there as a family and they want their guests to do the same. We have stayed in several condos and this will go down as one of our favorites. If you are looking to rent, I would not pass this unit up. Thank you!

We have enjoyed the many local restaurants that are truly second to none. We chose Sandcastles because it is the most sought after complex in the area. The well maintained, clean, quiet atmosphere certainly reflect why Sandcastles is so desired. Our unit is conveniently located with easy access to the beach or the pool. We renovated when we purchased it and made sure our unit was well stocked for the perfect getaway and to offer the greatest of ease to anyone staying.

Our Family visited Cocoa Beach in on Summer Vacation. We loved that Cocoa Beach is close to the Airport and to Disney World. Cocoa Beach allows us to have TWO VACATIONS in ONE!

We chose Sandcastles because it is the most sought after complex in the area. The well maintained, clean, quiet atmosphere certainly reflect why Sandcastles is so desired. Our unit is conveniently located with easy access to the beach or the pool. We renovated when we purchased it and made sure our unit was well stocked for the perfect getaway and to offer the greatest of ease to anyone staying.
