Wir sind sehr stolz darauf, unsere 2-Schlafzimmer-Wohnung (Den) mit 2 Bädern im Maui Kamaole zu renovieren, zu dekorieren und zu lagern. Der Grundriss bietet einen geräumigen Wohnraum mit einer Fläche von 1039 Quadratfuß und zusätzlich 375 Quadratmetern im Freien auf der Lanai und im geschlossenen Innenhof - für eine Gesamtfläche von 1414 Quadratmetern. FT. Wir haben gerade eine sehr umfangreiche Renovierung der Wohnung abgeschlossen. Das Interieur ist brandneu - Fliesen, Schränke, Leuchten, Beleuchtung und viele neue Möbel. Wir sind sehr stolz auf unser A + Rating und arbeiten kontinuierlich daran, es aufrechtzuerhalten. Das Maui Kamaole ist ein wunderschönes Anwesen mit einer sehr üppigen Gartenanlage, und wir haben dieses Gefühl im Inneren mit dem hellen tropischen Dekor fortgesetzt. Das F104 befindet sich im neuesten Gebäude in der Nähe der hoteleigenen Tennisplätze und des Tropical Swimming Pool & Spa.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein neues Kingsize-Bett und -Bettwäsche, ein riesiges Bad, einen großen Schrank, einen Fernseher, einen DVD-Player, eine Split-Klimaanlage, einen Deckenventilator und einen geschlossenen Innenhof - der perfekte Ort für einen Kaffee am Morgen!

Wir haben das 2. Schlafzimmer (Den) vergrößert und der Bequemlichkeit halber einen Schrank hinzugefügt. In diesem Zimmer haben wir die Wahl zwischen 1 KING BED oder 2 TWIN BEDS. Es gibt einen weiteren Deckenventilator und eine geteilte Klimaanlage für dieses Schlafzimmer.

Beide Schlafzimmer-Klimaanlagen sind getrennte Einheiten - die Motoreinheit befindet sich außerhalb, wodurch die Schlafzimmer sehr leise sind.

Das Wohnzimmer hat neue Queen Schlafsofa, so dass unsere Wohnung bequem Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.

Unsere Wohnung ist eine der seltenen 2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bäder Eigentumswohnungen - alle im Erdgeschoss. Unsere Renovierungen haben unsere Wohnung ADA freundlich gemacht. Dieser Grundriss eignet sich hervorragend für Senioren und Familien, bietet jedoch alles, was für eine Geschäftsreise erforderlich ist (kostenloses WLAN und Ferngespräche). Außerdem ist er ein fantastischer Ort für Flitterwochen.

Wir genießen den Komfort des Wohnens in einer Eigentumswohnung und sorgen dafür, dass die Küche zum Kochen, Grillen, Unterhalten oder einfach nur zum Entspannen gut ausgestattet ist. Wir aktualisieren oder fügen neue Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Küchenutensilien nach Bedarf hinzu. Unsere Wohnung verfügt über Liegestühle & Matten, Kühler, Sonnenschirme, Boogie Boards, Tennisschläger, Sandspielzeug, Brettspiele und eine kleine Bibliothek mit einer Vielzahl von Büchern - alles für Ihren Genuss.

Maui Kamaole ist das Herzstück von Maui. Großartige Lage für alle Wasseraktivitäten, Weltklasse-Golf, Tennis, Shopping und gehobene Küche in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kihei und Wailea sind als Sunny South Shore bekannt und haben fantastisches Wetter.

True Paradise

Maui Kamole is a dream property, the landscaping, the pathways and arches, the grill areas, the west pool all make you feel transported to an island oasis. F-104 is just as wonderful. I really enjoyed the design elements, great appliances and showers too! I found is surprisingly spacious feeling. The private lanai off the master was a big plus so we could enjoy the evening hours without risking waking our little ones. We didnt want to leave!!

Summertime in Maui

The condo was clean and comfortable for our family of four. The location was great for our first stay in Maui. We explored many parts of the island and felt south Maui was more centrally located. Overall a great place to stay!

Our family of 4 (mom, dad, 18 mo old and 6 year old) recently stayed here for a family vacation, and it was great. The condo was clean, comfortable, and really well apportioned - especially the kitchen! The AC was also very handy on hot afternoons when our toddler had to nap. The unit was quiet, and we loved the large lanai. The property was also lovely, with fruit trees, flowers, and two awesome pools that the kids enjoyed every day. Overall, it was great, and we'd definitely stay again.

