Wunderschönes 2 Jahre altes Haus bereit für Entspannung und Spaß in der Sonne. Fantastische Aussicht von beiden Decks und fast jedem Raum im Haus. Eine Garage für zwei Autos und zusätzliche Parkplätze für mehrere Autos und ein Bootsanhänger zur Verfügung.

Die Hauptebene besteht aus einer schönen Küche mit Arbeitsplatten aus Granit, Geräten aus Edelstahl und einem Weinbereich, der in das Esszimmer führt. Wohnzimmer ist offenes Konzept mit riesigen Fenstern und Blick auf den See für Meilen in jede Richtung. Die Master Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Whirlpool, eine separate Dusche, einen Doppelwaschtisch mit Granitplatte und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Wachen Sie jeden Morgen mit einem Blick auf das Wasser auf. Ein halbes Bad schließt die Hauptetage ab.

Die untere Ebene umfasst eine weitere Master-Suite mit Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad, zwei Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Betten und begehbaren Kleiderschränken. Ein großes Badezimmer mit Travertin-Arbeitsplatten und Badewannen- / Duschkombinationen. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über ein Schlafsofa (auch eine Königin), das ebenfalls genutzt werden kann. Kabelfernsehen und DVD-Player sind hier für die Kinder (hoffentlich werden Sie es nicht brauchen, wenn es nicht regnet). Großer Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Wasserenthärter und viel Stauraum.

Das Oberdeck ist sehr groß mit einem Gasgrill aus Edelstahl und einem Tisch mit 6 Stühlen, um die fabelhaften Sonnenuntergänge zu genießen. Ein weiteres Deck der gleichen Größe befindet sich direkt darunter für diejenigen, die im Schatten liegen und trotzdem die Natur genießen möchten. Eine private Anlegestelle mit einem 32-Fuß-Slip für Ihr Boot, einem Doppel-Jet-Skilift und einer Badeplattform zum Faulenzen, Angeln oder einfach zum Spaß mit Freunden und der Familie ist nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.

TV, Internet und unbegrenzte Ferngespräche werden über das neu installierte Glasfaser- / Hochgeschwindigkeits-Co-Mo Connect bereitgestellt.

Summer weekend

We had a wonderful stay with cousins from IA that joined us from KC. 9 total including teenagers and the house was plenty big enough to accommodate all. We loved the swim dock and ease of swim ladders. Perfect close location to many attractions & bars/restaurants

Enjoyed Our Stay

Owner was great and responsive. Gave us some good suggestions of things to do. We brought our boat and enjoyed the dock. Boat launch was close to house. Looking forward to visiting the Ozarks again.

Great Lake of the Ozark’s Home

Wonderful spacious home on the Lake of the Ozarks in a quiet neighborhood. This home has excellent indoor and outdoor living spaces with a beautiful view of the lake. It was very comfortable and had an appealing atmosphere with plenty of room.

Great Location to watch the sunsets from your private dock!!

We were a group of 9 and there was plenty of room to spread out and not feel crowded. The outside decks and seating areas are wonderful with ceiling fans and comfy furniture if you want to stay in the shade. The dock and swim platform are great and there is a wonderful ladder which makes access easy to get in and out to cool off if you’re soaking up the sun in one of the loungers provided down on the dock. The sunsets from the dock are gorgeous. We brought a boat and rented a pontoon so having a dock was a must for us. The location on the lake was great and anything you could want was a short drive away. There are a lot of steps down to the dock as you can plainly see in the pictures so if you have mobility issues this may not be a good fit but for our group it wasn’t an issue. We loved the location on the lake and being in a more secluded setting but still being a short drive away from groceries and supplies. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Check in was simple and the property owners were always available to answer any questions that we had. So book it and go enjoy the lake!! 😎

Our family had an amazing stay at Brandon and Jay's property. The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family getaway. We had 6 adults and 2 children in the house and never felt cramped. We would come back again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Family Reunion

Beautiful home with a great view is the lake. Wonderful covered deck area.

The owners were prompt and responded very quickly to questions we had. The home is as described with larger bedrooms and was perfect for an adults get away. Large covered deck area was great to relax in the evening. A few snags with checkin but owners were available by phone to address the issues. Hope to return next year.

