Ein atemberaubendes, helles 6BR Strandhaus, sehr groß, 2700 sq. Ft. Beste Lage, mit Blick auf den Golf, direkter Zugang zum 13. St. Strand. Schöne Aussicht auf das Meer von den meisten Zimmern, große 30 'Balkone. Tolle Ausstattung, große Küche, Granit, Edelstahl, Fliesen im gesamten. Master King und Queen Schlafzimmer haben einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Golf. Kingsize-Betten sind Memory Foam. Das Haus verfügt über einen großen, 21 x 40 cm großen Gemeinschaftspool. Wir haben auch einen Splash Pad / Wasserpark neben dem Pool ... Kinder lieben es. Das Haus verfügt über eine große Außendusche, einen Grill und einen Picknicktisch. Ausreichend Parkplätze, Sie haben mindestens 4 Plätze und da wir an einer Ecke liegen, gibt es viele Parkplätze abseits der Straße. Die Lage ist perfekt, wir sind nur 2 Meilen vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, aber von den Hochhäusern entfernt. Nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Unser Strand ist riesig, ein breiter Streifen weißen Kristallsandes. Nahe Aktivitäten umfassen Schwimmen, Bootfahren, Surfen, Jet-Ski-Parasailing usw. Bitte beachten Sie, dass ich im Sommer einen Mindestaufenthalt von 7 Nächten zwischen dem Memorial Day und der 2. Augustwoche habe

Location to beach is excellent! Awesome pool! Love the living,kitchen,dining layout! Very spacious!

Nice house, location and stay! The pool was great to have a swim with the ‘littles’ who were scared of the ocean. Really enjoyed Gulfshores.

Nice place!

We stayed here last week. It is a really nice place. Close to the beach and has a shared pool. We had 13 people staying here and had plenty of room. There were just enough amenities to get you through until you get to a store. In the storage room there were beach chairs and water toys available, which was really nice. The owner is great to work with. He responded to any issues immediately. Everyone we met at the place was very friendly. We all had a great time and would love to go back again!

Two family get away

We had a great time staying in this unit. The bedrooms are large, and the kitchen was big. We cooked in and also used the grill. This is a great option for those big family beach trips.

Great Location and Reasonable Price

We looked around A LOT for something affordable and close to the beach. Access to the beach was amazing and although not the beach, it was a great cost effective choice to be across from an access point. End of march, the pool was way too cold so we shouldn't have factored that into the decision. Out of 9 very brave kids, only 2 got in and for less than 5 min. In the summer I'm sure it'd be great. Also very close to a walking path that goes by docks to make the intercoastal accessible for fishing.

Family vacation 2023

We love the Gulf Shores area and have vacationed there many years . This house was in a perfect location with easy beach access for all Members of our family . We had three generations with us on this trip and the layout and bedrooms were great for all of us . Beautiful views from the balcony. Owner was great for communication and answering all our questions . There are a few things in the home that need attention that we communicated to the owner .

Winter holiday beach stay

We had a great time during our new year”s trip. We had 17 staying at the house and we had no issues. The location is great and the walk across the street to the beautiful beach was easy. You can see the ocean from the balcony and we enjoyed time there when it was warm enough. The kitchen was well equipped. We ate most meals at the house and didn’t need the extra cooking items we brought. The posting was accurate and the house was beautiful. Check-in was simple. Would love to go back to enjoy the house in the summer!

Family Christmas Getaway

Nice location! Easy beach access. Excellent parking. Accommodated our family well!! On the downside. The cleanliness was disappointing.. roach in kitchen drawers, bathtub, and stairway. Pet hair all over washer and dryer. Had to wash all kitchen supplies before using. Previous renters forgotten clothes n soap in outdoor shower. All the lights burned out in grill area. We Had to replace those before we could use that area. That all being said. With the good location n beach access. We may be back!!!

Great location but needs some maintenance

My family composed of 11 enjoyed the location very much. The view of the ocean and short walk to the beach was awesome. The pool was an added bonus since the beach was closed for three days of our trip. A few negatives: the property needed some upkeep. The door to the first floor balcony was loosing its rubber edging, the outside shower had a broken lock and shower head, many of the pool chairs were broken or in poor condition and a couple of the bed mattresses were uncomfortable. My granddaughter found a live cockroach crawling on her. The floor plan was great and provided plenty of room. Also, the owner had just turned over the house to a rental company. I received conflicting information from both: different lock codes, different times to arrive and different info about what to do with bedsheets and dishes when we left. There was also a notebook with information about those same things and a sheet of paper on the wall in the kitchen with information. All conflicting and inconsistent. Hopefully this will all be taken care of. To conclude, it’s a lovely house for a large group with a pool and great access to the beach. I would still recommend it despite the negatives.

Great location but found bed bugs

Location was great! Literally right across the street from the beach. Able to access the beach easily and walk back up to the house when we needed to. Parking under the house was easy & having a pool right behind the house was wonderful. We did find bed bugs and notified the owner immediately. The owner sent an exterminator out within about 2 hours who confirmed the presence of bed bugs and sprayed the rooms but said the house would need to be fumigated and that would require us to vacate for 4 hours but no one ever came to fumigate and no one ever reached back out to us about when they would be coming to fumigate. Also the house in this picture is not the #3 condo which is what we were told we rented. The house in the photo is the house beside the house that was rented to us. I know for a fact because the railings on the balconies in this photo have metal white railings and the house we stayed in had unsafe cords for railings which were mostly loose and needed to be tightened. So the balconies were an unsafe area for children to be in my opinion. The splash pad photo is very outdated. The splash pad does not have all those pieces but was sufficient for our children. Also almost all the pool chairs were broken in some form. There was a cable box under the house with loose cables coming out everywhere. The first night the oven handle came off the oven and we had to tighten it to get it to stay on. The refrigerator was missing more shelves that were actually in the fridge.

So relaxed!

We had the best experience renting this house from Bob. The house is comfortable for a big family. The kitchen is perfect. We loved sitting out on the balconies every morning watching the sun come up. We can’t wait to do this again.

Pretty pleased. Great location and plenty of space for large groups.

I had great communication with property management. Location is great. The house is large however some things I would have fixed/changed, the cover on some of the beds were ripped and stained, the top step is unsafe/wobbly. We weren't supplied with essential items such as trash bags, toilet paper dish soap etc. When we asked for a broom and they had to bring that over they also brought some toilet paper also. Also ice machine didn't work (no big deal for us).

The description of the property was spot on, everyone loved the pool and close proximity to the beach. The best thing was there was enough room for everyone to have their own space. The beds where all very comfortable and clean. Definitely would love to come back here again in the future.