Great location to explore all of Maui

Spent a week at this condo with spouse and adult children. The condo had all of the essentials that you would need for a week stay. Location was great and assigned parking right in front of unit is a plus. The accommodations are a little tight for children in their 20's. I would highly recommend for a family with younger children. The sleeper sofa is not very comfortable (we put the mattress on the ground) and the room with 2 beds is a converted den and very small. The A/C units worked well in the evenings. The kitchen was well equiped and the complex grounds are well kept.

Nice place, just some small issues

Overall as advertised, with a really nice location and amenities but… - the check in process was rough. We didn’t receive the suite number or code and I had to make a few frantic calls at 0100 when we there to get instructions - missing a few basics on arrival that I had to buy: garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, sugar, etc. Hopefully these are just minor hiccups that are rectified in the future :)

Great condo

Everything from reservations to checkin throughout our stay and check out went smoothly and was painless. Great location in Southern Kihei and in long walk or very short driving distance of 3 great beaches. Just a bit further to center of town. On site pools and myriad grills were great. Didn't try out the tennis court. The high quality beach gear provided was also greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Beautiful and homey getaway

This condo has everything you need to enjoy your time in Kehei! It's been updated and the landscaping and patio are relaxing and tropical. The pool is great, too with beautiful tropical landscaping and some shade for those who need it! The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry has everything you need plus there are beach towels, chairs, and a boogie board. (2 now....we left one!) We would stay here again in a heartbeat...we loved it!!!

Excellent condo in south Kihei

We have stayed in several places in Maui over the years and can confirm this is an excellent location: close to the best beaches and amenities. The unit was very spacious and comfortable for our family of four. We cooked a couple nice local fish dinners in the well appointed kitchen and enjoyed eating on the large ground floor lanai near the plants and geckos. The extra lanai off the main bedroom was handy. We appreciated the extra amenities like beach gear and management was most helpful with our queries. Overall a great choice.

We really enjoyed our time at the Maui Kamaole. It was centrally located with easy access to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The condo was clean and modern and the extras (beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler) were great bonuses. Both pools were close to the condo, clean and not over crowded. If we find ourselves back in Maui we would definitely consider staying again.

Great Stay!

Parking and a place to rinse your feet right at the door. The location is towards the back of the complex which was nice. Less traffic and noise. The pull out couch was not comfortable. Just sleep on the couch instead of pulling it out. Just in case you have more than 4 people. Everything else was great.

Great stay!

This was a perfect place to stay for our family. There was plenty of room for us and our 3 grown children. Everything in the condo was updated and very clean, it was quiet, and checking in and out was simple. We appreciated having 5 beach chairs and an umbrella provided, as well as coolers. We did have to go to the market and buy some paper towels and had to "borrow" a couple garbage bags and dishwasher pods from our other family members staying in a nearby condo, but those were minor things. Everything else was well supplied. The location was great, as Kihei has an abundance of beaches, Foodland and Safeway, and many food choices nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely place and hope to return again!

This condo was great. Spacious, and the pool on property was lovely. Good location. Only downside was the second bedroom had no window, which is probably something I should have noticed! Also, no kleenex in the condo, though plenty of everything else. I'd come back tomorrow if I could!

We have been enjoying the many diverse offerings of the Hawaiian Islands for over 30 years. After exploring other areas, we finally settled on the South Kihei area of Maui and our home in the Maui Kamaole. While on vacation with our family we found our condo and immediately fell in love with it. We picked South Kihei for the weather and the beaches, and the Maui Kamaole for its convenient location, beautiful setting and charm. We are perfectly situated between Keewakapu Beach and the Kamaole III beach park. Whether you’re swimming, snorkeling, diving or just relaxing on the miles of sandy beaches, all the ocean activities you are looking for are a short three minute walk from the condo.

Why “Toes in the Sand”?
With everything Kihei and the Maui Kamaole have to offer, our favourite time is when we first arrive. We go directly to the beach, take our sandals off and take a long walk on the beach. There’s just something about “toes in the sand” that says you have arrived!

The Maui Kamaole complex is 23 acres of lush tropical paradise located in desirable Kihei/Wailea. Within a short walking distance of Kamaole III Beach Park and the mile long Keewakapu Beach, the Maui Kamaole is close to world class Wailea golf courses, tourist attractions and shopping.

F104 is located in the newest building in the complex (completed in 2001) and is located near the 'tropical grove' pool and hot tub. The pool is in the shape of Maui and surrounded by lash tropical plants and trees.