Beautiful home in a perfect location

Our group was looking for a relaxing getaway by the water! We stayed in and cooked to take advantage of our water time but there is a cute, small town we passed on our way in if your looking for dining out options as well! The house was perfect and the owners were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process! Location is very private with a massive personal doc! We had an amazing time here!

Beautiful Home / Best Experience Ever!!

This was a last minute rental and it turned out to be one of our best lake vacations ever!! Beautiful home, great location, very relaxing. We have visited a lot of homes and this is by far the most well stocked kitchen supplies and amenities. Grocery store 10 min away....which is soooo important at the lake. We loved this place and more importantly the kids had a blast. Great cove around the corner for skiing and tubing. Great communication from the owner and just an all around good guy. The only downside to this home was leaving!!

Classy lake house with great amenities

The pictures are spot on. It’s a beautiful house and the owners are very responsive. The kitchen is a tad small, but the decks and dock make up for that! Love the lower deck with comfy chairs, ceiling fans, and wonderful views. It was a great family vacation.

PERFECT Place for a long weekend Get Away

We had a couples getaway for a 50th Birthday celebration and this house was more than PERFECT! The pictures don't do justice for this place. The rooms were good size and the beds were comfortable. The dock was great for the boat we brought as well. Only bad part was having to leave. The hosts were quick to respond and easy to work with. We hope to go back again next year!

Another Fantastic Vacation

Clean, Beautiful Views, Great Layout, Peaceful - We couldn't have asked for more!

Our group of 8 ladies celebrating being 50 and Fabulous couldn't have found a better home to host our celebration. Brandon and Jay were a pleasure to work with, and the house is very reasonably priced for what you get, which is lots of space, great indoor and outdoor seating areas, comfortable beds and easy access to the water. Great place all around!

Beautiful lake house with everything you will need for a wonderful time!

This property has it all, beautiful home with stunning views in a nice, more secluded area. The two decks were perfect if you wanted sun or shade. There is everything you could need or want here. We enjoyed every minute and will want to return!

This house is perfect!

The house is outstanding. The middle deck is so well designed and comfortable we spent hours each day there to relax and dine. The dock area is also first class and another favorite gathering place for our family. This was our first visit and we will definitely be back!

Summer Vacation Perfection!

A summer family vacation, with older parents, has been a tradition for our family for the last fifteen years. The Lake of the Ozarks have been a staple for us the past seven years. This year we had a little smaller group and went searching on VRBO for a home to rent. We found this beautiful home on VRBO website. We could not have been more pleased with the house and all the amenities it offered. The house was perfectly laid out. Plenty of room for a group of 10 or less. Big kitchen, large bedrooms, huge decks and a wonderful dock. We had mid-90s temps and the AC kept up perfectly with the temps. Extremely important when it was 95 degrees every day. We would recommend this house to anyone who loves to relax, enjoy the lake and unwind. Great location on the lake. Close, via boat, to several bars/restaurants and close to the town, via car, of Laurie/Sunrise Beach for gas, groceries or any thing else you need. Thank you to the Brandon Family for letting us use your beautiful Ozark home. We hope to visit again soon. The Ipsan family from Iowa.

Very nicely kept home with beautiful views of the lake!

Our family enjoyed a fantastic extended weekend at this property. The home was beautifully furnished and provided plenty of room for our 10 guests. The kitchen was fully stocked with the necessary supplies for cooking. The location was quiet and. Wet welcoming. There were beautiful views of the lake from both decks. The extra boat slip came in very handy. The owners were more than accomadating and available for questions. Great place to stay!

Great Vacation Home

This home was beautiful! The two master bedroom setup was perfect for our stay. House was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen and grilling out. The kids had so much fun fishing and swimming from the dock. Would definitely return to this home in the future.

We are an Ohio family that has been vacationing at the lake for nearly 20 years. We are a everyday hard working family that is fortunate to buy such a great place.

We love the Laurie area for the lack of traffic both on and off the water. This home is close to town (10 minutes) and the water is great for all boating activities at this MM. There are several great restaurants and bars close by, both on and off the water. It's known as the quiet side of the lake which is great for families.

This home has one of the most amazing views on the entire lake, pictures don't do it justice, you must see it to believe it. You will want to sit and watch the sunset every night from either of the decks.
