Hang out during Debby!

Overall very good! We were there during Tropical Storm Debby! We enjoyed having a clear view of the ocean. surf and pool areas. The parking was ample and covered which was great! We There was great shopping and foods. condo had been recently painted. The kitchen was lovely with abundante stemware and cookware! Our first moly concern was with the thoroughness of the cleaning staff. Thanks again!

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The Condo was clean and spacious. Provided all that we needed during our stay. The pool and beach were perfect. The only issues we had were small inconveniences like not having a regular coffee pot, they had a Keurig which we went and bought a reusable filter for. The WiFi and signal in general in the condo was not the best but definitely not a deal made the kids get off of their electronics and actually have a great time! We would definitely stay here again!

Annual Family Beach Trip

Had a great time in this condo. Pool area was fantastic as well as beach access. We lucked out and had a perfect week weather wise. Condo was clean and everything in working order. The only thing we missed was a regular coffee pot, but the Keurig worked great.

Great place to relax!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The unit it’s self is bigger than it seems on pictures. It was perfect for our blended family. Everyone had their own space and it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The building is quiet and family friendly. We’ve been looking for a place for years that we all love and can come back to and i think we found it. My only complaints are that the drain cover in the jetted tub doesn’t work properly so you can’t keep water in it which was a bummer because i really wanted to relax in it and also that the bathrooms by the pool couldn’t be opened with the room key which we were told it would do that was kind of a pain to take my kids back and forth to go to the bathroom. Also would be helpful if there was a keypad lock instead of keys to access unit since we got locked out on day when the only person with the keys went to the store haha. Overall we had a really great time!!

Great location, nice parking deck, less crowded beach. The condo is great. The cleaning service needs to spend more time cleaning. It looked like a rush job. Toys behind bathroom door, towels in bathroom floor and sticky kitchen floor.

Disappointed

We have been renting units at MB for years. This one was extremely disappointing. The communication was rather frank and rude. It said no pets and no smoking yet the owner has dogs and the entire unit smelled like it. We have allergies in the family. And when it was addressed it basically didn’t matter we were told the owner was allowed and it was our responsibility to ask that?! Seriously. Most units will advise if they(the owner) have any animals. Or we could vacate the premises like it was a possibility to find a unit in a days notice during busy season. So that was just a way to cover their butts in our opinion. The floors were filthy. Our feet would get dirty on the bottom. The tv in two of the rooms didn’t work. One was figured out but the other we just didn’t bother with. The one good thing was that the kitchen was fully stocked with food equipment. The set up was nice but it really needs cleaned. Dishes were left behind in the dishwasher as well. We still enjoyed our family time together in MB even if some had to sleep on balcony due to dog. The communication was like pulling teeth. We had to ask the same thing over and over until we would get a response to the actual question so that jt appeared we were the pushy ones. A simple answer the first time and an apology about the dog instead of blaming us would e been appreciated and expected for what we paid. It was a shame to say the least but you make the best out of an impossible me situation and always make lemonade

Reviewer Comments: The unit was great, weather was beautiful and very hot the first few days, then Hurricane Micheal which was downgraded to a tropical storm blew in, but the maintenance staff assisted in moving furniture off the balcony, which was helpful.There was plenty in the area to do,as well as the building amenities.The 2nd elevator was repaired and functioning as soon as the part arrived.I felt very safe and well cared for.When I called to have a closet door hinge repaired it was addressed the following day.The customer service was very helpful and pleasant.

South Shores 605 beautiful condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful spacious condo. The kitchen was fully equipped. Washer and dryer worked great! The Oceanfront view was amazing. The only problems we had was parking and the beds. We have a GMC Yukon and we had a rooftop carrier on it. We could NOT park in the parking garage with it on. And there was no other parking for that building. So we had to unload it in the entrance and take the top off just to park. Thankfully the condo is so spacious we could store it in the MB all week. I even asked them in the rental office if we could fit. And they were unsure. The beds need replacing. They were way too soft. We would rent again if they replaced the beds.

Another excellent vacation with North Beach Realty

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was great. Unlike many other rentals it is well appointed and lacks nothing. The only comments I can say about the condo for future renters is that the parking is tight, the bath towels are small so bring your own, and the second bathroom does not connect to the second kingsize bedroom. Positive points are a fully stocked kitchen, great views from living area, a well maintained pool area with security, a section of beach that's not too packed with people. This was our fifth year renting with North Beach Realty who have consistently provided us excellent service and clean well cared for rentals.
